Student learning styles can be interpreted as the preferred way for students to carry out activities of thinking, processing and understanding information and knowledge in learning. In the process of learning activities, each student has a method or style of learning that is different so that the learning outcomes obtained is varies. In general, the learning styles commonly used by students in the learning process are a combination of visual learning styles (sense of sight), auditive (sense of hearing) and kinesthetic (sense of touch). The introduction of the characteristics of learning styles so that students can know and understand the characteristics of their learning styles, make adjustments to learning methods that are suitable for absorbing science and technology in the learning process in the classroom as well as independent learning outside and at home. Parents of students also need to be given an understanding of the characteristics of their child’s learning styles so they don't make mistakes in disciplining children in learning and better understanding of their children's potential. For example children with dominant kinesthetic learning styles usually cannot stand sitting too long to listen to the teacher's instruction so that they do other activities such as permission and disturb their friends because they can learn better when accompanied by physical activities, as well as with other learning style characters. The results of this activity are satisfying, visible students enthusiastic in identifying learning styles and understanding methods of learning that are suitable and their potential and for parents are also enthusiastic in this activity because they are given direction in understanding their child’s learning styles and potential.

The main issues in this service are related to sales and attractiveness and understanding related to product promotion. As well as the basis for using online applications, e-Commerce implementation requires a fundamental paradigm shift, from the original marketplace that emphasizes physical interaction between sellers and buyers into a market space that relies on electronic transactions. In a traditional marketplace, information, product / service, and payment traffic is physical (location based). In other words, the applicable business model is the geographic business model. Conversely, in a virtual marketplace, product information flow, communication processes between producers and consumers, distribution of goods / services and transactions take place in a virtual / virtual world. The purpose of this service is to improve the production process and the process of selling and utilizing resources in activities and choosing the right marketing channels as well as in the use of media so that the Jasmine 2 group in Batjoja Hamlet is one of the business actors that produce local processed products in Siberut District South. These service methods are outreach, activity assistance, attractive product packaging, online marketing management and activity evaluation. The result of this dedication is that the effort is socialized in this service through social media such as IG, and BUKALAPAK https://www.bukalapak.com/u/craftsinukerupuksagu. Brands and packaging have been designed in such a way and are expected to be increasingly recognized, the Service Team has also provided debriefing to partners in the form of "Smart Packaging" through training and outreach on suitable and appropriate packaging in attracting prospective customers, "standing poch" packaging with seals, which is more flexible and attractive in various sizes. The packaging is ready to be affixed to a complete brand sticker with the label. And many orders have arrived, especially from outside the Mentawai Islands district. Conclusion Melati 2 Group in running a business has the potential to produce value and money. Although the sales of the products produced namely inu craft and sago crackers are getting better locally but the equal distribution of sales and marketing of products is very good and many are interested, but it's just that the potential for promotion must always be done, especially for marketing outside the Island or outside the Regency so that in improving the economic partner groups in particular will increasingly step up. Changes in global climate that changes the average global temperature increases. Increased greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere, specifically CO2, have trapped heat in the Earth's atmosphere. This has an impact on the global system that causes everything from unexpected rainfall to extreme heat waves. The earth has gone through a period of warming and which is associated with repeated changes. What is currently the main concern and carried out by researchers is the heating process which is carried out faster than previously done, and also the increases associated with increasing levels of human production. The method of service activities that are used, among others: Lecture The use of laptops and LCDs helps socialization participants more easily discuss socialization material, relatively more material and limited training time, Demonstrations. Demonstrations were carried out by the service team as a source in the hope that the training participants could be carried out in accordance with the instructions given by the nara sources. The training of tie-dye handicraft was the activity of community service toward the community of “Durian Sabatang” studio in Kamang Mudik village, Kamang Magek Sub-district, Agam District, Sumatera Barat. This training aims at empowering village people with their potentials so they can be trained with tie-dye skill. This training is also one of efforts to boost village people’s economy, whether the results of this training can be sold to the neighboring villages (tourism “Bantoroyo, Tirtasari”) or to the market. Methodologically, this community service was categorized as qualitative design so its data that were collected through observation were then described in the form of written/oral words. Hence it was very useful to know, comprehend, and study the data collected during the activities of this community service in order to obtain accurate results of this community service scientifically. These results were then described and arranged into scientific report according to the format of LPPMPP ISI Padangpanjang. This community service used the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation and the methods of lecture, demonstration, and practice.Result achieved in this community service was the high enthusiasm of the teenagers in “Durian Sabatang” studio highly trained during it. It can be seen from these teenagers’ work result namely creating table cloth, bag, shawl, blouse, shirt, handkerchief, and pillowslip by applying the technique of tie-dye into the white fabric of primissima, cotton, weaving, and calico. For the coloring, five kinds of Batik dye with the composition of blue (AS-D+BBB), pink (AS-BS+S.R), yellow (AS-G + M.B), orange (AS + M.GG), and red (AS + M.B). This training was fully conducted with good patience, seriousness, precision, and cooperation so the participants were successful in making the products. This good result has made the participants want to buy additional Batik materials and colors for retraining.

SMK Payakumbuh graduates who work in accordance with their fields of expertise are still very few when compared with the number of graduates who have produced. Some of the causes, among others: lack of knowledge gained by students of masih, lack of supporting tools for practicum, minimal number of productive teachers, and others. In addition to the school side, this can also be influenced by external factors. Like the growth of employment that is not proportional to the number of graduates produced. This causes competition to get jobs in accordance with the field of expertise of students increasingly stringent. To help overcome this problem, the service team provides skills training and mentoring programs to enhance the creativity and innovation of students who will graduate in producing creative products based on the technical skills possessed by SMKN 2 Payakumbuh students. The methods used during the training activities are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, guidance. From the activities that have been carried out, students entrepreneurial creativity is better and students know the technical skills that can be developed and have a value.

AbstrakLatar belakang dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, karena wilayah Indonesia terletak di antara 3 lempeng tektonik, maka rentan terhadap bencana geologi. Kota Padang yang terletak di pesisir pantai Sumatera Barat, sehingga daerah ini rawan terhadap bencana banjir, gempa bahkan tsunami. Lokasi masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah rawan bencana ini menjadi alasan penting untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, salah satunya di Kelurahan Pasie Nan Tigo. Perhatian masyarakat terkait mitigasi bencana sangatlah kurang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait evakuasi bencana dan rendahnya pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam menghadapi dan menanggulangi dampak bencana. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, untuk melakukan simulasi terkait evakuasi bencana dan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam menghadapi dan menanggulangi dampak bencana. Metode yang digunakan, dengan cara ceramah, diskusi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai: 1). Sosialisasi evakuasi bencana telah dilakukan, team pengabdian memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang evakuasi bencana kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di bibir pantai, 2). Pelatihan menghadapi dampak bencana telah dilaksanakan bersama masyarakat dan anggota KSB Kelurahan, agar masyarakat dapat menghadapinya dengan tanggap, tangkas dan cepat, sehingga dapat menghindari jatuhnya korban bencana, 3). Pelatihan menanggulangi dampak bencana telah dilakukan, masyarakat membutuhkan pelatihan ini, agar selalu ingat bahaya gempa dan tsunami yang mengintainya, 4). Simulasi bencana telah dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat dengan bersemangat, sampai mereka mengerti dan memahami manfaat kegiatan simulasi tersebut. Seluruh kegiatan pengabdian di laksanakan oleh KSB Kelurahan beserta masyarakat dengan baik. Sehingga masyarakat mempunyai pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam mengahadapi serta mengurangi resiko bencana.

Biology laboratory has an important role in the learning process. One of them is to train students' skills in understanding the biological material they have learned in class. STKIP biology laboratory PGRI West Sumatra consists of basic laboratories, botanical laboratories and zoology laboratories and hospitals. Where each laboratory has different specifics, basic laboratories that lead more to general subjects are mediocre in general biology, basic chemistry and others. While in the botany laboratory it is more directed to the subject of plants such as plant morphology, plant anatomy, low plant taxonomy and others. While the zoology laboratory is more focused on subjects such as, animal structure, animal physiology, animal development, animal taxonomy and others. While the wire house is often used for courses in agricultural cultivation, plant physiology, plant ecology and others. MAN I Padang Pariaman School is a school that works closely with biological study programs. One form of collaboration carried out with learning to laboratories in biology study programs with the guidance of lecturers and teaching assistants. The results obtained after the learning students receive a lot of what they learn from what they have seen and they get from the lecturer.

MEMOTIVASI SISWA SMA DAN SMK NEGERI 1 AMPEK NAGARI MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN KE PERGURUAN TINGGI Citra Citra Ramayani

Minat siswa yang ada di SMA dan SMK Ampek Nagari Kabupaten Agam untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi masih rendah yang dibuktikan oleh kecil persentase jumlah siswa yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dibandingkan dengan jumlah tamatan setiap tahunnya sehingga setelah tamat sekolah kebanyakan menjadi pengangguran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memotivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikanya ke perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan di SMA dan SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Ampek Nagari Kabupaten Agam. Adapun rencana kegiatan ini diawalai dengan tahap persiapan berupa pemantapan jadwal dan koordinasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Agam, penetapan peserta. Tahap kegiatan terdiri dari penyampain materi oleh pembicara mengenai 1) Pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, 2) Jenis-jenis perguruan tinggi dengan keunggulannya masing-masing, 3) Jurusan atau program studi yang ada perguruan tinggi, 4) Profesi pekerjaan dan lapangan pekerjaan yang dapat dipilih setelah tamat perguruan tinggi, 5) Fasilitas-faslitas/beasiswa-beasiswa apa saja yang tersedia perguruan tinggi, 6) Trik agar sukses dalam mengikuti seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini bahwa siswa SMA dan SMK Ampek Nagari Kabupaten Agam memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya ke perguruan tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 82%.

Belum maksimalnya penerapan teknik budidaya jamur oleh masyarakat telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil produksi. Belum maksimalnya teknik yang dimiliki menyebabkan semakin lama waktu pengerjaan dan tingginya kerusakan pada baglok jamur tiram, seperti yang dialami pengusaha MycoAgro. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperbaiki teknik budidaya jamur dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi usaha jamur yang dimiliki masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Nagari Panyalaian Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendampingan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan mitra dalam pembenahan sarana budidaya, pemantapan teknik budidaya yang sudah dan belum dikuasai mitra. Pembuatan standar operasional alat budidaya dan prosedur keselamatan kerja serta pemberian konseling motivasi wirausaha pada mitra.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman teknik budidaya yang dikuasai mitra. Selama proses budidaya telah terjadi penurunan jumlah baglok yang mengalami kerusakan bila dibandingkan dengan sebelum dilakukannya perbaikan tek nik budidaya. Mitra telah mampu menyelesaikan baglok jamur dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dari sebelumnya. Selama proses budidaya baglok yang mengalami kerusakan hanya 10%, jauh lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Mitra juga telah mampu memproduksi bibit sendiri, mengetahui teknik budidaya jamur konsumsi selain jamur tiram dan mampu menggunakan media tumbuh selain sekam kayu. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan telah terjadi peningkatan usaha budidaya jamur tiram yang dimiliki masyarakat.
