Abstract

This research is quantitative research that aims among other things to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability of the financial distress. The sample in the consumer goods industry this research in the listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 - 2018. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The research sample of 24 companies with a total number of observations 53. Testing the hypothesis in this study using logistic regression analysis with Eviews 9.0 program. The results of the test were obtained (1) there is a significant effect on the liquidity of financial distress, (2) there is no effect on the leverage of financial distress, (3) there is a significant effect on the profitability of financial distress

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation is an aspect that needs to be improved because quality human resources (HR) are born from quality education. Teachers have an important role in improving human resources, and teacher welfare also needs to be considered, one of which is by paying attention to the compensation system for teachers to match the regional minimum wage, compensable factors, and job qualifications. The purpose of this study was to evaluate compensation, especially teacher salaries, in West Java against the UMP and UMK, analyze the compensable factors of the teaching profession based on the Hay System, analyze the qualifications of teacher positions needed based on compensable factors, and compile recommendations for teacher job qualifications based on compensable factors and realization of the needs of the teaching profession in available job vacancies. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 150 teachers from six schools in West Java, especially in the areas of Depok, Bandung, Bogor, Pangandaran, and Cirebon. The sources of data are secondary data in the form of surveys on teacher salaries in West Java and literature studies. The data analysis method used the descriptive analysis method and the hay system to determine compensable factors. The results show that the average salary of teachers in West Java is already above the regional minimum wage. There are ten compensable factors needed in determining the teacher compensation system in West Java, and education is the most important aspect with the highest weight. Several job qualifications are in accordance with the compensable factors needed in determining the teacher's compensation system, namely education, experience, communication, conceptual thinking, initiative, freedom of action, and physical effort. However, the compensable factors, complexity, decision-making, and impact are not included in the teacher's job qualifications so that these three factors can be taken into consideration to be used as job qualifications for teachers in the future.Keywords: compensable factors; compensation; Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Minimum Wage of City and Districts (UMK); school

Abstract

In the era of digitalization and high economic growth, several industries, especially in banking industry, compete each other to give the best innovation in technology information area. Digitalization in banking industry is able to create behavior intention of society to keep using the banking services. This research aims to know the effect of some factors including trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived e- service quality, and perceived risk in society against to behavior intention in using new technology, where in this context is PT. Bank Commonwealth product, Tyme Digital kiosk.Data collection method used in this research is online questionnaire with sample of 240 respondents who are bank people, having ‘NPWP’, and never using Tyme Digital kiosk. Data analysis is done by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The summary of the result from this research are: 1) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 2) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 3) Perceived Usefulness have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 4) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Perceived Usefulness. 5) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 6) Perceived e-Service is not proven to have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. Abstract

Perencanaan pegawai, terutama Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT), diperlukan agar jumlah pegawai sesuai dengan beban kerja dan tidak memberatkan anggaran sebuah organisasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan pegawai berdasarkan analisis beban kerja adalah dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE), yaitu dengan memperkirakan perhitungan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas suatu jabatan. Metode ini dipakai untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sumber data berasal dari interview informan yang mewakili setiap bidang untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan aktivitas-aktivitas dalam suatu tugas dan waktu yang digunakan untuk tugas tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah PTT terlalu banyak dan jumlahnyapun tidak terdistribusi dengan baik disetiap bidang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pimpinan untuk mengambil keputusan terhadap jumlah pegawai tidak tetap di organisasi ini.

Abstract

Dalam dekade sekarang, perusahaan besar dan kecil harus menerapkan teknologi khusus untuk perusahaan jasa penilai independen dalam mengetahui nilai aset yang ditentukan oleh pemegang saham. Tujuan penelitian ini secara khusus untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas organisasi, kapabilitas inovasi, dan customer relation management (CRM) terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan masing-masing faktor di atas terhadap kinerja bisnis dan merumuskan strategi bersaing untuk keberhasilan bisnis KJPP Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling yang mengharuskan responden memahami variabel yang diteliti. Jumlah sampel adalah 33 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural yang diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Kesimpulan penelitian meliputi: (1) kapabilitas organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis, (2) kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis, (3) kapabilitas manajemen hubungan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis. signifikan pada keunggulan kompetitif sementara. Namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Tahap pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan dengan menggunakan QSPM, yang hasilnya secara objektif menunjukkan bahwa alternatif strategi penetrasi pasar merupakan strategi alternatif terbaik dan utama yang dapat dilakukan KJPP Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. Strategi penetrasi pasar adalah strategi pertumbuhan yang berfokus pada penjualan produk yang ada di pasar yang ada.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengendalian Intern dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Efisiensi Biaya Dan Efektifitas Pelayanan Pasien (Studi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan metode cross-sectional, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 58 responden di Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Pengendalian Internal Mempengaruhi Efisiensi Keuntungan dan Efektifitas Biaya Pelayanan Pasien (2) Dampak Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Keuntungan Pelayanan Dan Efektifitas Biaya (3) Kontribusi atas Efisiensi Biaya dan Efektivitas Pelayanan Pasien sebesar 83,8 persen yang berasal dari faktor Pengendalian Internal dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

Abstract

Companies in developing their businesses have products or services that can helping build the image of the company, so it can produce a Brand Image which can be invested in the community. Nowadays, many companies choose celebrities to be the Speakpersons or Brand Ambassadors as a strategy to build Brand Image through their influence of them that can increase and attract consumers in introducing products or services. Meccanism is an online shop that uses Zaskia Adya Mecca as their Brand Ambassador. The study aims at examining whether there is an influence and how much the influence of Zaskia Adya Mecca is as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism. The theory used in this study are Image, Brand Image and Brand Ambassador. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Samples were taken in this research through distributed questionnaires to 100 followers from Meccanismofficialshop with insidental sampling method. The result of this research shows that there are influences of Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism with contribution value by 73.8%, it means that Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop gives very strong and positive impact on the Brand Image of Meccanism. Keywords: Image, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Team Orientation, Creating Change and Customer Focus on Innovation and Employee Performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III Banjarmasin. The sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling, which sample was as many as 145 people. The research data used a questionnaires which were distributed online using links that can be clicked from e-mail and also social media whatsapp with smartphones and laptops / PCs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method of data analysis used in this research. The results of this research indicated that Team Orientation affects Innovation, Creating Change affects Innovation, Customer Focus affects Innovation, Team Orientation affects Employee Performance, Creating Change affects Employee Performance, Customer Focus has no effect on Employee Performance and Innovation affects Employee Performance. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study analyzes omnichannel strategies as an increase in trust and brand image using qualitative methods with indepth interview data analysis. The focus of this research is omnichannel, trust, and brand image which seeks to be analyzed so that it can explain social phenomena that occur in society. The location of this study was conducted in the city of Surabaya, the location of the study was determined because the complex problems discussed in this study were experienced by consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya. Although it is not fully researched by each region, considering the urgency of this research is in the online marketplace where all consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya can be actively involved in market mechanisms. The study broadens the understanding of the field of omnichannel retail in a number of dimensions, firstly the research assumes a linear consumer decision-making process. Second, the literature and structure review brings the spotlight needed to observe omnichannel based on a broader management perspective. This focus is more context-specific and fragmented from the findings about the decision-making process. Fourth, this study shows results in online business people who do not understand much about omnichannel strategies carried out by the segmentation of medium to upper business people.

Abstract

Penelіtіan іnі bertujuan untuk mengіdentіfіkasі saluran pemasaran kelapa sawit yang ada dі Kecamatan  Kinalі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dan membandіngkan efіsіensі saluran pemasaran tandan buah segar (TBS)  kelapa sawіt yang ada dі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Teknіk pengambіlan sampelnya adalah non probabіlіty samplіng dengan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 30  orang petanі kelapa sawіt dan 6 orang pengumpul. Hasіl penelіtіan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran TBS kelapa sawіt dі kecamatan  Kіnalі Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yaіtu saluran І (petanі - pengumpul - peron - pabrіk), Saluran ІІ (petanі – peron - pabrіk), sedangkan saluran ke III ( petani – pabrik). Saluran yang palіng banyak dіgunakan oleh petanі adalah saluran І (petanі - pengumpul – peron - pabrіk) dіkarenakan petanі mandіrі memіlіkі kebun yang sedikit,  lokasi yang jauh dari pabrik dan  tіdak memіlіkі  transportasі untuk membawa  langsung ke pabrіk kelapa sawіt. Bagіan petanі yang dіterіma darі harga jual TBS untuk saluran pertama sebesar 67,64% lebіh kecіl dіbandіngkan saluran kedua yaіtu sebesar 84,88%.sedangkan saluran ketiga sebesar 100% (sesuai harga yang ditetapka pabrik). Kata Kuncі: tandan buah segar, kelapa sawіt, saluran pemasaran.
