Abstract

In this part, the MSMEs in Tlasih Tulangan village work as entrepreneurs who take advantage of opportunities and use raw materials from nature. Most of the production and various products sold by MSMEs are still produced manually and there are not many of them, so the sales capacity still uses manual or human labor to make the products.Qualitative descriptive research is a research approach that aims to describe and understand a phenomenon or event in depth. This approach focuses more on explaining and understanding how a phenomenon occurs, how people experience it, and how meaning is formed from the participant's perspective. Qualitative descriptive research usually involves collecting data in the form of words, images, or actions from participants, and data analysis is carried out subjectively, primarily through techniques such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, and content analysis. The counseling given to Tlangsih Bone MSMEs aims to ensure that in the long term they will be able to know carefully and accurately how their sales results will increase by 50% from normal income before the advent of e-commerce. The impact of the increase in MSMEs themselves will feel prosperity from a social and economic perspective to meet business needs and be able to expand employment opportunities. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the application of PSAK No. 23 in revenue recognition procedures at Perum LPPNPI Surabaya Branch, particularly in the context of contracts with customers. This research focuses on the recognition of transactions when the services offered by LPPNPI have been completed and explores the measurement of PJNP Government Regulation (PP) rates and the presentation of related profit and loss. PSAK No. 23 is the main reference in revenue recognition that is relevant for business entities, including income from services provided. This study uses a qualitative approach by interviewing relevant staff and analysing documents related to payment recognition procedures. The results show that the application of PSAK No. 23 requires an in-depth understanding of the relevant accounting principles and the specific business context, especially in dealing with situations where customers contact the service after the service has been provided, the measurement of the appropriate LGAP rate, and the accurate presentation of profit or loss. The practical implication of this study is to provide guidance to Perum LPPNPI Surabaya Branch and other business entities in improving compliance with applicable accounting standards, ensuring proper measurement of PP PJNP tariffs, and transparent and accurate presentation of profit or loss in financial reports.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to recognize and analyze how limited space can affect the turnover of goods in the production process in a manufacturing company. This research was created for quantitative testing because the methodology used to be recommended by researchers is based on process, speculation, going into the field, testing information, and preparation using parts of estimation, calculation, equations and certainty of mathematical information. The subjects of this research are company employees. Information was examined using a variety of direct relapse prescriptions and speculative testing. The test results show that the Fstatistic figure of 1.36 is more significant than the Ftable figure of 2.51 and the requirement figure of 0.93 is based on 0.05. This proves that the after effects review refutes H0. So that the Production Process Flow (X1), Goods Turnover Flow (X2), Goods Availability (X3) and Warehouse Capacity (Y) have an important influence on the company's expansion.

Abstract

Previous studies show that the matter about compensation, workplace stress, and the work environment improves work productivity has a significant impact. The purpose of this article is to create hypotheses about the influence between variables for use in future research. This is a literature study on HR management. The results of this research are supported theoretically and phenomenologically, and it can be concluded that work productivity (Y) is influenced by compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and work stress (X3). Hence, the findings suggest that such factors need to be considered in the context of management strategies to improve workforce effectiveness and efficiency across different types of organizations.

Abstract

Consumer loyalty is a very important factor for companies to maintain business continuity. Loyal customers are customers who are very satisfied with certain products and services, so they have willingness to buy them again or introduce them to new customers. To retain the old customers, the companies must prioritize an excellent service for them more than acquiring the new customers. Therefore, continuous consumer loyalty by building trust, and creating satisfaction by providing quality service is one of the important assets that the company must maintain. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction in purchasing furniture at PT. Sarana Tirta Abadi Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample was 5 respondents who were consumers of PT. Sarana Tirta Abadi Surabaya using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that consumer satisfaction and service quality have a simultaneous and partial effect on consumer loyalty in purchasing furniture at PT. Sarana Tirta Abadi Surabaya. It would be better if the management of PT. Sarana Tirta Abadi increases the value of trust and service quality so that consumer satisfaction with the company can also increase. Companies need to improve quality service, especially regarding the speed of handling consumer complaints.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the e-business strategies implemented by PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya in enhancing the efficiency of production and marketing of plastic bottles. With a focus on PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya, the study seeks to identify how e-business strategies have impacted the company's production efficiency, including increased productivity, cost reduction, and manufacturing process optimization, to understand the effects of e-business strategies on the marketing of plastic bottle products. The research employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The findings of this research are presented in three main sub-sections: analysis of e-business strategies at PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya, the influence of e-business strategies on operational efficiency, and an evaluation of digital marketing strategies at PT Asia Pramulia Surabaya.

Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis of the digital marketing strategy of the CV Ramindo Karya Company using two main platforms, namely TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The aim is to ensure the effectiveness of CV Ramindo Karya's digital advertising campaign in supporting the company's marketing objectives. SWOT analysis is used to reveal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on the results of the analysis, various strategies can be formulated to take advantage of strengths and opportunities, as well as weaknesses and threats to overcome. The implementation of the strategy is expected to increase the competitiveness of CV Ramindo Karya in the future.

Abstract

In order to maintain the quality of the cooperative, the warehousing system must also be maintained so that the stored goods are controlled both physically and systemically, so that this makes it easier for employees to run the wheels of work optimally and efficiently. One of the things that can be done to control the stock of goods is stock-opname. This research is motivated because stock-opname activities can maintain the quality of inventory and maximise development activities in employee cooperatives. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) How to implement stock-taking in improving internal control in the PCI Employee Cooperative. (2) How is the implementation of internal control systems and procedures over the inventory of trade goods applied to the PCI Employee Cooperative. This research uses a qualitative approach; information is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation before being subjected to descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are used as data sources in this study. The results showed that the PCI Employee Cooperative in conducting stock-opname was able to implement in accordance with the principles of internal control, which included separation of duties, authorisation and documentation, physical and asset control, independent examination, reporting and feedback. PCI Employee Cooperative also shows that it has implemented adequate internal control systems and procedures over trade goods inventory, seen from several aspects such as a conducive control environment, appropriate risk assessment, effective control activities, periodic stock-taking, detailed and accurate recording systems, and clear receiving, storing and issuing procedures.

Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of using System Analysis and Product in Data Processing (SAP) in enhancing the accountability and transparency of financial reports, as well as improving the accuracy of these reports. To achieve this objective, a qualitative approach was employed, involving interviews with employees as the primary method of data collection. The study was carried out within the Finance Unit of Perum LPPNPI Surabaya Branch, where SAP has been successfully implemented. The findings from the research indicated that the integration of SAP has positively impacted the accountability of financial statements and has contributed to enhancing the transparency of these reports.

Abstract

The effectiveness of a business is significantly impacted by the productivity of its employees, and all businesses constantly work towards enhancing productivity in order to reach their objectives. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the work environment and leadership approach are affecting the performance of employees at PT Univenus. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. The study involved analyzing data from interviews using qualitative methods. The findings indicate that both workplace environment and leadership approach play crucial roles in determining employee performance and productivity. A welcoming and encouraging work atmosphere, along with strong leadership, has the ability to inspire workers to increase their efforts, enhance their performance, and reach the goals of the organization.
