Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara tropis yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang berlimpah salah satunya produk di bidang pertanian, yaitu komoditas hortikultura. Cabai termasuk salah satu komoditas sayuran yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi, karena peranannya yang cukup besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestik sebagai komoditi ekspor dan industri pangan. Cabai hijau (Capsicum frutescens) memiliki umur simpan yang pendek dan harganya yang berfluktuatif mengakibatkan Indonesia mengalami dilema antara kecenderungannya untuk mengeskpor atau mengimpor cabai hijau, untuk itu analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP) yang merupakan indeks yang digunakan untuk menghitung spesialisasi perdagangan suatu negara. Sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan dilihat dari ekspor cabai hijau Indonesia berkembang dan terus bertumbuh hingga dalam periode 10 tahun terakhir menggambarkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki kecenderungan dalam kematangan untuk mengekspor cabai hijau.Kata Kunci : Cabai Hijau, Ekspor, Impor, keunggulan komparatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumers in purchasing branded shoes in Batam City and also the influence of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and also the last is Brand Uniqueness to Brand Loyalty. Processing the data using the PLS program facility.The data obtained is by distributing questionnaires as many as 283 to the respondents. This research uses a google form link that is distributed to millennial communities in Batam City.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and Brand Uniqueness on Brand Loyalty, while Perceived Quality and Perceived Value show no significant influence on Brand Loyalty.This study is to determine how loyal consumers are in purchasing branded shoes through several factors such as Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and also the last one is Brand Uniqueness. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations, Brand Uniqueness, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kualitas dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen. Populasinya adalah semua konsumen Mobil Toyota Merek Avanza di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang konsumen yang ditemui. Teknik pengambilan data adalah dengan kuisioner yang dikuantifisir dengan skala likert. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan nilai konstanta  (α) adalah 1,240 sedangkan nilai koefisien persepsi kualitas 0,451 dan citra merek 0,263 dan berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa nilai R-squre sebesar 0,467. Uji f menunjukan kedua variabel indenpenden berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 11.921. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Kualitas, Citra Merek, Keputusan Konsumen

Abstract

This study aims (1) To determine the factors that influence student interest in participating in Student activity units in STMIK Jayanusa and (2) The most dominant factors affecting the interest of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units.This research was carried out on the STMIK Jayanusa campus with a total response of 52 students who participated in the UKM. Data collected using questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis through Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) 17.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 factors that influence the participation of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units namely (a) The heredity factor has an eigenvalue of 2,284 with a variance value of 76.125%. Intelligence factor has an eigenvalue of 0.415 with a variance value of 13.833%. While environmental factors have an eigenvalue value of 0.301 with a variance value of 10.042%. and (2) The most dominant factor influencing student participation in participating in Student activity units is a factor that originates within students, namely the heredity factor of 76.125%

Abstract

Financial evaluation is a very fundamental thing for a company, with a reasonable evaluation of the company's financial statements it will get information about the company's financial performance on a certain period. The purpose of this research is to know how financial performance of PTHanjaya mandala sampoernatbk, seen from profitability ratio analysis. The source of this research data is documentation in the form of financial statements consisting of balance sheet and income statement compiled by PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK during 2012 until 2016. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative analysis of data analysis by performing a comparison of the results of financial ratio analysis (profitability ratios) for the period to be studied. The result of analysis shows that from the ratio of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) the company's financial performance is considered not good because the average rate is below the industry average. While from the analysis of return on equity (ROE) and return on investment (ROI) performance of the company is considered good because the average rate is above the industry average rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana Budaya Organisasi dan Beban Kerja mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1)dan Beban Kerja ( X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai (y) dimana koefisien regresi Berganda adalah 0,91 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai, Dari Ujit yang diperlihatakanpada table Coefflcientsterlihatbahwanilai Alfa untukvariabelbudayaorganisasi yaitu sebasar 0,420 signifikan. Sedangkan pengaruh Beban Kerjayaitu sebesar 0,668signifikan. penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel 66 orang pegawai Dinas Koperindag dan UKM Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Risiko dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden di seluruh Indonesia yang menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 285 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu amos.24 dan menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Risiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking.  Kata-kata kunci: Persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, risiko, kualitas layanan dan minat nasabah

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Digital telah melahirkan konsep e-commerce yang diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana fenomena yang paling menonjol saat ini adalah perilaku belanja online. Perkembangan ini diikuti dengan berdirinya sejumlah lapak online yang salah satunya tergolong cukup menonjol adalah Shopee.  Diantara variabel yang diduga erat kaitannya dengan perilaku belanja online adalah gaya hidup, iklan dan harga. Penelitian ini  dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel ini terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang civitas akademika STIE Pasaman yang menjadi konsumen Shopee. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua variabel ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee dimana kontribusinya mencapai 67%. Temuan ini merekomendasikan kepada pengelola Lapak Online agar senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan gaya hidup konsumen, memaksimalkan periklanan dan penetapan harga yang lebih baik. Kata kunci : Gaya hidup, iklan, harga dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. is a modern cosmetics and herbal medicine company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The problems that exist in PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. is on the company's Economic Value Added seen from the value of Invested Capital, NOPAT, WACC, and Capital Charges companies that fluctuate during the period 2012-2016. The purpose of this research is to know the financial performance of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. in terms of Economic Value Added period 2012-2016. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The object of this study is the financial statements of PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk consisting of Balance Sheet and Income Statement in 2012 until 2016. The data in this research is obtained through literature study and corporate documentation. The results showed that the Economic Value Added (EVA) in 2012 amounted to 1,142,908,461 can be assessed Positive because it is above the value 0 on a predetermined benchmark, which means there has been an economic value-added process for the company. In 2013 Economic Value Added (EVA) of-944,887,103 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmark that has been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. In 2014 Economic Value Added (EVA) of -11.210.007.738 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmark that has been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. In 2015 Economic Value Added (EVA) of -10.595.194.484 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmarks that have been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company. In 2016 Economic Value Added (EVA) of -17.181.300.521 can be rated Negative because it is below the value 0 on the benchmark that has been set, meaning there is no process of economic value-added for the company.
