Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how savings and loan practices are carried out at Civil National Capital. This type of research is field research conducted to explore data obtained from the location or research field. This research is classified as a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were members of national civil capital customers and the sampling technique was purposive sampling with certain criteria in selecting the sample to achieve the research objectives. The research was made up of 10 members of the Gg Kundur women's group. The results of the study show that with this loan the customer is greatly assisted in running his business.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior in adolescents has become the focus of attention in the context of financial management. This article aims to analyze consumptive behavior in adolescents and its impact on their financial management using a quantitative approach. Through a quantitative survey involving a sample of adolescents, this study aims to identify influencing factors that influence consumptive behavior and analyze the short-term and long-term impact of consumptive behavior on adolescent financial management. The research method used is a quantitative survey with a structured questionnaire. The study sample consisted of adolescents aged 15-18 years who were randomly selected from several schools in certain areas. The questionnaire included questions about spending patterns, consumption motivation, financial management, and financial knowledge of adolescents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between consumptive behavior and financial management. The survey results show that influencing factors such as marketing, social media, peers, and psychological factors play an important role in adolescent consumptive behavior. In addition, excessive consumptive behavior has a negative impact on adolescent financial management, including consumptive debt problems, difficulty saving, and lack of financial knowledge. The long-term impact of this consumptive behavior can lead to financial risks in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, price, and location on customer loyalty in the beverage industry in Bogor City, Indonesia. This study used a quantitative research design, and data was collected from 300 respondents using survey questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Research findings show that promotions, prices, and locations have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty in the beverage industry in Bogor City. The study's findings have significant implications for beverage companies in Bogor City, as it highlights the need for effective marketing strategies that focus on promoting their products, balancing prices, and optimizing their store locations. The study's findings also have implications for future research in the area of customer loyalty in the beverage industry. Future research may examine the influence of other marketing strategies such as product quality, customer service, and brand reputation on customer loyalty. Future research can also explore the effect of customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of environment and satisfaction on student learning motivation at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Motivated students have a higher success rate in completing their studies. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence student learning motivation is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo students. The research sample consisted of 93 respondents who were randomly selected from various study programs. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that the university environment has a negative and insignificant influence on student learning motivation. While student satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered unprecedented disruptions across global economies, compelling various sectors to swiftly adapt to new realities. In this context, technology start-ups emerged as pivotal actors in driving post-pandemic economic growth. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to elucidate the multifaceted role of technology start-ups in the recovery process. By systematically reviewing and analyzing a diverse corpus of scholarly literature, we uncover prevalent themes, influential authors, collaboration patterns, and keyword associations within this dynamic domain. Our findings reveal a surge in research output during the pandemic period, underscoring the urgency to understand the contributions of technology start-ups. Themes such as innovation, digital transformation, sustainable development, and global collaboration emerged prominently. Influential authors and institutions are identified, signaling thought leadership and collaborative networks. Moreover, the integration of Visualizing Output Similarities (VOS) Viewer analysis enhances our comprehension of thematic clusters and interrelationships. In conclusion, this bibliometric exploration provides insights that inform policy, industry, and academia, emphasizing the pivotal role of technology start-ups in shaping a resilient and innovative post-pandemic economic landscape.

This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the literature on the role of technology in propelling business innovation and growth in start-ups. Through a systematic review of scholarly articles, this study aims to uncover key trends, themes, and influential contributions in the field. The analysis employs co-citation networks, author and institution mapping, journal analysis, and keyword clustering to map the intellectual landscape of this dynamic research domain. The findings highlight the centrality of concepts such as open innovation, digital transformation, and disruptive innovation, underscoring the multidimensional interplay between technology and start-up success. Prolific authors and influential institutions are identified, showcasing the collaborative nature of research in this area. The prominence of specific journals underscores the dissemination of knowledge within the academic community. The comprehensive keyword analysis reveals prevalent themes such as business models, performance, and open innovation, as well as emerging considerations including sustainability and barriers. The insights derived from this bibliometric analysis contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics that shape the symbiotic relationship between technology, innovation, and growth in start-ups.

The analysis aims to uncover trends, gaps, and key contributors in this evolving intersection. By employing VOSviewer, a specialized bibliometric analysis tool, the study examines co-authorship networks, keyword co-occurrence, citation patterns, and publication trends. The findings shed light on the collaborative landscape, prevalent themes, influential works, and evolving research activity. The study's implications extend to academia, industry, and policy, guiding further research, informing business strategies, and fostering responsible practices in the digital economy.

Abstract

This research paper presents a bibliometric analysis of social entrepreneurship and leadership literature to identify key themes, trends, and collaborative patterns within the field. The study uses VOSviewer software to visualize co-authorship networks and generate keyword co-occurrence maps. Data was collected from the Scopus database, focusing on publications from 2013 to this year. The results show six distinct clusters of research themes: social justice, corporate social responsibility, social capital, social class, social leadership, and power. Trend analysis shows a steady increase in research outcomes, underscoring the growing importance of social entrepreneurship and leadership in addressing societal challenges. In addition, the authors' collaboration network shows a thriving research community with active cross-disciplinary collaborations. This visualization provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, facilitating the identification of influential works, research gaps, and potential areas for collaboration in social entrepreneurship and leadership.

Abstract

This article aims to find out what kind of strategy was implemented by the Provincial Government of Lampung in encouraging women to increase MSMEs to the realm of the creative economy during the pandemic and how women from various business sectors are utilizing digital media as digital economic opportunities with their roles as wives and mothers. . To examine this focus, the author uses the theory of women agency which will help explore aspects including resources, agency and achievement. The results of the study found that the efforts of the Lampung Provincial Government to encourage women to become empowered agencies in the creative economy sector bore fruit. Seeing the opportunities for digitalization and the dominance of women in the use of social media, Lampung Province has successfully won the 2020 Kemen-PPPA Parahita Ekapraya Award (APE) because it is considered successful in implementing Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) in women's empowerment programs. In addition, the creative economy helps women to be able to carry out their activities as entrepreneurs without neglecting their role as wives/mothers. However, they must also be able to negotiate domestic and public roles. This research found that successful negotiation rests on an agreement with the husband in managing time, still placing the family as a priority, and positioning the husband as a work partner.
