Abstract

The batik craft sector in Bangkalan occupies the region's first leading potential. More than five sub districts are centers that produce a lot of batik. This sector is expected to be able to support and accelerate economic growth to eradicate poverty. Tanjungbumi is one of the centers of batik, starting from the wives who divert their anxiety with batik activities because they are waiting for their husbands to go to sea. Meanwhile, the basic philosophy of the Madurese which is Islam considers batik work as an opportunity to work. Their philosophy of life considers batik as an opportunity to work. Besides developing as a work of art, batik is also a promising industry. The potential of batik is so great to be developed. This research is structured using qualitative research methods, namely observing people in their environment, interacting with them, trying to understand their language and interpretation of the world around them with the aim of gaining understanding and understanding of an event or human behavior in an organization or institution. Sources of data used in this study using primary and secondary data sources, most batik artisans are women who are more tenacious and patient in doing a job, moreover the process of making batik takes a long time, it can take weeks or even years. Of course the process requires a lot of intervention starting from fabric making, basic batik painting, motif drawing, painting, color locking and other processes. One step is carried out by one person and the cost varies depending on the difficulty. Compared to civil servants, the salary is certainly higher, but the most important thing is to get blessings. Can meet daily needs, even still able to save. Of course, for children's school fees, even though they have not been able to go to college.

Abstract

Fenomena dakwah kontemporer di Indonewia menunjukkan perkembagan yang signifikan, khususnya dalam tema dan interaksinya dengan media baru. Zaidul Akbar sebagai seorang dai memilih tema yang belum ada sebelumnya di dakwah Islam di Indonesia. Jurus Sehat Rasulullah adalah sebuah tema dakwah yang mnyarankan manusia untuk hidup sehat seperti Rassulullah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana Zaidul Akbar menggunakan Media Baru dalam menyebarkan pesan dakwahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui penelusuran internet dan beberapa media sosial resmi milik Zaidul Akbar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang saling menguntungkan antara dakwah Islam Kontemporer di Indonesia. Da’i seperti Zaidul Akbar memanfaatkan media baru (media sosial) untuk membantu mereka dalam menjangkau masyarakat lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact of tourism development of UMKM from the business growth sector. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method, interviews. based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it is concluded that the development of MSMEs around the nine coast tourism area is able to increase the growth of MSMEs around the nine coast areas, and is able to create opportunities for the community to create new businesses on the premise that the more developed tourism will bring in many tourists and more money spent on the tour. This proves that tourism is able to increase people's opportunities in entrepreneurship and developing their business Keywords: Tourism, Business, Micro, Small And Medium, Sembilan Beach ABSTRAK penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pengembangan pariwisata terhadap perkembangan UMKM dari sektor pertumbuhan usaha. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptifdan analisis, maka di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan UMKM di sekitar Kawasan wisata pantai Sembilan mamapu meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM di sekitar Kawasan wisata pantai Sembilan, dan mampu menciptakan peluang bagi masyarakat untuk membuat usaha baru dengan dasar pemikiran bahwa semakin berkembangnya pariwisata akan mendatangkan banyak wistawan dan semakin banyak uang yang dibelanjakan di tempat wisata tersebut. Abstract

In the Sungaipuh and Kerinci communities, the term “Adat with Syarak, Syarak with Kitabullah” is known.This is a form of affirmation of the awareness of the people here who are familiar with adat, but adapt it to Islamic religious law. So that in every step of life, traditional processions are not abandoned as long as these steps do not deviate or violate Islamic religious provisions.This attachment to and blend of customs and religious provisions fills every stage of the life of the Hamparan Rawang people.One of the stages in the life of a human child is marriage. Getting married means ending the single period and entering a household with a life partner according to custom, religion and applicable regulations.

Abstract

Based on the problems above, the study is intended to know about the student's problem in comprehending descriptive paragraphs. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive paragraph. It consisted of 10 multiple-choice questions and 5 essay questions. The purposes of this research were to know the student's problems in comprehending descriptive paragraphs and to know the cause of factors in the student's problems in comprehending descriptive paragraphs. The researcher used qualitative descriptive methods and the technique to collect the data are tests and interviews. The participant of this research is the class IX A students of SMPN Kerinci. The result of this research from 20 that there were 2,91% of students did problems identifying the main idea, 5,83% of students made mistakes identifying function, 8,74% of students did cannot identifying purposes, 37,87% students did cannot identifying specific items in multiple choice questions and 31, 06% the students mistake identifying the specific item in the essay question, and the last problems the students did not identify major tenses used in the paragraph there were 13,59% students. Then the interview results in the research find the cause of factors in students' problems in comprehending paragraphs from 20 students’ there are 80% of students get problems in comprehending descriptive paragraphs caused by some factor. First, the students lack vocabulary by 30%. Second 20 % of the students difficulties translate the paragraph. The third situation in the class influences 15% of students. Fourth 10% of the students’ experience had a low interest in learning. Finally, the students needed media in learning 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of public services at the Agricultural Extension Office (BPP) in Airwarm District, Kerinci Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Research informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were BPP office employees and 3 farmer group leaders and 2 farmer group members as supporting informants. The data analysis technique used is divided into several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of data sources and methods. This study shows the quality of public services at the office of the agricultural extension service center in Airwarm District, Kerinci Regency. assessed from the dimensions of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness). Based on (1) physical evidence (tangible) dimensions, service support facilities satisfy the community but it requires expansion of farmer group members because the land is still large. (2) the dimension of reliability, employees perform services in accordance with procedures, (3) responsiveness, the response or responsiveness of extension agents is not fully good because there are extension officers working in designated areas who do not mingle with farmers due to the rare the extension worker went down the field.

Abstract

Peran hukum di dalam masyarakat adalah menjamin kepastian dan keadilan, dalam kehidupan masyarakat senantiasa terdapat perbedaan antara pola-pola perilaku atau tata-kelakuan yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dengan pola-pola perilaku yang dikehendaki oleh norma-norma (kaidah) hukum. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan timbulnya suatu masalah berupa kesenjangan sosial sehingga pada waktu tertentu cenderung terjadi konflik dan ketegangan-ketegangan sosial yang tentunya dapat mengganggu jalannya perubahan masyarakat sebagaimana arah yang dikehendaki. Membangun masyarakat sadar hukum dan taat hukum merupakan cita-cita dari adanya norma-norma yang menginginkan masyarakat yang berkeadilan sehingga sendi-sendi dari budaya masyarakat akan berkembang menuju terciptanya suatu sistem masyarakat yang menghargai satu sama lainnya, membuat masyarakat sadar hukum dan taat hukum bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah dengan membalik telapak tangan, karena tidak tidak semua orang memiliki kesadaran hukum. Pentingnya membangun kesadaran dan ketaatan hukum masyarakat, diharapkan akan menunjang dan menjadikan masyarakat menjunjung tinggi intitusi/aturan sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk mendambakan ketaatan serta ketertiban hukum. Peran dan fungsi membangun kesadaran hukum dan ketaatan hukum adalah untuk : 1) Stabilitas, 2) Memberikan kerangka sosial terhadap kebutuhan-kebutuhan dalam masyarakat, 3) Memberikan kerangka sosial institusi berwujud norma-norma, 4) Jalinan antar institusi. Penegakan hukum adalah proses dilakukannya upaya untuk tegaknya atau berfungsinya norma-norma hukum secara nyata sebagai pedoman prilaku dalam lalu lintas atau hubungan-hubungan hukum dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Karena itu kesadaran terhadap nilai-nilai hukum dan ketaatan dalam menjalankan seluruhan aturan hukum adalah suatu manifestasi dalam mengefektikan berlakunya hukum.
