Abstract

Dakwah is also one of the content that is interested in the media Tiktok. TikTok has now appeared a lot of content in the form of lectures and discussions. In the consumption of the content of the message communication will be divided into two: active participant and not. This research using qualitative research methods is a way to find a deep understanding of the symptoms of fact or reality. A total of 20 participants were asked for testimonies and opinions through interviews that were conducted either directly or indirectly. The results of the subsequent interviews are reviewed and analyzed based on theories related to the research. The results of the research found that communicators have become active recipients in receiving preaching content through touch media.

Abstract

Consumer trust is one of the doors to the success of an online transaction. Consumer’s trust is needed, one of which is in boarding and renting for overseas students who’s in need a place to live in. Facebook is one of the social media that provides information about boarding houses and rent. Consumer’s trust regarding the information available needs to be fulfilled because the place of residence is the main thing. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer trust regarding boarding and rent information on Facebook. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focused group discussion method that takes place on Google Meet. The subjects of this study were 11 students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. This research was conducted for 3 months. This study uses internal validity, external validity, reliability and objectivity for Data analysis technique. The results of the research show that the factors of consumer’s trust are more information distribution, open communication to consumers, and alignment between information and reality. From the results of this study, it is recommended to conduct a direct survey first before deciding to rent a boarding house or rented house to increase trust regarding the boarding house and rented house on Facebook.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the Influence of Self-Esteem and Trust on the Purchase Intention of Used iPhones on the OLX Application among Students at UIN Walisongo. The study used linear regression analysis and a quantitative approach through probability sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that Self-Esteem and Consumer Trust have a simultaneous effect on the purchase intention of used iPhones on the OLX application with an F-value of 24.624 and a significance value of less than 0.001. Self-Esteem and Consumer Trust have a significant partial effect on the Purchase Intention of Used iPhones on the OLX Application among students at UIN Walisongo Semarang

Abstract

Service perception is a form of consumer assessment of a good, service, and or so on. Perceptions of service include service quality and other determinants of use satisfaction, therefore this research was conducted to find out and analyze how perceptions of online reservation ticket service quality influence user satisfaction with KAI Access. The data obtained in this study by distributing questionnaires were then analyzed using quantitative analysis. Sampling in this study were 164 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. In this study, data processing was assisted by the SPSS version 20 application by testing the assumptions and testing the hypotheses that had been generated. The results of the analysis of the data obtained can be stated that the perception of service quality has a positive influence with an influence size of 25.7% on the satisfaction of KAI Access users in Indonesia, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the better the quality of service owned by KAI Access, the the level of user satisfaction is getting higher. Therefore, companies must always strive to improve and improve service quality so that KAI Access users have a high level of satisfaction.

Abstract

. This research was conducted based on the increasing use of the internet use in Indonesia and the opportunities for online train ticket sales namely e-ticketing and the possibility of having a relationship with customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of perceived e-service quality on train ticket booking services on students satisfaction using Traveloka. This research used a quantitative research method by distributed questionnaires online. This research used a sampling technique namely non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection was done by spreading the questionnaires to related respondents. The population in this research are 114 students from various universities who have booked train tickets at Traveloka. The result of this research indicated that there is a positive and significant effect between perception of e-service quality in train ticket booking services on students who use Traveloka satisfaction

Abstract

Education utilizes digital technology in supporting teaching and learning activities through learning media. This study aims to identify the influence of the use of digital learning media on thematic learning used for elementary school students. The research method used is SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The articles used in this study are seven national journal articles and have passed the criteria determined by researchers in the 2018-2023 period. Conton digital learning media that can be used by elementary school students in thematic learning include the Canva application, WhatsApp group, and Google Classroom which is supported by animations, learning videos, powerpoints, to digital comics. Based on the literature review conducted, it was found that the use of learning media that updates digital technology can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the ease of students in obtaining and understanding subject matter, minimizing boredom in students and increasing students' focus to digest the learning which of course can be adjusted to the needs and changes of today.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of company audits during the Covid 19 Pandemic with the literature review method. The results found that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on audit quality was caused by cutting audit costs, in addition to the implementation of remote auditing which caused a lot of unreliable evidence. It was also found that the level of audit delay increased, which could allow manipulation of financial statements

Abstract

As it is known that intrapersonal communication is very important in determining the meaning of one's life. In living life, a person will certainly be faced with various kinds of situations that require decision making. Through good intrapersonal communication, one can develop introspection and self-reflection. Which allows a person to better understand himself, and evaluate himself from various aspects such as values, needs, motivations, and goals in life. Thus, a person can find the meaning and purpose of life that is appropriate and also commensurate with himself. The purpose of writing this research is to reveal how important the role of intrapersonal communication is in determining the meaning of life. The method used in this study is qualitative research, with data collection through interviews. This study involved 5 (five) informants, namely students of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program who were chosen deliberately by researchers according to the objectives and needs of the research. Based on the findings of this study, the majority of students who became informants stated that intrapersonal communication has an important role in determining the meaning of one's own life.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan bersosial, kita sebagai manusia tidak dapat hidup tanpa berkomunikasi. Komunikasi bukan saja diperlukan antar individu namun begitupun halnya saat kita berkelompok. Komunikasi adalah salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi sukses atau gagalnya suatu kelompok, karna tanpa komunikasi yang baik akan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman antar sesama anggota kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi kelompok pada Lembaga Dakwah Kampus (LDK) terlebih pada kegiatan kajian keislaman. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota pengurus LDK UIN Jakarta yang mengikuti kegiatan kajian keislaman yang diadakan oleh LDK UIN Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dalam proses pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan adanya peran komunikasi kelompok dalam kegiatan kajian keislaman tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan Financial Resilience terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Studi ini membahas setiap perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel H. berdasarkan pedoman yang telah ditentukan. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, diambil 10 sampel dari 45 perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Ketahanan keuangan berdampak positif pada CSR perusahaan. Dimana kinerja keuangan juga memiliki peran dalam pengembangan CSR perusahaan.
