Abstract

One business that is developing today is the business of transportation services by motorcycle or used to be called an ojek. If the first motorcycle taxis are managed conventionally and sole proprietorship, now there is a new business motor that is a commercial business, which provides public transportation services and managed professionally. Currently there are two kinds of ojek services, namely ojek offline and ojek online. Unlike conventional motorcycles that can only be found when consumers look for it at certain points, ojek online can be ordered online through android apps. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of consumer satisfaction level on interpersonal communication on ojek online and offline. The population used is the people of Batam who use Online Ojek and Ojek offline. The population consists of 5 districts namely Batuaji, Sagulung, Sekupang, Batu ampar and Batam Kota with a sample of 384 respondents. The results obtained by using questionnaires / questionnaires. Data analysis used is different test with SPSS version 20. The result of research shows that consumer satisfaction level on communication interpersonal with indicator of openness, empathy, support, positive and equality on ojek online and offline there is difference. Overall the level of customer satisfaction on communication interpersonal ojek online and offline there is a difference, with Sig count 0.000> 0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the level of customer satisfaction on communications interpersonal services ojek online and offline in Batam. Keywords: Costumers satisfaction, Interpersonal communication

Abstract

Cooperatives as a legal entity also need to look the development financial performance. Thus the cooperative can be found out how their abilities and how the efficiency should be carried out to maintain financial conditions to keep increasing over time. The purpose of this study was to know how the company's financial performance in the Cooperative Albasiko II during 2013-2015 using financial ratios. Cooperative performance Albasiko II in districts Kinali West Pasaman based on the liquidity ratio was not stable. Where the calculation of the ratio in 2013-2015 have increased and decreased. Based on the solvency ratio was not good than in 2013-2015 due to the cooperative debt increased every year. Pursuant to the profitability ratio was pretty good. From 2013 to 2014 increased quite high namely NPM by 22% to 31%. Although in 2015 dropped to 30%, which was not so significant. Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas seperti Kompensasi (X1), Promosi Jabatan (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3). Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden. Dalam analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji F untuk menganalisis secara simultan dan uji t dengan menganalisis secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, promosi jabatan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan Air Minum Muara Tira Kota GorontaloKata kunci: Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan, Disiplin Kerja dan Loyalitas

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh biaya distribusi terhadap volume penjualan minyak kelapa sawit (CPO) Pada PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation Pasaman Barat, data yang digunakan data sekunder dan metode analisa yang digunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Didalam melakukan pengolahan data digunakan analisis secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan Uji normalitas, Uji koefisien determinasi (R), Uji regresi sederhana dan Uji t dengan memakai Program SPPS.Berdasarkan kepada analisis dan pembahasan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa biaya distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan dan kebijkasaan distribusi yang dilakukan PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation Pasaman Barat yaitu distribusi langsung, menambah armada angkutan yang digunakan untuk mengangkut produk CPO, agar produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan dapat cepat dikenal pasar konsumen dan bertambahnya barang yang didistribusikan sehingga volume penjulan dapat ditingkatkan.Disarankan kepada pihak PT Gersindo Minang Plantation merevisi kebijkasanaan distribusi yang akan dijalankan perusahaan, agar terus meningkatkan nilai anggaran distribusi yang akan mereka keluarkan agar daerah yang menjadi tempat distribusi dapat terus ditingkatkan sehingga volume penjualan perusahaan terus mengalami peningkatan dan juga menambah jumlah kendaraan operasional yang akan digunakan untuk proses pendistri busian produk

Abstract

The economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is more severe than the 1998 crisis. A very serious threat is the decline in the value of the investment in Indonesia. This decrease will have a direct impact on the company's financial performance and indirectly also result in the distribution of financial levels (returns) to shareholders. This research aims to test the effect of profitability and leverage on stock returns. The estimation method used in this study is the regression of panel data. The results showed that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the return of shares in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, empirically there was no leverage influence on the return stock

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum ( KPU ) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengawasan dan Pengarahan Pimpinan terhadap Semangat Kerja. Populasinya adalah semua pegawai Kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum ( KPU ) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat sebanyak 35 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Dengan nilai konstanta (α) adalah 0,082 dengan nilai signifikannya 0,044 sedangkan nilai koefisien Pengawasan 0,117 dengan nilai signifikannya 0,003 dan Pengarahan Pimpinan 0,669 dengan nilai signifikannya 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa nilai R-squre sebesar 0,420. Uji f menunjukan ketiga variabel indenpenden berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 11,567. Kata Kunci : Pengawasan, Pengarahan Pimpinan , Semangat Kerja

Abstract

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price. Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the factors that affect the quality of MSME financial reports. The research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed and collected from respondents, namely MSME actors whose business activities are in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta Regions. The number of samples selected in this study were 231 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods and research data using partial least squares with SmartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the quality of MSME financial reports is significantly and positively influenced by the variables of educational background, business size and information technology. While other variables such as education, information and socialization have no effect. In relation to the implementation of MSME actors on the quality of financial reports by using SAK EMKM, so far MSME actors are still facing many obstacles such as not making financial reports according to standards, recording not routinely. This is because most MSME actors have low education so they do not understand the preparation of financial statements.Keywords: Quality of Financial Reports; MSMEs; SAK EMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas siswa SMP IT Pasaman Barat melalui kepuasan siswa sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap siswa SMP IT Pasaman Barat. Kuesioner telah diberikan kepada 173 orang  siswa dan semuanya terisi lengkap. Tehnik  pengukuran variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan skala likert. Hasil pengujian dengan regresi sederhana dan regresi bertingkat menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa dan kepuasan siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pula terhadap loyalitas. Nilai pelanggan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas siswa SMP IT Pasaman Barat. Pengujian variabel kepuasan siswa sebagai intervening menunjukkan bahwa variabel ini berperan sebagai intervening parsial. Temuan diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan atau manfaat yang diperoleh siswa SMP IT Pasaman Barat mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas siswa sementara itu meski kepuasan siswa memediasi pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas, namun  demikian pengaruh secara langsung tetap signifikan. Kata kunci : Loyalitas, Kepuasan, Nilai Pelanggan.
