Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh faktor psikologi, nilai terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening dan merupakan studi kasus dilakukan pada Bank Nagari Cabang Utama Padang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Nagari Cabang Utama Padang pada akhir periode 2010 yaitu sebanyak 174.363 orang nasabah, untuk menarik sampel menggunakan metode Sampel Non Probabilitas, yaitu peluang setiap anggota populasi untuk menjadi anggota sampel tidak sama. Jumlah sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 400 orang nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, didapati pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y dengan koefisien regresi 0,562.Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Intervening dengan koefisien regresi 0,546 untuk  faktor psikologi dan 0,117 untuk faktor nilai nasabah dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel intervening terhadap Y dengan koefisien regresi 0,460.

Abstract

This studyexamined the intervening effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty and the role of customer value as moderating. The research population is all entire communities who received service quality of birth certificate issuance in the period of August-December 2014that accounted for 351customers and the numbers of usable samples were 187 customers.In order to test hypotheses, this study performs simple and hierarchical regression analyses. The results of analysis displayed that service quality positively influences customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction was found to have positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction was proven as intervening variable on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, and customer value moderated the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menunjukkan kualitas produk dan Harga pada Bengkel Mobil Telaga Adil Di Medan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pelanggan sebanyak 66 responden. Sumber data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner atau angket, untuk variabel Kualitas produk 18 item pernyataan, variabel Harga 7 item pernyataan, dan variabel Loyalitas pelanggan 13 item pernyataan, pernyataan terdiri dari valid atau tidak valid, dan reliabel atau kurang reliabel. Data sekunder berupa data yang berkaitan dengan produk yang ditawarkan dan Harga kepada konsumen. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, determinan, uji t dan uji f dengan SPSS versi 24.0. Tingkat signifikan kualitas produk 0,000 < 0,05, Harga 0,330 > 0,05, dengan nilai Sig < 0,05. Dari uji determinasi diketahui bahwa persentasi pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan Harga terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan adalah sebesar 0,936 atau 93,6%, sedangkan sisanya 6,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Loyalitas Pelanggan. Abstract This study aims to determine and show that product quality and price at the Telaga Adil Car Workshop in Medan have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The methodology used is the customer as many as 66 respondents. Primary data sources were obtained by using questionnaires or questionnaires, for the product quality variable 18 statement items, the price variable 7 statement items, and the customer loyalty variable 13 statement items, the statement consisted of valid or invalid, and reliable or less reliable. Secondary data in the form of data relating to the products offered and prices to consumers. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, determinant, t test and f test with SPSS version 24.0. Significant level of product quality 0.000 <0.05, price 0.330> 0.05, with a Sig value <0.05. From the determination test, it is known that the percentage of the influence of product quality and price variables on the customer loyalty variable is 0.936 or 93.6%, while the remaining 6.4% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Government intervention in a company can provide benefits for the company so that they will gain trust by increasing business trading in the stock market. In addition, audit quality also contributes to stock liquidity, because investors can judge the company's performance based on the results of the company's audit. This study aims to discuss the political relationship and audit quality of stock liquidity. The sampling method is based on a purposive sampling of 170 manufacturing institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018, Utilizing SPSS version 15. The analytical tool used is the classic assumption test, T test and F. Test. The results showed that Political Connection directly had a significant positive effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2018. Furthermore, Audit Quality directly had a significant negative effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in the year 2013-2018. Keywords:Political connections , Audit Quality , Liquidity Shares

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and product quality on the purchase decision at PT Rexvin Propertindo in Batam. This study has a population of 322 people, that is Rexvin Boulevard housing buyers who make purchases in 2014-2016 is 322 people, with a total sample of 178 people with sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. Based on the test results coefficient of determination (R2) of 51% indicates that the location and quality of the product influence the purchase decision. The result of t test shows that t value on location variable is 2,464 and t value on product quality variable is 7,743. Both values t arithmetic greater than the value of t table with a value of 1.974, so that each variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So it can be concluded that the location and quality of products together have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan klaster industri, yaitu pemasaran produk, keuangan usaha dan dukungan pemerintah daerah. Objek penelitian adalah Industri kecil rotan Kota Padang yang berlokasi di Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui instansi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dikemukakan digunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka, variabel keuangan usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengembangan industri rotan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh atau pemegang saham pengendali dan efektivitas dewan komisaris dan komite audit terhadap kualitas audit yang diukur dengan AQMS (Audit Quality Metric Score). Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa alignment dan entrechment effect dari pemegang saham pengendali berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit. Penyelarasan kepentingan antara pemegang saham pengendali dan pemegang saham non pengendali menyebabkan perusahaan menunjuk auditor yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ketika perusahaan menghadapi efek entrechment yang tinggi dari pemegang saham pengendali, perusahaan tetap menunjuk auditor berkualitas tinggi untuk mengurangi konflik keagenan dan untuk menjaga reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dewan komisaris dan komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit. Kata Kunci: Aligment and Entrechment Effect, Audit Quality, Controlling Shareholders, Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of profitability and age, to the leverage. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements and the company’s annual report summary. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last periods 2017. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling, 96 companies have been selected as samples. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. We tested the relationships between the profitability and firm age to leverage with the statistical method used is regression analysis in panel data. The result of the research shows, with partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage. And then, estimation results show the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. Abstract

This research in did is to find out if there’s the influence of leadership of the performance of employes in the batam city to find out if there’s the influence of motivation against the performance of the official education in batam city to know wheter there is the influence of leadership and motivation together about performance of employer for official education. In this study author using sample as much as 55 people employes taken in proportional to the sample census method. While the kind of used data is the primary data and data secondary the primary data from the kuisioner with of employees who are competent and official batam city education. The source of data in gain from document education in batam service. The techniques collecting data do statistic with interview and kuisioner. Data analitic to do with descriotive statistic, which serves for using to descriptive for give the picture/ilustration to the object in conscientious through samples data or population in got in the field connected with theories nrelevant as well as quantitative that’s analitic for the data that has been given score in accordance with scale of measurement to used the likert scale. From on the results of research.
