Abstract

This research focuses on Digital Marketing Strategies to Increase Consumer Product Sales in the Digital Era. The findings highlight the positive role of digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising campaigns and consumer data analysis, in boosting sales. Technology Acceptance Theory and the Consumer Behavior Model are utilized to understand consumer responses. The results indicate that TAM concepts, like usefulness and ease of use, significantly influence consumer acceptance of online advertising campaigns. By understanding the consumer journey stages and personalizing messages, companies can create relevant customer experiences. Consumer data analysis helps companies stay competitive in the evolving digital market. The research conclusion emphasizes the need for continuous adaptation to technology and consumer behaviour for company success in the digital era.

Abstract

In a government agency, employee performance is a determining factor for the success of a good service. In building employee performance, competency, and work environment are required. This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City. This research was conducted at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City. The sample used was the employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City, with as many as 47 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test. Based on the results of the study, competence, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the general staff of the Parepare City Regional Secretariat, both partially and simultane.

Abstract

The Influence of Human Resource Planning and Development on Bank Employee Performance. This research aims to determine the influence of human resource planning and human resource development on employee performance and to determine employee development strategies to improve employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. Where the population is all Bank employees, totaling 11 people. From the total population, samples were drawn using research sampling using census samples. The reason the researcher used a census sample was because the population in this study was less than 100 people, therefore the entire population became the sample. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire distributed in a goggle form format via the WhatsApp application. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests and reliability tests. The results of the research will later determine whether there is an influence of human resource planning and development on the performance of bank employees

Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental research which aims to find out whether the use of the Roundtable technique is effective in improving students' writing skills in descriptive text and to find out students' perceptions regarding the use of the Roundtable technique in improving their writing skills in descriptive text. The independent variable in this research is the application of the Roundtable technique, while the dependent variables are descriptive text writing skills and student perceptions. The population in this study was all 6 classes of Tiwikrama Mamuju Vocational School students, while the sample was class X1 as an experimental class with a total of 28 students and class X2 as a control class with a total of 28 students. The research data was obtained by giving a learning outcomes test on the descriptive text material in the form of a pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique is by using the SPSS program, data percentages and tables. It can be concluded that the application of the Roundtable Technique has a significant effect on the writing ability of Tiwikrama Mamuju Vocational School students on the main material of description text. Apart from that, the results of the questionnaire on student perceptions are based on 4 perception assessment indicators, namely, benefits, interests, activities and implementation. The results obtained were that students predominantly gave positive perceptions of the use of the roundtable technique in improving students' writing abilities in descriptive text.

Abstract

This type of research is Classroom Action Research which aims to determine the increase in the ability to compose biographical texts using the Project Based Learning Model. The population in this study were all students in class X of State High School 1 Majene, Regency and the sample was class which is conducted. Test data on student learning outcomes were analyzed evenly, while data on student learning activities were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that students' composing abilities have increased. Based on data in cycle I, there were 5 students in the poor category with a score of 45 with a percentage of 13.1%, in cycle II there were 7 students in the complete category with a percentage of 18.42% and in cycle III there were 25 students in the complete category. with a percentage of 71.42%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the use of the Project Based Learning model can improve the ability to compose biographical texts for class X students at State High School 1 Majene, Regency.

Abstract

Environmental problems in this case, especially the waste problem, are problems that are very close to society and which until now have not been fully addressed by the relevant parties, based on this, it is one of the supporting factors for this research which is expected to be a place for early introduction to the importance of protecting the environment, as for the aim. This research is to create an Android-based environmental care educational game application at GUPPI Kindergarten and to see the results of implementing an Android-based environmental care educational game application at GUPPI Kindergarten. The process of creating an Android-based Environmental Care Educational Game Application is carried out using Unity where the process is divided into creating the design, then forming the objects in the game, then creating the scene and finally the compilation process. Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the game works well on smartphones of different types. The implementation of an Android-based environmental care educational game application carried out at Guppi Kindergarten resulted in the educational game application proving to be effective in increasing students' interest and knowledge in recognizing dry waste and wet waste.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research changed to qualitative and research type using a descriptive analysis approach that aims to determine how effective the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) in Sailus Village, Liukang Tangaya District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands. The data collected consisted of observations and interviews. based on observations made. The population in this study is the village and community apparatus. The results of the research on the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Sailus Village, Liukang Tangaya District, Pangkajene Regency and Islands based on 5 (five) indicators proposed by Sutrisno Year (2007), namely Program Understanding, Right on Target, On Time, Achieving Goals, and Real Change. It can be concluded that it has not been effective. Because of the 5 (five) indicators above, only program management can be said to be effective, while the other 4 (four) indicators have not been said to be effective.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to optimize digital marketing strategies to increase the sales of bread and cakes. Important factors to consider include product quality, brand image, and pricing strategy. Online marketing methods are utilized, including promotions through social media and SEO. Data analysis is conducted to understand consumer preferences and implement effective strategies. Implementing online marketing strategies that focus on product quality and brand image can increase sales and maintain consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the public relations marketing strategies of Happy Puppy Family Karaoke Parepare in attracting visitors. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach, aiming to describe and explain events using facts as the basis of observation. Additionally, the researcher conducts analysis, data integration, and classification. Data collection is carried out through interviews and documentary studies. The research findings indicate that Happy Puppy Parepare employs various public relations marketing strategies to attract visitors, including corporate identity, sponsorship, community relations, publicity, and customer relations. These strategies are implemented through the stages of planning, execution, and evaluation. However, out of the 7 identified public relations marketing activities, only 4 are implemented by Happy Puppy Parepare.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Lurah leadership on employee performance in the implementation of development in Rimuku Village, Mamuju. The population consists of Civil Servants, neighborhood chiefs, and 64 people. The sample was selected using Saturated Sampling due to the relatively small population size. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results showed that Lurah's leadership style had a positive effect on development, as well as employee performance. In addition, the combination of Lurah's leadership style and employee performance also has a positive impact on development in Rimuku Village, Mamuju.
