Abstract

This research is a research and development. “This guidebook was created to be used as a reference for Counseling Guidance teachers in carrying out counseling services in schools to improve student career exploration. The development procedure in this study uses the 4-D modification learning tool proposed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. This study involved the subjects of 5 experts in counseling guidance including 3 lecturers of Counseling Guidance FIP Undiksha and 2 teachers of Counseling Guidance at SMP Negeri 2 Kediri to test the validity of the contents of the product and 15 Counseling Guidance teachers to test the acceptance of the product. To test the effectiveness of the guidebook, researchers involved 8 students as subjects. Of the 22 instrument items used in the assessment by experts, all items of the guidebook have good validity. Based on this assessment, it was found that the content validity index (CVI) of the category guidebook was very appropriate. In the acceptance test of products using PAIT analysis, a mean persentil of 98 was obtained which was categorized as A (Very Practical) so that the guidebook was feasible to use. Hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of the A Group Guidance Guidebook Based on Ginzberg’s Theory With Effective Simulation Game Techniques to Improve Students’ Career Exploration with a count of 12.979 with a significance level of 0.05 and an ES value = 4.588 which means the effect of the guidebook to improve the career exploration of high-category students.” Abstrak: Penelitian ini yakni penelitian pengembangan. Buku acuan ini di bentuk guna bisa di jadikan pedoman bagi guru BK ketika menjalankan layanan konseling di sekolah untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi karir siswa. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran modifikasi 4 – D yang di kemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yakni : “(1) Tahap Pendefinisian,(2) Tahap Perancangan, (3) Tahap Pengembangan, (4) Tahap Penyebaran. Penelitian ini menyangkutkan subjek 5 orang ahli dalam Bimbingan Konseling(BK) yakni 3 orang dosen BK FIP Undiksha dan 2 orang guru BK SMP Negeri 2 Kediri guna menguji validitas isi produk dan 15 orang guru BK guna mengujikan keberteriman produk. guna ujikeefektifitasan buku panduan, pengkaji menyangkut 8 orang siswa selaku subjek. Dari 22 butir instrumen yang di pakai pada penilaian oleh pakar/ahli, seluruh butir buku panduan mempunyai validitas yang baik. Berlandaskan penilaian ini di peroleh indeks validitas isi buku acuan bergolongan sangat sesuai.” Pada uji keberterimaan produk yang memakai analisa PAIT di peroleh mean persentil sejumlah 98 yang bergolongan A (Sangat Praktis) maka buku panduan layak di pakai. Uji hipotesis membuktikan bila Implementasi Buku Panduan Bimbingan Kelompok Berlandaskan Teori Ginzberg Dengan Teknik Permainan Simulasi Efektif Untuk menaikan Eksplorasi Karir Siswa Teori dengan thitung 12,979 terhadap tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai ES= 4,588 yang berarti efek dari buku panduan untuk menaikan eksplorasi karir siswa bergolongan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: “This aim of study is to develop and test the feasibility of counseling cognitive behavior with self-management techniques guidebook to reduce academic procrastination.The development procedure in this study is the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan (1947) which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design ,develop and, disseminate. 5 expert and counseling guidance practicioners were involved to asses the feasibility of the guidebook.The instrument used in the assesment consisted of 22 items thet referred to calculation of the content validity ratio from Lawshe. The result of the analysis showed the counseling cognitive behavior with self-management techniques guidebookhas a content validity index (CVI) 0,95 wich mean have verry good category.” Abstrak : “Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji keberterimaan buku panduan konseling kognitif behavior teknik self-management untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. Buku panduan ini dibuat guna membantu guru BK dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Model yang dipakai di penelitian ini adalah model 4D yang diutarakan oleh Thiagarajan (1947) yang meliputi 4 tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang pakar dan praktisi bimbingan konseling untuk menilai kelayakan buku panduan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian terdiri dari 22 item pernyataan yang mengacu pada keberterimaan buku panduan. Analisis hasil penilaian menggunakan formulasi perhitungan content validity ratio dari Lawshe. Hasil analisis menunjukkan buku panduan konseling kognitif behavior teknik self-management memiliki indeks validitas (CVI) sebesar 0,95 yang berkategori sangat baik.”

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutritious food intake over a long period of time, a lack of clean water that causes diarrhea, a shortage of exclusive breastfeeding so that children's needs are not fully met, and many other factors that cause stunting. Individuals with short stature due to impaired growth in children under the age of five are referred to as stunting. However, many people do not know about stunting and the treatments that can be done to prevent it. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Karang Anyar village community about stunting, including the causes, prevention that can be done, and treatment that must be given to residents who experience it. Counseling and guidance play an important role in implementing information services to prevent stunting in the community in Karang Anyar village. The target of the research is the residents of Karang Anyar village. The method used in this study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive techniques. The results of this study are expected to provide information and knowledge so that they can change people's behavior to prevent stunting in Karang Anyar village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of rational emotive behavioral counseling services with reframing techniques to improve the emotional intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The method used in this study is experimental. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using emotional intelligence questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses statistical parametric analysis, namely by using the Paired- Sample T-Test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.00 program. This research method aims to determine the effect of rational emotive behavioral counseling with reframing techniques in increasing students' emotional intelligence. This research is a class action research (CAR) conducted on class students. In this study, it focuses on changes produced by rational emotive behavioral counseling services with reframing techniques to improve students' emotional intelligence with data collection techniques used, namely questionnaires. Based on the significance test, it was found that the significance value was 0.000 where 0.000 <0.05, where the Application of Rational Emotive Behavioral Theory with Reframing Techniques to Effectively Improve Students' Emotional Intelligence in class X PH B SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan layanan konseling rational emotif behavioral dengan teknik reframing untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kecerdasan emosional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic parametric yaitu dengan menggunakan uji Paired-Sample T-Test dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows versi 16.00. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling rational emotif behavioral dengan teknik reframing dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan pada siswa di kelas. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada perubahan yang dihasilkan oleh layanan konseling rational emotif behavioral dengan teknik reframing untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi, maka didapat bahwa nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 dimana 0,000 < 0,05, dimana Penerapan Teori Rational Emotif Behavioral dengan Teknik Reframing untuk efektif Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Emosional Siswa di kelas X PH B SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.

Abstract

This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK). Action research is "action research conducted by a teacher in a classroom or school, with a focus on improving or strengthening learning processes and practices" The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis technique, namely analyzing the data obtained through the depiction of numbers to obtain conclusions based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the provision of group counseling with positive reinforcement techniques is very effective to use so as to obtain a decrease in the first action cycle of bullying behavior in students ranging from in cycle I there was a decrease in bullying behavior in students between 28, 23% to 22.22% with an average value as a group of decreasing bullying behavior in students between 25.358% in cycle II to a decrease in bullying behavior in students between 35.38% to 30% with an average value as a group of decreasing bullying behavior of 33.928% so that it can be concluded that the use of group counseling is able to suppress bullying behavior in students in class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Susut in 2023, this means that the behavior of the perpetrator who needs to receive ongoing treatment in accordance with the characteristics of the child's problems so that it is hoped that this child will no longer commit violence both physically and psychologically against his classmates.

Abstract

The implementation of guidance and counseling in school learning is very necessary, considering that students are in the adolescent stage. At this stage, a person experiences many physical and psychological transitions that should affect their behavior, including students' career insights and readiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of podcast-based classical guidance services to prepare students' career insights and planning. This study used a class action research method with a total of 29 students. The research was conducted through 2 cycles which began with the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection in each cycle. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by describing the facts collected and presented in the form of descriptions. The result of this study was an increase in career insight and readiness in students after being given podcast-based classical guidance services. Based on the results of the implementation of classroom action research that has been carried out, it is hoped that in the future counseling teachers can become one of the alternative methods of implementing counseling at school.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to increase the learning interest of class X.2 students of SMA Dwijendra Denpasar for the 2022/2023 academic year through the application of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques. The research subjects were class X.2 students who had high deviant behavior totaling 5 students consisting of 3 male students and 2 female students. Based on the results of the data and discussion of the results - the results of the study can be concluded (1) there is an increase in student interest in learning individually and in groups. (2) the score of students' interest in learning before the group action was 221 and the average was 44.2 after being given the action in cycle I became 303 and the average was 60.6 with the percentage increase as a group of 176.5% with an average of 35.3 %. In cycle II, the score increased again to 381 and an average of 76.2 with an increase in group percentage of 193.2% with an average of 38.64%. Thus the results of this study can be concluded that the application of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques can increase student interest in class X.2 SMA Dwijendra Denpasar, academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMPN 9 Denpasar in class VII which has low discipline behavior. This counseling guidance action research aims to determine whether Group Guidance Services can improve student discipline behavior. Research data on student discipline behavior was collected using a self-discipline questionnaire and observation results. Data were analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate an increase in student discipline behavior from an initial average of 44% to 63% in cycle I, and to 87% in cycle II. The conclusion that can be drawn from these results is that the application of group guidance services can improve student discipline behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the causes and effects of stress among novice school counselors during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study employs a qualitative approach with combination data collection techniques of observation, interview and document analysis. The respondents involved six counselors who have just started their careers for less than one year in high school settings. The six respondents were sampled using the purposive sampling methodology. The main result of the study found that all respondents agreed that their feelings before taking up the position of a teacher and after becoming a teacher had many changes. It is also found that all respondents have a good understanding of the pressures and challenges they go through. Undoubtedly, it's critical for teachers to keep in mind that having personal experience may help them cope with stress.
