Abstract

The teaching of Moral Aqidah aims to help all students grow in morals and morals. Support their beliefs. The use of facilities and infrastructure plays a role in the success of this teaching and learning process. Learning resources, devices, media and learning strategies that are appropriate to the student's situation. If the learning topic is arranged according to the chosen learning method, appropriate selection stages are carried out. Teaching techniques make it easier to understand the content. An essential part of living together is educational ethics. Because if a student's lack of character and moral qualities is based on this, then no matter how smart and intelligent the student is, he or she will not be able to show good character in the future. The method used in this research is qualitative research. Research is a description and analysis of phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and thoughts of individuals or groups of people, or research strategies that are integrated into the circumstances and events studied. This research examines teacher strategies in developing efficient methods of teaching moral beliefs, especially teacher strategies in applying interesting strategies, and building reciprocal communication between teachers and students at MI Miftahul Huda Keboledan. Creating Moral Creeds at MI Miftahul Huda Keboledan The learning process is good, effective and in accordance with educational standards.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, school climate, and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. The research method used is literature. The research results show that the principal's transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. School climate also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher professional commitment has the strongest influence on teacher performance compared to the other two variables. In addition, it was found that school climate acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. This research has the implication that to improve teacher performance, it is necessary to increase the transformational leadership style of school principals and create a conducive school climate, as well as strengthening teachers' professional commitment. School principals and policy makers are expected to be able to implement effective strategies to develop these three aspects in order to achieve improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and criticize the teaching patterns of parents towards their children in the era of Industry 4.0, referring to the perspective of Christian theology. By using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes the impact of technological changes and the work environment on parental teaching practices. The theological implications of the research findings highlight the challenges and opportunities parents face in balancing the use of technology with Christian values in shaping the character of their children. The study's results are expected to provide a profound insight into how Christian theology can guide parents in forming relevant and meaningful teaching patterns amidst the dynamics of modern societal changes.

Abstract

Education is one of the crucial aspects in human life as it can elevate the dignity of individuals. Furthermore, education plays a pivotal role in shaping individuals into virtuous beings. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of social behavior on students' academic achievement in Islamic Education (PAI) and Character Education at Pekiringan Elementary School in the city of Cirebon. This research falls under the category of quantitative research. The population consists of 30 students from grades 4-6 at Pekiringan Elementary School in the city of Cirebon. The sampling technique employed is exhaustive sampling, where the entire population is taken as the sample. Therefore, the total sample size for this study is 30 students. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing through the Spearman rank correlation test. The research findings indicate that social behavior influences students' academic achievement in the subjects of PAI and Character Education at Pekiringan Elementary School in the city of Cirebon.

Abstract

Learning is a process of acculturation, in the sense that learning becomes a vehicle for the transmission of scientific culture and the culture of national life to students as the next generation, the adoption of scientific culture and the culture of community life by students, as well as the development of culture within a community. However, learning itself has cultural traditions, assumptions, scientific principles, etc. which makes learning a separate cultural system. From time to time, the culture of learning has changed, along with developments in science, advances in technology, and various needs of society. And society is a collection of individuals who organize themselves into certain groups. To be a community, a particular group must have something in common that allows them to perceive each other as distinct from their own and other "similarities" that ultimately form a culture. Culture is a kind of social cement which consists of typical habits such as principles, ideals, attitudes, beliefs and ways of thinking. So the difference between society and culture is clear. Without culture there is no society, there is no community there is no culture
