Abstract

Indonesia's economy is driven largely by the banking sector. Banking encourages investment and economic growth through bank credit playing an important role in this regard. helping small and medium enterprises (PKM). PKM is an important economic resource that helps governments finance economic development and infrastructure projects. Business people, governments and other users of financial reports can assess the financial condition and performance of banks with the help of capital financial ratio analysis by looking at last year's liquidity and solvency ratio data. This analysis can also determine the ideal value of liquidity and solvency ratios and explain the consequences that occur if a bank has a calculated level of liquidity and solvency ratios below the ideal value relative to the level of fulfillment of obligates to investors

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara SIPD, SPI, dan kualitas laporan keuangan di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPD memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, sedangkan SPI tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya implementasi dan efektivitas SIPD dalam meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan, serta menyarankan evaluasi dan peningkatan pada sistem pengendalian internal untuk memastikan keandalan laporan keuangan.

Abstract

A good working environment is crucial, especially in the context of hospitals, where the quality of services and employee productivity directly affect the health and well-being of patients. This research aims to test the influence of the working environment (X) on the productivity of the work of the staff (Y) in the General Division of RSUD Majalaya district of Bandung. Data in this research is obtained by conducting the dissemination of the questionnaire on the staff who are in the Public Division, so that the data in this study is primary data. The population in this study is the whole employee in the General Division, with sampling in this research is the entire population on the study object. The results of the analysis show that the working environment has a significant influence on employee productivity. Improving the working environment will increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Digitalisasi UMKM di Indonesia tumbuh pesat bahkan melebihi negara tetangga di ASEAN. Namun perkembangan pesat ini tidak diiringi pangsa pasar yang luas. Walaupun digitalisasi membawa manfaat bagi UMKM, tetapi pelaku usaha di Indonesia masih mengalami kendala dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Kendala yang paling tinggi adalah kesulitan UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Perlu penelitian mendalam tentang daya saing yang dikaitkan dengan perluasan pangsa pasar pada usaha kriya di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan empirical gap yang terjadi maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis daya saing berdasarkan strategi digital marketing. Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan tentang transaksi, program, desain situs, dan interaktif dari pemasaran digital dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap daya saing pelaku UMKM kriya di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan metode deskriptif dan exploratory survey yakni teknik pengumpulan informasi melibatkan sebagian populasi dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Subjek penelitian para pelaku UMKM kriya. Objek peneltian adalah pemasaran digital dan daya saing. Sumber data menggunakan data primer pada pelaku UMKM kriya. Teknik sampling menggunakan rondom sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner yang diolah dengan menggunakan alat PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemasaran digital berpengaruh pada daya saing untuk dimensi transaksi, desain situs, dan interaktif. Sedangkan program insentif tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap daya saing.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of advertising on the purchasing decisions of Suzuki motorcycles at PT. Sanggar Mas Jaya, Cibeureum-Bandung. In the context of intense competition in the automotive industry, the effectiveness of advertising becomes a key factor that can determine sales success. However, the complexity in determining effective advertising strategies, considering the variations in consumer preferences and their changing behaviors, makes this topic important to research. Using a descriptive verification method with a causal design, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents who are users of Suzuki motorcycles in the PT. Sanggar Mas Jaya area. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression techniques, correlation tests, and hypothesis testing to evaluate the relationship between advertising variables and purchasing decisions. The research results indicate that advertising has a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Suzuki motorcycles at PT. Sanggar Mas Jaya. The level of influence is classified as strong, with advertising contributing 42.2% to the purchasing decision process. The remaining influence is affected by other factors that were not examined in this study. This result emphasizes the importance of effective advertising strategies in boosting sales.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how TikTok influences online shopping behavior among Generation Z, particularly in the city of Bandung. The main issue raised is how the interactive features and content offered by TikTok influence the purchasing decisions of Generation Z, which is increasingly dominating the digital market. This research also examines the factors that motivate and influence online shopping decisions, both rational and irrational. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with participants selected purposively based on specific criteria such as age (18-25 years), frequency of TikTok usage, and shopping experience through the platform. The data was then analyzed using thematic analysis methods to identify shopping behavior patterns and the influence of TikTok on consumer decisions. The research findings indicate that TikTok plays a significant role in influencing the shopping behavior of Generation Z in the city of Bandung. As many as 89% of respondents admitted to frequently making purchases after seeing products on TikTok, with the main motivations being special discounts (67%) and recommendations from influencers (15%). This finding underscores the importance of TikTok as an effective digital marketing platform, even though there are still challenges related to trust in influencer recommendations and consumer satisfaction.
