Abstract

Kulon Progo Government plans to make Pasir mendit and Pasir kadilangu areas agro-tourism of shrimp ponds. The success of a regional development program is usually associated with technical problems and socialization. However, the readiness and ability of the community and the positive perception of the community affect the success of regional development programs. This study aims to assess the socio-economic conditions, determine the public perception of agro-tourism shrimp pond development, and determine the factors that affect public perception of agro-tourism shrimp pond development. Primary data were obtained using a survey method with observation and interview techniques. Descriptive-qualitative analyzed the data through frequency tables, cross tables, and images, while quantitative analysis was carried out based on the regression and multiple linear regression results. The results showed that social and economic conditions are pretty good and rising after the development of shrimp pond farming in Pasir mendit and Pasir kadilangu. In this regard, the public perception of agro-tourism development of shrimp farming areas can be pretty high and agreed on the construction of several considerations. The factors that significantly affect the public perception of agro-tourism products are general knowledge about agro-tourism and income levels.

Abstract

Investors and the general public are becoming increasingly familiar with stock investing. This study aims to establish the appropriate proportion for stock and fund portfolios. Secondary data is the data's source. Cigarette manufacturing businesses served as the research population from January 2020 to December 2021. This study employs sampled four business companies single index model methodologyfirmsia (GGRM), which has a proportion of 33.81%, and PT. Handjaya Mandala Tobacco Tbk, which has an investment value of 66.19%, are the two shares that will be included in the optimal portfolio.

Abstract

In Palabuhanratu, Sukabumi, this study aims to examine the effects of rising tourist numbers on economic development. A poll of 100 respondents, including local communities, traders, and tourist entrepreneurs, was employed as the study methodology. Descriptive analysis and basic linear regression were both used to analyze the given data. The findings demonstrated that tourism has a considerable beneficial influence on economic development in the Palabuhanratu, Sukabumi destination. The study also found that natural and cultural attractions, quality of service, and ease of accessibility are important factors in increasing the number of tourist visits.

Abstract

This study describes tourist perceptions of the quality of MSME products and services in Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark tourist destinations. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method using a structured questionnaire to 200 tourist respondents visiting the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. The collected data is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and factor analysis to determine the factors influencing travelers' perceptions. The results showed that most respondents positively assessed the quality of MSME products and services in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. However, several aspects need to be improved, such as product quality and product variations offered. Based on factor analysis, the most influential factor on tourist perception is product quality, followed by service quality and product variety. The results of this study have significant ramifications for tourism destination managers and MSMEs in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark, who want to raise the caliber of their goods and services to satisfy visitors' demands and expectations. Additionally, as part of a strategy for sustainable tourism development, this research can help policymakers in the tourism industry pay more attention to the growth of MSMEs in tourist destinations.

Abstract

Moci entrepreneurship is one of the main focuses in the development of creative industries in Indonesia. One area that shows great potential in the development of moci entrepreneurship is Sukabumi. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive the growth of the local creative industry in Sukabumi. The research method used was a case study by taking samples of a number of moci entrepreneurs in Sukabumi and conducting in-depth interviews to collect data. The results showed that factors such as government support, availability of quality human resources, networking and collaboration between creative industry players, as well as significant market interest and demand are important factors in encouraging the growth of moci entrepreneurship in Sukabumi. In conclusion, the development of moci entrepreneurship in Sukabumi is highly dependent on these factors. Therefore, government support and collaboration between local creative industry players need to be increased to accelerate the growth of the creative industry in Sukabumi and Indonesia as a whole.

Abstract

Islamic economics has become a topic of increasing interest from the Indonesian public and government in recent years. West Java Province as one of the centers of national economic development is also not left behind in developing the Islamic economy. In order to improve public knowledge of Islamic economics, FoSSEI, an organization made up of students and students interested in Islamic economics, plays a crucial role. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the FoSSEI contributes to greater public knowledge and comprehension of Islamic economics in the West Java Province. A qualitative descriptive research methodology was adopted, and data were gathered through interviews with FoSSEI members, scholars, and practitioners of Islamic economics, as well as communities participating in FoSSEI operations. In West Java Province, the findings indicated that FoSSEI plays a significant role in raising public knowledge of and comprehension of Islamic economics. FoSSEI has successfully held various activities such as seminars, training, and community service programs that focus on developing the Islamic economy. These activities have succeeded in increasing public understanding and awareness of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of error services at Bank BSI and its impact on customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is a survey through questionnaires to Bank BSI customers who have experienced service errors in the last 6 months. Data collection will be carried out in May 2023 with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of Bank BSI's error services still needs to be improved, especially in terms of response speed and accuracy of solutions. In addition, service errors negatively affect customer satisfaction. Therefore, Bank BSI needs to make improvements and improve the quality of error services in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how savings and loan practices are carried out at Civil National Capital. This type of research is field research conducted to explore data obtained from the location or research field. This research is classified as a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were members of national civil capital customers and the sampling technique was purposive sampling with certain criteria in selecting the sample to achieve the research objectives. The research was made up of 10 members of the Gg Kundur women's group. The results of the study show that with this loan the customer is greatly assisted in running his business.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior in adolescents has become the focus of attention in the context of financial management. This article aims to analyze consumptive behavior in adolescents and its impact on their financial management using a quantitative approach. Through a quantitative survey involving a sample of adolescents, this study aims to identify influencing factors that influence consumptive behavior and analyze the short-term and long-term impact of consumptive behavior on adolescent financial management. The research method used is a quantitative survey with a structured questionnaire. The study sample consisted of adolescents aged 15-18 years who were randomly selected from several schools in certain areas. The questionnaire included questions about spending patterns, consumption motivation, financial management, and financial knowledge of adolescents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between consumptive behavior and financial management. The survey results show that influencing factors such as marketing, social media, peers, and psychological factors play an important role in adolescent consumptive behavior. In addition, excessive consumptive behavior has a negative impact on adolescent financial management, including consumptive debt problems, difficulty saving, and lack of financial knowledge. The long-term impact of this consumptive behavior can lead to financial risks in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, price, and location on customer loyalty in the beverage industry in Bogor City, Indonesia. This study used a quantitative research design, and data was collected from 300 respondents using survey questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Research findings show that promotions, prices, and locations have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty in the beverage industry in Bogor City. The study's findings have significant implications for beverage companies in Bogor City, as it highlights the need for effective marketing strategies that focus on promoting their products, balancing prices, and optimizing their store locations. The study's findings also have implications for future research in the area of customer loyalty in the beverage industry. Future research may examine the influence of other marketing strategies such as product quality, customer service, and brand reputation on customer loyalty. Future research can also explore the effect of customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty.
