Abstract

phenomenon, but as a reality of economythat important in the development of society and national economy. At least, when the government was not quit competence to provide the employment opportunities for the labor force, the informal sector with all its shortage took a role as a container and alternative employment opportunities for the job seekers. It is also experienced by Padang after the earthquake in 2009 which destroyed some facilities and infrastructure as well as at the same time the economic crisis made people involuntarily unemployed and temporarily mitigated by the availability of employment opportunities in the informal sector in urban areas reflected by street vendors as the main face.This study examines and analyzes in depth the characteristics of informal workers to identificate of demographics , region of origin, age of business , hours of operation, capital and finance, health of workers, the problems and their prospects. The methodology used was qualitative descriptive analysis with random data sample of 255 street vendors.The results of the study found that the role of women more prominent than men to work in this sector , and the educational level of workers with family members was not so much different that was only until the equivalent of high school , and workers in the sector was dominated by local residence , with the capital beginning most dominant of ≤ two million, and capable to give experience with lower cost. Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of motivation, perceptions, and attitude of students toward the decision of choosing the Bung Hatta University. The approach in this study was a case study with quantitative descriptive method. These samples included 318 people who were taken with random sampling technique cluster proportionate. Data analyzed was performed by using partial test (t-test) to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The result showed that: (1) motivation significantly influenced the student's decision in selecting Bung Hatta University in Padang; (2) perception significantly influenced the student's decision in selecting Bung Hatta University in Padang; (3) the attitude did not affect the decision of the students chose the Bung Hatta University in Padang. Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana Harga dan Keragaman Produk mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel Harga (X1) dan Keragaman Produk (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh Harga (X1) dan Keragaman Produk (X2) terhadapKepuasan Konsumen (Y) adalah 0,734 (R2 = 73.4 %) sedangkan 26.6 % lainya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti disini. Kata kunci :Harga, Keragaman Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

The financial report is the most information kursial to control a company. Analysis of the financial statements can provide information about the financial performance of a company or the other organization like Cooperative. The research carried out at the Koperasi Sawit Gunung Sangkur Kinali Kabupaen Pasaman Barat. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial performance in order to determine the development of the financial position at the Koperasi Gunung Sangkur in 2011 to 2014 period on liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio. Methodology of data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive based on ratio analysis. Data sources are from the financial statements and the other document. The results showed that the financial performance of Koperasi Gunung Sangkur based on liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio are fluctuate from the year to year. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan bisnis ritel di Indonesia sudah mulai pesat di beberapa kota besar, termasuk diantaranya Kota Bogor. Berkembanganya ritel modern di kota bogor dipengaruhi oleh populasi penduduk, jumlah rumah tangga dan pendapatan perkapita. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk pada tahun 2018 mencapai 1,53% (BPS kota Bogor, 2018). Untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku konsumen terhadap ritel tradisional dan modern di masa pandemi covid-19 dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil survey yang dilakukan kepada 45 responden di kota bogor, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan perilaku belanja konsumen dalam berbelanja di pasar tradisional dan modern. Sebelum pandemi covid-19 terjadi, mayoritas responden memilih untuk berbelanja langsung, baik di tukang sayur, warung, maupun minimarket dan supermarket di sekitar rumah. proporsi belanja konsumen melalui e-commerce masih rendah. Namun setelah pandemi covid-19 melanda, tren berbelanja secara online mulai meningkat. Selain perubahan preferensi konsumen dalam berbelanja, terdapat juga perubahan frekuensi belanja konsumen. Dapat dilihat frekuensi berbelanja konsumen cenderung berkurang setelah adanya wabah covid-19. Factor-faktor penting yang mungkin memengaruhi hal tersebut adalah factor keamanan, dimana setelah adanya covid-19, masyarakat akan bersikap lebih waspada memilih untuk berbelanja tanpa adanya kontak langsung antara penjual dan pembeli agar resiko terpapar virus covid-19 dapat diminimalisir.Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Perilaku Konsumen, Kota Bogor ABSTRACTThe development of the retail business in Indonesia has begun rapidly in several big cities, including the city of Bogor. The development of modern retail in the city of Bogor is influenced by population, number of households and per capita income. The population growth rate in 2018 reached 1.53% (BPS city of Bogor, 2018). To find out changes in consumer behavior towards traditional and modern retail during the Covid-19 pandemi in this study, a descriptive analysis method was used. From the results of a survey conducted on 45 respondents in the city of Bogor, it can be concluded that there is a change in consumer spending behavior in shopping at traditional and modern markets. Before the Covid-19 pandemi occurred, the majority of respondents chose to shop directly, both at vegetable vendors, stalls, as well as minimarkets and supermarkets around the house. the proportion of consumer spending through e-commerce is still low. However, after the Covid-19 pandemi hit, the trend of online shopping began to increase. In addition to changes in consumer preferences in shopping, there are also changes in consumer spending frequency. It can be seen that the frequency of consumer shopping tends to decrease after the Covid-19 outbreak. Important factors that might influence this are the safety factor, where after the outbreak of Covid-19, people will be more vigilant in choosing to shop without direct contact between sellers and buyers so that the risk of exposure to the Covid-19 virus can be minimized. Abstract

Rattan commodity in Padang city, including commodity most likely to be developed. With its potential industrial development aimed at strengthening competitiveness through competitive advantages. The strategy used to develop the small industry rattan in Padang city in order to have a competitive edge is SWOT analysis and using the right strategy for businesses rattan industry. The object of research is small rattan Industry, located in Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota PadangTanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang and institutions related. This study uses primary data, field observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. The analysis was performed by using a SWOT analysis. The result is obtained that rattan industry Padang from the internal side of strength greater than weakness, while on the external side of the existing opportunities greater than the treatness. Rattan industry Padang city were the first quadrant which means that this position indicates that the rattan industry in the city of Padang strong and likely to grow. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to answer the role of the Domestic Component Level (TKDN = Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) value as a determiningaspect of the ranking of winners of government procurement/tender goods/services, and explain howthe sanctions will be if they are not followed by government goods and services procurement actors and/or goods/service providers. It is carried out using the literature review method described in the discussion, which is related to the government'sprocurement regulations for goods and services and the provisions on the value of TKDN in Presidential Decree No. 16 year 2018 jo. Presidential Decree No. 12 year 2021, Presidential Instruction No. 02 year 2022, and other related regulations. In order for the provisions for implementing TKDN to be better understood, including being well understood by business actors and the public regarding the TKDN calculation process, the verification process and the benefits of applying TKDN, it would be better if it was socialized more intensively by Public Relations employees in every institution/company/agency the government, by utilizing the means of communication and social media that are currently booming, or by increasing the number of scientific studies on this subject that are published in general through the publication of books or publication in other scientific journals. This socialization can also be carried out by inviting registered goods/services providers to take part in comprehensive training carried out by each institution/company/government agency that carries out the procurement of goods and services. Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in order to improve employee performance. The object of research is the employee of STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat. The research conducted by the kausalistik relationships method. The test results showed that the organizational climate significant effect on OCB, organizational commitment significant effect on OCB, organizational climate significant impact on performance, organizational commitment significant effect on the performance and OCB significant impact on performance. The results of this study imply that the leader of STIE Pasaman Simpang Empat in improving employee performance through increased OCB should begin with efforts to improve the organizational climate and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for the implementation of Bai ’Bitsaman Ajil (BBA) financing at BMT Taqwa Muhammadiyah Branch Bandar Buat. The data source of this study was obtained from the manager of BMT Taqwa Muhammadiyah Bandar Bandar branch. Abstract

This study was intended to see the influence of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment toward Employees’ Performance at PT. PN VI. The populations in this study were as many as 38 people, where the sampling techniques using surveying techniques. From the results of this study, the variables were Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) significantly affects employees’ performance (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) the Employees’ Performance (Y) was 0.671 (R2 = 67.1). Test f an independent variable showed both positive and gave significant effect on the dependent variable amounted to 89 122.
