Abstract

Cyberbullying in Indonesia has become a serious concern in recent years, with the increasing use of digital technology such as social media and instant messaging applications as the main platform. This phenomenon not only includes various forms such as insults and threats, but also has a serious impact on the mental health of victims, including high levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The ITE Law and the Criminal Code are the legal basis for dealing with cyberbullying, although their implementation still faces challenges in terms of consistency and effectiveness of law enforcement. Effective prevention strategies, such as education on digital ethics and increasing public awareness, are needed to reduce cyberbullying incidents in Indonesia. Active cooperation between the government, educators, technology platforms, and the community is key to creating a safe and supportive online environment for all technology users, especially the younger generation who are most vulnerable to the negative impacts of cyberbullying. Cybercrime will not occur if users have knowledge, awareness, especially students who should be more aware of the negative impacts on social media. Thus, it is necessary to conduct an analysis related to user awareness on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the Fiscal Decentralisation policy on the economic development of the island of Sumatra in 2017-2023. To estimate the economic development model between the Fiscal Decentralisation variables on the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), Village Fund (DD) and Gross Regional Domestic Revenue (GRDP) per capita on the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumatra Island in 2017-2022. Using time series and cross section data estimation methods within 7 years with common effect models (CEM), fixed effect models (FEM), and random effect models (REM). The estimation method used is Panel Data with the OLS model (Panel Ordinary Least Squares). The results of this study Testing the model using the chow test shows that the FEM model is more appropriate to use than the PLS model. Furthermore, the Hausman test shows that the FEM model is more appropriate to use compared to the REM model. Based on the validity test of the effect at a significance (?) of 0.05 based on the F statistical test, the DAU, DAK, DBH, DD, and PDRBKAP variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the human development index on the island of Sumatra in 2017-2023. The results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) show the magnitude of the R-square value of 0.936 or 93.69%, meaning that 93.69% of the variation in the Human Development Index variable is able to explain the DAU, DAK, DBH, DD, and GRDP KAP on the island of Sumatra, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the discourse of digital-based village financial management based on the concept of raso jo pareso. This study uses primary data obtained from observations and interviews with informants. The research approach used is a qualitative method. The research paradigm consists of data collection procedures, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there has been a shift in cultural values ??manifested in village financial management. The moral degradation that occurs and regulatory pressures that limit the scope of the actors involved in village financial management. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the values ??of raso jo pareso in village financial management which are manifested as shared moral values ??based on fear of God and shame and politeness towards fellow human beings. Thus, a village financial management order is created that upholds moral aspects to have an impact on improving the performance of village entities.

Abstract

The need for efficient and environmentally friendly electric two-wheeled vehicles is increasing along with awareness of the impact of pollution. One of the main challenges in the development of electric vehicles is controlling the speed of DC motors precisely and efficiently. This study aims to design and implement a DC motor speed control system on a two-wheeled vehicle using the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method. PWM was chosen because of its ability to regulate motor power efficiently through variations in the width of the digital signal pulse, thereby reducing energy waste and excess heat. The research methods include designing a microcontroller-based PWM circuit, simulating system performance using MATLAB/Simulink software, and direct testing on DC motors with input voltage variations of 3–12 volts. The test results show that the system is able to produce a linear speed response, with an increase in motor rotation from 0 rpm at 3 volts to 1500 rpm at 12 volts. This system is also proven to be energy efficient with power efficiency reaching 85% and reducing motor heat by 20%. Thus, the implementation of PWM as a DC motor speed controller on a two-wheeled electric vehicle not only improves performance and responsiveness, but also contributes to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reliability of the electricity distribution system using the SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) in KR04 Sungai Mas. The results of the analysis show that frequent disruptions affect the reliability of the system, which has a direct impact on the level of customer satisfaction with electricity distribution services. The SAIDI value is 0.15235 hours/customer and SAIFI of 0.00017 times/customer in 2024 indicates that the system is not yet fully reliable. Reliability improvements are made through maintenance of network components, installation of lightning rods, and optimization of tree pruning. This study emphasizes the importance of reducing the frequency and duration of disruptions to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
