A productive cough is a common respiratory complaint among young adults and can disrupt daily activities. Herbal remedies such as ginger and honey have long been trusted as an alternative therapy for cough relief due to their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and expectorant effects. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a combination of ginger and honey in reducing productive cough in young adults. This study uses a quasi -experimental design with a one-way approach. group Pretest - posttest. The research sample consisted of 30 young adult respondents with productive cough, selected using purposive sampling technique. Cough severity was measured using a cough scale questionnaire before and after the intervention. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Signed Rank Test. The results of the study showed a significant decrease in the level of productive cough after administering a combination of ginger and honey with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the combination of ginger and honey is effective in reducing productive cough in young adults.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an important component in improving the efficiency of health services, especially outpatient services. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of SIMRS implementation on the efficiency of outpatient services at Hospital X. The study used an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 60 respondents consisting of registration officers, nurses, and administrative staff. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi- Square test. The results showed a p value = 0.003 (<0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between SIMRS implementation and outpatient service efficiency. SIMRS has been proven effective in accelerating service time, increasing data accuracy, and reducing administrative errors.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic disease that is a public health problem with a continuously increasing prevalence. Smoking is a major risk factor for COPD, especially in adult men. This study aims to determine the relationship between smoking and COPD incidence in adult men in the working area of Community Health Center X. This study used an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 60 adult male respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a smoking habits questionnaire and COPD diagnosis data from medical records. Data analysis used the Chi- Square test. The results showed a p value = 0.001 (<0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between smoking habits and the incidence of COPD. The conclusion of this study is that smoking habits are closely related to the increasing incidence of COPD in adult men.

Preoperative anxiety is a common psychological response experienced by patients before undergoing surgery. High levels of anxiety can negatively impact the patient's physiological stability and the success of the surgical procedure. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be used to reduce anxiety is music therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of music therapy on preoperative anxiety levels in patients at Hospital X. This study used a quasi -experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach with a control group. The study sample consisted of 60 pre- operative patients divided into an intervention group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The intervention group received instrumental music therapy for 20–30 minutes before surgery, while the control group received only standard care. Data analysis was performed using paired t-tests and independent t-tests. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety levels in the intervention group compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Music therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing preoperative anxiety in patients . Therefore, music therapy can be recommended as a non-pharmacological nursing intervention in preoperative care.

Background:Nosocomial infections are a common complication in patients treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Critical patient conditions, the use of invasive devices, and long hospital stays increase the risk of nosocomial infections. One recommended prevention strategy is the implementation of bundled care, which consists of a series of evidence-based actions consistently implemented. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of bundled care implementation on reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections in ICU patients. Method:This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest approach without a control group. The study sample consisted of 50 ICU patients selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data on the incidence of nosocomial infections were collected before and after the implementation of bundle care for 30 days. Data analysis was performed using a paired t-test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results: The results showed a significant decrease in the incidence of nosocomial infections after the implementation of bundle care, with a p value of < 0.001. Conclusion:Consistent implementation of bundle care is effective in reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections in ICU patients.

Family of critical patients treated in the Intensive Care Unit Care Units (ICUs) often experience high levels of anxiety due to unstable patient conditions, complex ICU environments, and limited information. One nursing intervention that can be implemented to reduce family anxiety is a therapeutic nurse approach. This study aims to determine the effect of a therapeutic nurse approach on reducing anxiety levels in families of critically ill patients in the ICU. The study used a quantitative design with a pre -experimental one-way approach. group pretest-posttest. The research sample consisted of 40 families of critically ill patients selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used was the Hamilton questionnaire. Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Data analysis was performed using a paired t- test. The results showed a decrease in the anxiety level of families of critically ill patients after being given a therapeutic approach by nurses with a p-value <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the therapeutic approach by nurses has a significant effect on reducing the anxiety level of families of critically ill patients in the ICU.

Weight Faltering is a condition where a toddler's weight growth is stunted, which can impact their nutritional status and long-term health. One important factor influencing toddler growth is exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of weight gain. faltering in toddlers. This study used a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 80 toddlers aged 6–24 months selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews using questionnaires and toddler weight measurements based on the Health Card (KMS). Data analysis was performed using the Chi- Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of weight loss. faltering in toddlers with a p value < 0.05. Toddlers who do not receive exclusive breastfeeding have a higher risk of experiencing weight gain. faltering. The conclusion of this study shows that exclusive breastfeeding plays an important role in preventing weight gain. faltering in toddlers.

Background:Trauma patients presenting to the Emergency Department (ER) often experience hemodynamic instability due to bleeding, hypoxia, and the acute stress response. Early oxygenation is a priority intervention in the management of trauma patients to prevent tissue hypoxia and maintain hemodynamic stability. Objective:This study aims to determine the effect of early oxygenation on the hemodynamic stability of trauma patients in the emergency room. Method:This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest approach without a control group. The study sample consisted of 40 trauma patients selected using a purposive sampling technique. Hemodynamic parameters measured included blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation before and after initial oxygenation. Data analysis used a paired t-test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results:The results of the study showed a significant increase in the hemodynamic stability of trauma patients after initial oxygenation (p < 0.05). Conclusion:Early oxygenation administration has a significant effect on the hemodynamic stability of trauma patients in the ER.
