Abstract

Aset desa merupakan barang milik desa yang berasal dari kekayaan asli desa, dibeli atau diperoleh atas beban anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa atau perolehan hak lainya yang sah. Aset Desa dapat berupa tanah kas desa, tanah ulayat, pasar desa, pasar hewan, tambatan perahu, bangunan desa, pelelangan ikan, pelelangan hasil pertanian, hutan milik desa, mata air milik desa, pemandian umum, dan aset lainnya. Dalam mengelola asset desa Lembang Marinding Desa Kandora masih mencatat dibuku asset sehingga kurang efesien dalam pencatatan sehingga dibangun sebuah sistem mengelola asset desa Lembang Marinding Desa Kandora berbasis web dan didata disimpan didalam database dibangun, kapan saja dapat dicetak atau diaudit dan tidak akan hilang. Target dalam pelaksanaaan PkM Lektor Fakultas Ilmu Komputer UMI sehubungan dengan bagaimana Implementasi Website Inventarisasi Aset Desa dengan mefasilitasi dengan penyuluhan, simulasi dan pelatihan bagi para aparatur desa dengan mewujutkan, pengelolaan administrasi yang lebih baik berbasis digital serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan apartur desa. Perangkat Desa mendapatkan modul Implementasi Website Inventarisasi Aset Desa, Software Aplikasi Web Sistem Informasi Inventarisasi Aset Desa, Artikel di media atau jurnal.

Abstract

Computational Thinking (CT) is the ability to solve complex problems by analyzing, understanding issues, and logically developing appropriate solutions. Possessing CT skills enables individuals to think in a structured manner when faced with complex problems, making it easier to adapt and compete in the future. This ability is highly valuable for anyone, including students from elementary to high school. Enrichment material on logical thinking skills for high school students is currently provided as an extracurricular activity integrated into Information and Computer Technology (ICT) subjects. The ICT curriculum includes office administration, graphic design, and programming. However, programming material often cannot be effectively delivered to students due to the limited expertise of teachers in this field. Unfortunately, this situation is regrettable because programming is not solely about technical programming skills but primarily about CT and problem-solving abilities. In this Community Service activity, workshops will be conducted on the implementation of CT for high school students and several High School (SMA) teachers, utilizing two approaches: block-based programming and robot gaming. Block-based programming involves implementing CT using blocks of code arranged to produce a function. On the other hand, the CT approach using robot gaming will involve utilizing Edison robots, which can be implemented in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects. Results from satisfaction surveys conducted among participants in the implementation activities of block-based programming and robot gaming indicate that they perceived significant benefits in enhancing computational thinking among high school students, thus preparing them better for global competition in the future. Meanwhile, from the processed feedback data using sentiment analysis, it was found that 83.3% provided positive feedback, 16.7% were neutral, and there were no negative comments.

Abstract

Utilization of technology in an institution can be done with many alternatives. One of them is through the use of information systems to support business processes. Data management and data archiving have different provisions and methods between work units and data is owned by each work unit. This difference results in data not being integrated and difficulty finding data when needed. The solution is that archiving and data management is carried out centrally through a website information system to support business processes. The method used consists of analyzing collaborators needs, creating an information system, demoing an information system, installing an information system, and evaluating the use of an information system. The formulated requirements can be used as a basis for creating an information system as a data integration center. The result of information system is demonstrated to collaborators to obtain feedback. The final result of the information system needs to be installed to be installed online so it can be used by collaborators to get feedback of the use the information system. The features in the available information system can help work units archive and manage data easily. Yayasan admins can access work unit data online as needed.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi berperan penting dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan industri. Kegiatan Business Matching and Public Discussion merupakan upaya strategis untuk memperkuat kelembagaan vokasi melalui kemitraan dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Tim Penguatan Ekosistem Kemitraan Vokasi Provinsi Riau, yang terdiri dari Politeknik Bengkalis, Politeknik Caltex Riau, dan Politeknik Kampar, pada Selasa, 9 Juli 2024, bertempat di Gedung Serba Guna Politeknik Caltex Riau, Pekanbaru. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah membangun jejaring kemitraan antara lembaga vokasi dan industri, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, serta menyelaraskan kurikulum vokasi dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sesi pembukaan, pemaparan dari dunia industri, diskusi panel, serta penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara industri dan lembaga vokasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara vokasi dan industri dapat mempercepat implementasi program magang, rekrutmen tenaga kerja, serta peningkatan kualitas lulusan vokasi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan serupa perlu dilakukan secara berkala guna memastikan kesinambungan kerja sama yang lebih erat antara pendidikan vokasi dan dunia industri dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing tenaga kerja Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Riau.
