<![CDATA[Kampung Tahu Kediri, an area renowned for its production of authentic and high quality tofu, provides promising business opportunities for tofu traders. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the food and beverage industry, traders need to understand the importance of effective marketing strategies to build a strong competitive advantage. Tofu, as a traditional Indonesian dish, has great potential By applying an approach based on research that is recognized nationally and by experts, tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri can get strong guidance in facing marketing challenges and maintaining the sustainability of their business. It is hoped that, by adopting effective marketing strategies, traders will increase consumer awareness of tofu products produced by traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri, expand the market share of tofu traders, increase consumer satisfaction, build a strong brand image for tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of self-reliance is of utmost importance for inmates within the prison environment. Furthermore, it serves to instill awareness in inmates, preventing them from repeating their transgressions and violations of the law, and aiding their reintegration into society upon their release by utilizing life skills acquired while in prison. The research method employed in this study is of a qualitative nature. The self-reliance development program for creating life skills among inmates at Class IIA Purwokerto Prison includes collaborating with Vocational Training Center (BLK) officers, the Department of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry, as well as the Department of Agriculture and Food Resilience. These parties provide specialized training materials in their respective fields. The training materials offered to inmates encompass topics such as agribusiness, animal husbandry, and barbershop skills. The hindering factors that make this process challenging and less effective are primarily rooted in the individual motivations of the inmates, as they may lack the drive to fully engage in the self-reliance development program.]]>

<![CDATA[The primary objectives of this study are twofold: (1) To assess the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of non-state civil servants, and (2) To investigate the impact of compensation on job satisfaction among non-state civil apparatus employees. This research adopts a quantitative approach, involving data collection methods such as observation, documentation, and the distribution of surveys. The research encompasses the entire population of non-state civil apparatus employees at the Kolaka Transportation Service, with a sample size of 135 individuals selected through a census technique, enabling a comprehensive examination of the population. The analysis of data encompassed an assessment of the measurement model and an investigation of the structural model through the application of Smart PLS 4.0. The research findings reveal a positive and statistically significant correlation between the work environment and compensation variables and the job satisfaction of non-state civil servant employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to evaluate the impact of training and development on the level of employee competence at Class IIA Narcotics Penitentiary in Yogyakarta. The enhancement of employee competence in this penitentiary is facilitated through training programs covering various technical fields. Each employee has the right to participate in and receive structured training. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted through simple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that Training and Development have a significant impact on employee competence. The research employed a quantitative approach with random sampling techniques. The research subjects consisted of 30 employees from Class IIA Narcotics Penitentiary in Yogyakarta. Data processing was carried out using the statistical analysis tool IBM SPSS 25, which involved entering and calculating the respondents' assessments of the research instrument distributed.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the variables price (X1), taste (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used Accidental Sampling, the number of samples in this study was 187 respondents at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This research data was obtained from questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= - 1.739 + 0.320 T test results: The taste variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. t test results, the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that price, taste and service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out to ascertain and evaluate the impact of transformational leadership on Work engagement in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Karawang, This study's methodology is quantitative. The participants in this study are was all employees in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Karawang as many as 50 people while 30 persons made up the study's sample. In In this research, a questionnaire used as a method of data collecting. The data collection approach used in this study used a questionnaire. The statistical tests used Validity, reliability, and normality tests were utilized in this investigation Tests, Linear Regression Analysis, Linearity Tests, and Linear Correlation Analysis, as well as IBM was used to process data for this investigation SPSS statistical software program Version 23, The outcome of this research prove the intensity of work engagement is influenced by transformational leadership Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Class IIA Karawang is 99% whereas other factors affect the remaining components]]>

<![CDATA[The Pharmacy Installation Section of the BPJS Outpatient Unit is that there are still many patients who complain about the waiting time for drug services. Calculating the waiting time for prescription drug service and concoction medicine, then analyzing compliance with the minimum service standard for the long waiting time category. Evaluating performance in providing health services to BPJS Outpatient patients and can help improve the quality and efficiency of health services. Quantitative and qualitative methods in analyzing the data obtained. Quantitative methods can be used to calculate average waiting times and other statistical analyses, while qualitative methods can be used to analyze interview data and gain a deeper understanding of the factors that affect waiting times. Average waiting time needed to complete a concoction recipe is 49 minutes and to complete a non concoction recipe 32 minutes. The number of standard non-concoction recipes is 699 recipes. Meanwhile, there were 2 recipes that did not meet the standards. For concoction recipes, 146 recipes have met the standard. The waiting time for prescription service at the pharmacy installation for outpatients at BPJS Bella General Hospital for non-concoction recipes still does not meet the standards, while for concoction recipes they meet the minimum standards.]]>

Marketing mix is very important in the current situation where trade competition is getting tighter. With the marketing mix, we can find out the elements of the lab coat business in more detail. The method used in this research is literature study, namely by searching various written sources, both in the form of journals, archives, magazines, books, articles, and relevant documents so that the information obtained from the literature study is used as a reference. to strengthen existing arguments. Sales of laboratory coats must provide quality products at affordable prices. The application of mix marketing aims to maintain and optimize product quality, obtain competitive prices in the market, increase sales onset and increase the number of customers.]]>

<![CDATA[Hospitals are service businesses that provide intangible products such as services and involve human resources (HR) to run them. HR management is important in driving the hospital business. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management in the hospital business and its related factors, thereby creating performance improvements related to the demands of effective and efficient organizational goals. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 17 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the desire for organizational goals by increasing performance. ]]>

South Sibalaya Village does not yet have policies or programs related to the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village.
