Abstract

The purpose of this researchis to know the influence of promotion and brand image on the decision to purchase a Honda Vario motorcycle in West Pasaman. The population insthis research were all consumers who used Honda Vario motorcycle in West Pasaman . The sampling technique used was a Non Probability Sampling sample. Research instrument is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. From the results of this researchfound the promotion variables (X1), and brand image (X2) have a significant effect on purchase decision with a significant level of 0,000. The magnitude of the effect of promotion (X1), and brand image (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.781 or equal to 78.1% Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Brand Image

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, communication, work motivation, and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Land Agency (ATR/BPN) of Cilacap Regency. This type of research is a quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were all ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, totaling 108 employees at ATR/BPN Cilacap Regency. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses statistical analysis Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.2.9 is used to test validity, reliability test, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially leadership style, communication, work motivation affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency, while workload partially does not affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Motivation, Workload, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Banking including BPR is very important to developing the economy. So, the bank must be have a level of optimal profitability continuously. This study to analized the effect of BOPO to Profitability of PT. BPR SAN. The data to be analized are the values of these variables in the quarterly report for the year 2010 - 2014. By the multiple linear regression analisys found that BOPO has a significant effect on NPM, but no significant effect on ROE and ROA. The implication of this research is PT. BPR SAN must improve the performance of credit porfolio in the ideal position and productive, but still have to consider the operational efficiency and the level of credit performance. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the influence of consumer trust and service quality on consumer loyalty using gojek online transportation services during the covid-19 pandemic (a case study on gojek online transportation users in  Karawang Regency), either partially or simultaneously. This hold as an associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample selection is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, gathering 96 respondents. The data is collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The technique of analyzing the data is partial using descriptive data analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and significant test (Classical Assumption Test, t Test and F Test). The results of this study indicate the probability value (sig) is 0,000 <0,05 simultaneous. This proves that consumer trust and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty of gojek online transportation services during the covid-19 pandemic. It is concluded that consumer trust has no significant effect on consumer loyalty with a probability value (sig) of 0,899 > 0,05, while service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty with a probability value (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive quantitative because it aims to get a picture of conditions and situations in the work environment of employees of Bank Muamalat Padang Branch related spiritual leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction and how the influence of each variable. The sample of this study using total sampling that 71 people so that the method used is census method by spreading the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS version 22. The result of multiple regression analysis shows the relationship between each independent variable to the dependent: spiritual leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that R2 equal to 0,470 means that the contribution of influence to employee job satisfaction is 47 % while the rest is influenced by other variables like leadership, work motivation and compensation. Managerial implications that writers can ask is if the company wants to improve employee satisfaction then the company must first improve spiritual leadership, so employee satisfaction is achieved. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial performance, managerial ownership and leverage on firm value. The variables in this study are Liquidity, Managerial Ownership and Leverage. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. Which resulted in a sample of 24 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The analysis in this study uses panel data regression analysis with the results that Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value and Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, while Leverage has an effect on firm value. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is influenced by the Cash Ratio (CR). The results of the second hypothesis, namely the t test (partial test) shows the value of the t-statistic CR 2.712511 with a probability value of 0.0078, then H0 is rejected. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is negatively and insignificantly affected by Managerial Ownership. This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of KM -1.012049 with a probability value of 0.3138, then H0 is accepted. The results of the study show that the value of the company (Tobins'q) is positively and significantly affected by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of DER 8.649084 with a probability value of 0.0000, then H0 is rejected.Keywords: likuidity, managerial ownership, leverage, firm value

Abstract

Customer loyalty is most important asset for every company. Customer loyalty gives company many benefits such as repeat purchase and recommendation to third party. This makes many companies always try figure out the ways to maintain customer loyalty. This research is held in PT. Zinkpower Batam Indo in Jl. Brigjend Katamso KM 6,2 Tanjung Uncang, Batam. This company is pioneer of galvanizing plant in Batam and proven to have high quality of galvanizing. PT. Zinkpower Batam Indo is subsidiary of Kopf Group, a mother company with the same field. This research aims to determine PT. Zinkpower Batam Indo Marketing Public Relations’s strategy to maintain their customer loyalty. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection technique in this research using depth interview, participant observation & documentation. The result is Marketing Public Relations using pull strategy to main customer loyalty, such as customer satisfaction survey, complain handling, discount and one stop service. Abstract

This review discusses the potential of South Aceh Regency generated by the economic sectors above. In addition, this study will discuss the current condition of Tapaktuan Port as well as the direction of development policy of South Aceh Regency to improve the utilization of Tapaktuan Port. The method of analysis in this research uses descriptive method, based on a series of data collection methods through literature study, observation and interview. Increased utilization of Tapaktuan Port still faces a number of challenges, including the non-functioning of Tapaktuan as a center of growth and economic accumulation of South Aceh Regency. Therefore. the need for the South Aceh Regency Government to consistently implement policies concerning the utilization of Tapaktuan Port, as well as create strong synergy between the government of South Aceh district with the central government in order to develop trade (ships follow the trade) and grow the less developed areas (ships promote the trade). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan merek yang pada akhirnya memberikan dampak atas loyalitas konsumen pada produk hand body lotion. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatori untuk menguji antar variabel yang dihipotesiskan dan membuktikan kebenarannya dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian melibatkan konsumen hand body lotion pada suatu produk tertentu di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Sampel ditetapkan 100 responden kaum wanita. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Merek; (2) Kesadaran Merek dan Kepercayaan Merek masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen; dan (3) Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung melalui Kepercayaan Merek yang berdampak pada Loyalitas Konsumen dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,1 persen.

Abstract

This study try to find out about the impact of PBI / 14/26/2012 for banks in Indonesia. This regulation limiting the activities of banks based on their core capital. The purpose of this regulation is to improve the efficiency, durability and banking competition. Efficiency is measured by using DEA, endurance proxy by Zscore and competititon proxy by HHI. The results showed that there was a significant difference before and after the regulations issued for variable efficiency and competition but not for durability. The next stage of this research is to know the effect of endurance, competition, regulations and numbers of Board of Directors (BOD) of the efficiency. Measurements were made by a panel regression and stated that the results of the BOD and year significantly affecting efficiency. Keywords: efficiency, competition, default risk, BOD, banking
