Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of asset growth and capital structure on profitability either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are several employees of PT. Asuransi Buana Independent, totaling 97 people, the selection of the research sample was based on the slovin sampling technique with random sampling. And the data analysis method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study show that the regression equation is the Profitability value Y = 4,548 asset growth and 6,479 capital structure. The results of this test show that asset growth has a significant effect on profitability, and also capital structure has a significant effect on profitability because the tcount is greater than ttable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of trust and punctuality on purchasing decisions on the Grab application. This research is of associative type. The population used was all consumers using the Grab application (study of consumers in Bima City) who had purchased products on the Grab application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, namely validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination test, T test and F test. The results of this research conclude that Trust (X1) has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Timeliness (X2) has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics and aims to analyze industrial competitive strategies in facing technological advances. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. The results of the research show that Indonesia's industrial strategy is to be able to survive in competition and import substitution must be increased to meet the needs of a growing society. increasing even though industry can be one of the strategies in the industrial sector that can be developed in the future in an effort to realize Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This research focuses on finding out how much influence promotions and prices have on house purchasing decisions at Permata Arco Residence. In this research, the model used is quantitative with Non Probability techniques using the Purposive Sampling method, namely having a specific research target, and the author conducted research by distributing questionnaires targeting 73 respondents in Likert scale units. Data processing used in this research is using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that promotion (X1) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.187 < t-table 1.993, however price (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. with sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 3.871 > t-table 1.993. Simultaneously promotion and price influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 16.271 > 3.19 F table.

Abstract

In this study there are two variables that influence each other, namely the independent variable, namely the Key Performance Indicator and the Work Environment. Which affects the dependent variable, namely Tazbiya Brands Employee Performance. Research using quantitative methods with saturated sampling of 40 employees as respondents. The Key Performance Indicator variable has a t value> t table (4.216> 2.026) with a significant 0.00> 0.05 so that the Key Performance Indicator has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a t value> t table (1.958> 2.026) with a significant 0.038> 0.05 so that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Key Performance Indicator and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the above analysis, it can be concluded that the Tazbiya brands company has performance appraisal indicators that need to be considered as evaluation material so that it affects employee performance and has a good work environment in the company.

Abstract

Anugerah Dwi Pratama is a company engaged in the supply of goods and services for boiler machines or steam-powered power plants that was founded in 2010 until now. In connection with the growing national and international competition which resulted in a significant decrease in PT. Anugerah Dwi Pratama, it is necessary to carry out an assessment of the determining variables such as quality, product prices on sustainable buying interest, so that the company can continue to maintain and improve its existence. This research helps companies formulate problems to develop company development strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and understand the things that can encourage purchasing decisions for a product in a coffee shop, namely service quality, product quality, and price accompanied by a brand image. The population and sample in this study were 125 respondents who made purchases at coffee shop outlets at least twice in the last 1 month, aged 18-25 years, and domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). In this study it was found that service quality, product quality, price and brand image influence purchasing decisions. And for service quality, product quality and price affect brand image. Based on the results of this study, the coffee shop must maintain and improve the quality of service which is considered good in providing satisfaction for its customers. After that, the product strategy implemented by the coffee shop is to prioritize the quality of taste and characteristics that are not found in other products so that consumers are attracted. Then, in terms of price, it is expected that the coffee shop will set a more affordable price, compared to the prices of other products.

Abstract

Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung. This research uses a quantitative method with a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with an accidental sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) as well as the determinant coefficient (R2) which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Conclusions were obtained from the research results. that partially the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained. Price partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.044 < 0.05. Location partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.460 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.437 < 0.05. Product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung by looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The development of the business world and increasingly rapid economic developments encourage business competitors to improve company performance. The establishment of a company must have clear goals. To achieve the company's goal of making a profit, various strong supporting factors are needed, one of which is good funding management. Determining the optimal level of capital structure is a funding decision in achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period.This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data source used is a secondary data source originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the Return On Asset variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, then the Return On Equity variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021 , then the Net Profit Margin variable has no influence on Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, and Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have an influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia 2019-2021.
