Abstract

Now, the world is undergoing a transformation known as the industrial revolution and resulting in a creative economy, which affects technological progress based on the principle of human creativity. In this case, intellectual property rights have an important role to provide protection to their citizens for the results they obtain and avoid intellectual property rights infringement. However, in practice, several problems arise with legal policies on intellectual property rights in the Indonesian state. In Indonesia, the protection of intellectual property rights can realize a sense of security, legal certainty and psychological effects, increasing the creator's spirit to continue to innovate.

Abstract

Similarity in bottle designs between various companies is one of the new issues that has emerged as the eco-bottle sector in Indonesia has grown. Inadequate legal protection has been provided to the owners of the eco-botol industrial design, which ought to be fiercely safeguarded, and there are no legislation that specifically address design imitation and false representation. This essay employs a comparative approach; specifically, the author contrasts Indonesia's industrial design rights laws with those in the United States, which have proven effective in protecting industrial design rights holders. Because of the importance of this comparison, industrial design rights holders should consider it before Indonesia's industrial design rights laws are finalized.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the culture and meaning of belis money, marriage law regulations and the process of giving belis, and the consequences of the high price of belis. This research is a qualitative research. The location of this research is in Saga Village, Detusoko District, Ende Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The informants in this study were customary chiefs, Saga village heads and belis beneficiary women. Data was collected through interviews and observation. The results of this qualitative study indicate that the belis tradition still applies to the people of Saga village. Belis is not just a dowry in marriage, belis also has a function, namely as a condition for marriage, as a reflection of women's social status and as a change in the status and role of women in the family structure. However, belis is also the reason for violence against women in the household in Saga Village.

Abstract

This study discusses the right to information for consumers to know the price list of food menus, in the perspective of UUPK. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems that exist in the Flora Park in the city of Surabaya, by combining various legal materials with data obtained in the field. The object of this research is that almost every stall in the Surabaya City Flora Park area does not include prices on the menu list. The results of this study indicate that the right to price information regulated in UUPK tends to be business actors who do not know about this law. The reason why business actors do not include prices on the list of food menus is due to several different factors. The obligation to atone for their actions with accountability can be sanctioned in the form of civil compensation penalties and can be subject to criminal sanctions in the form of confinement in accordance with UUPK.

Abstract

Basically, the Aceh Special Autonomy Fund policy is to provide wider authority for local governments and the people of Aceh to regulate and take care of themselves within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia. This broader authority also includes the authority to regulate the use of natural resources in the Aceh Province area, as much as possible for the prosperity of the Acehnese people, empowering their economic, social, and cultural potential, including providing a significant role for the indigenous people of Aceh to be involved in the process of formulating regional policies, determining development strategies while still respecting the equality and diversity of people's lives in the Province Aceh. Therefore, the author reviews the relationship between central and regional authorities in the Republic of Indonesia with the regions, especially Aceh in the Special Autonomy Law with qualitative methods and through understanding the concept of decentralization. The results clearly show that, however, the implementation of the Special Autonomy Fund in Aceh is different from what is described in autonomy as stated in the law. In fact, in the field, so far, the central government's assistance, coaching and supervision have not been seen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the juridical perspective on the cultural heritage protection regulation in Indonesia, particularly in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Employing a case study approach, this research explores the implementation of the Cultural Heritage Law in the context of DIY, as well as the efforts of the Yogyakarta Regional Government to strengthen and preserve cultural heritage amidst social polarization. The study also addresses challenges faced in preservation endeavors, such as limited resources and sustainable maintenance efforts. By analyzing juridical aspects and field practices, this research provides a richer understanding of the execution of the Cultural Heritage Law in DIY. Through community participation, DIY effectively manages to safeguard cultural heritage despite differences and societal polarization. The study yields an in-depth insight into the pivotal role of the Cultural Heritage Law and the efforts of the DIY Government in conserving cultural richness for future generations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merekonstruksi model implementasi kebijakan pangan yang dilakukan dengan memfokuskan pembahasan pada implementasi dan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisis dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi deskriptif. Sebagai data pendukung, penelitian ini melakukan analisis klaster terhadap data sekunder. Proses implementasi kebijakan food estate melibatkan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal. Kabupaten Sumbawa telah lama memiliki lahan food estate untuk kepentingan swasembada pangan, dan saat ini pengembangannya dilakukan lebih masif untuk pengembangan jagung dan sapi. Proses implementasi food estate belum memiliki nomenklatur yang seragam, sehingga harus segera dikaji ulang. Sumber daya manusia, anggaran, dan infrastruktur merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi. Proses implementasi food estate harus dilakukan melalui koordinasi dan integrasi untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan analisis kebijakan tentang implementasi kebijakan pangan berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Kemudian akan dirumuskan model rekomendasi kebijakan tentang masalah pangan, khususnya terkait lumbung pangan di Kabupaten Sumbawa.
