Software Requirements is an important process in software project. If the information is inaccurate or delayed, the next steps may have problems. If system analyst has the initial or suggestion documents which use software requirements specification of past software projects with similar knowledge, it can help system analyst to building the software requirements specification involves gathering requirements from users more efficient and faster. Therefore, we propose a framework for fast building the relationships of the software requirements specification of past software projects from the similarity of the requirements in each project using Bayesian network model for retrieving requirements with similar knowledge to the new project.

E-learning does not function properly if the system is not in accordance with user needs. This study aims to establish an evaluation model for e-learning user interface according to user acceptance. The model is designed based on three categories: user learning style, usability and user benefits. Results of measurements of the three categories will determine the level of user acceptance of the e-learning interface. The data were taken using a questionnaire which was distributed to 125 ELS students from various countries. Then processed using SEM and Lisrel v8.80. This paper presents experimental set up for the general research and some results for technology acceptance theories.

Digital preservation is one of the ways to make tourism of a nation keeps alive. The tourism of a nation rooted in its culture and nature. The wealth of these tourism spread in many entitites and areas such as cultures and natures. ICT role as key enabler to preserve this cultures and nature tourism. In this paper we proposed a Web Portal following eCultural Heritage and Natural History (eCHNH) Framework. This portal is to increase accessibility, provide availability and comply multi-content for culture and nature tourism of North Sulawesi. We used Agile Unified Process (AUP) Methodology to develop this web portal to emphasize user-oriented and object-oriented development paradigm. This agile-characteristic would produce web-based applications that meet user expectations and needs.

This paper presents design of education content streaming applications on Android based mobile devices. It is kind of a learning media that utilizes Internet data services and mobile telecommunications device. The test results prove that the developed system can provide a visual and interactive learning media spontaneously over time (long life learning) and is not limited by space and time. The main component of the education system (task and teaching materials) has also been successfully applied.

Along with the development of information technology, mobile applications are widely applied to various fields. The use of mobile applications is considered effective to help user in understanding the problem. One example of the application of mobile applications needed today is an application that can help to determine a wide range of health. The designs discussed in this paper are the structure of the navigation and layout design of mobile applications created. There is a navigation structure and eight layout designs such as splash screen page, main menu page, diabetes risk test page, result page, diabetes prevention info page, food information page, list of hospitals page, and help page. The purpose of this paper is to design of mobile application for diabetes risk diagnosis and information based on android.

A market of potato commodity for industry scale usage is engaging several types of actors. They are farmers, middlemen, and industries. A multi-agent system has been built to simulate these actors into agent entities, based on manually given parameters within a simulation scenario file. Each type of agents has its own fuzzy logic representing actual actors' knowledge, to be used to interpreting values and take appropriated decision of it while on simulation. The system will simulate market activities with programmed behaviors then produce the results as spreadsheet and chart graph files. These results consist of each agent's yearly finance and commodity data. The system will also predict each of next value from these outputs.

Dalam memasuki persaingan penjualan mobil dan pelayanan purna jualnya, perusahaan berusaha memanfaatkan TI sebagai alat untuk dapat memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Agar TI dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dan mendukung sistem yang ada di perusahaan, dibutuhkan penilaian kinerja dari TI secara berkala. Salah satu metode untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja departemen TI adalah dengan memanfaatkan IT Balanced Scorecard sebagai tolak ukur efisiensi dalam pemanfaatan TI saat ini dan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 pada 4 (empat) domain yaitu: perencanaan dan pengorganisasian atau PO (Planning and Organization), pengadaan dan implementasi atau AI (Acquisition and Implementation), Pengantaran dan Dukungan (Delivery and Support) serta Pengawasan dan Evaluasi (Monitor and Evaluate) sebagai alat ukurnya. Dari kedua cara tersebut, peneliti mencoba untuk membuat IT Blueprint sebagai hasil akhir dari pemanfaaatan TI diperusahaan, sehingga pihak management dapat merencanakan bagaimana perkembangan TI diperusahaan untuk beberapa tahun mendatang.

Credit scoring system is a classic problem which is still interesting to study. There are many studies on credit scoring. But, most of them only discuss feasibility analysis. In fact, credit scoring system should accommodate all processes from feasibility analysis until the end of contract. This study is aimed to analyze and design scoring of default status and ﬁnes computation processes in Islamic bank. BPMN 2.0 was used to model their processes. Beside that, this study proposed new mechanisms and algorithms using Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Sets for maintaining Sharia rules and fairness guarantee. The results showed that the new methods offer more fair and comply to sharia than existing methods.

Knowledge Management (KM) became a new concept of organizational development. Many organization starts to implement knowledge management including government. First step for implementing KM in organization is defining KM strategy. This research aims to define KM strategy byKM assessment from organization vision, mission and goals using balanced scorecard (BSC) methods to find KM performance indicator in each aspect of balanced scorecard variable. This study constructs SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for processing and data analysis. The authors spread questionnaire at Head Office of Badan Kepegawaian Negara, Jakarta. The result of this research are KM strategies for implementing KM in Indonesian Government case study at Badan Kepegawaian Negara are monitoring program performance in order to create a working relationship and good personnel management as a learning activity for increasing organizational performance, raise up a teamwork culture within organization in to support business process in order to reach organizational performance and competitive advantage, increasing timeliness of service target achievement and standard time of customer service in order to increase organizational performance, and increasing the coordination effectiveness of program planning and budget as to increase the accountability of the organization, performance achievement and organizational performance.
