Abstract

Knowing how well the organization is performing with the current Accounting Information System is very important. The more efficiently the system runs, the more it helps organizations produce reliable and up-to-date financial reports. The purpose of this study, which relies on secondary data sources, is to identify the relationship between individual technical competency, user participation, top-level management support, and funding for PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka's accounting information system. In this study, a simple random sampling strategy was used to collect a sample size of 50 people by administering a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) was used as a quantitative research methodology for this study. According to research findings, the performance of Accounting Information Systems at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka is above average in several key areas, including personal technical competence, user engagement, top management support, and funding. Abstrak Mengetahui seberapa baik kinerja organisasi dengan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi saat ini sangat penting. Semakin efisien sistem berjalan, semakin membantu organisasi menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang andal dan terkini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yang mengandalkan sumber data sekunder, adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kompetensi teknis individu, partisipasi pengguna, dukungan manajemen tingkat atas, dan pendanaan untuk sistem informasi akuntansi PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, strategi pengambilan sampel acak sederhana digunakan untuk mengumpulkan ukuran sampel 50 orang melalui pemberian kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression) digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian kuantitatif untuk penelitian ini. Menurut temuan penelitian, kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi di PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka berada di atas rata-rata di beberapa bidang utama, termasuk kompetensi teknis pribadi, keterlibatan pengguna, dukungan manajemen puncak, dan pendanaan.

Abstract

The background of this research is the need to improve the performance and development of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah in Baturetno District, Wonogiri Regency. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze effective supervision strategies and managerial leadership improvements in supporting the development of the madrasah. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and relevant document analysis. The research results show that effective managerial leadership, characterized by a clear vision, motivational ability, and good managerial skills, has a significant impact on improving the performance of the madrasah. Furthermore, continuous and participative supervision also proves to be important in supporting the improvement and development of the madrasah. Supervisors who provide active guidance and support help identify and address problems earlier, thus creating a more conducive learning environment. This study concludes that cooperation between the head of the madrasah, teachers, supervisors, and other stakeholders is essential to achieving sustainable development. Support from the government, community, and Muhammadiyah organization is also needed to implement effective managerial leadership improvement strategies. With good cooperation and support, it is hoped that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah in Baturetno District can achieve significant improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Dalam kasus studi ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya dampak budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, teknologi informasi, sarana prasarana, pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan akuntansi PT Pos Indonesia Surakarta masa pandemi. Populasi dalam studi kasus ini lebih dari 200 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel memakai sampling acak sederhana dengan total 68 responden. Cara pengumpulan data yang dipakai kuisioner. Cara analisis informasi digunakan uji hipotesis, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji instrumen dengan pertolongan SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan penerimaan penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat dampak budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, teknologi informasi, sarana prasarana, pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan akuntansi PT Pos Indonesia Surakarta masa pandemi.

Abstract

First-time voters are a fairly large segment of voters. This shows that First-Time voters are a large resource in politics in Indonesia. Indonesia as a democratic country certainly expects every element of society to be actively involved in every democratic process, including the first-time voter segment. First-time voters as an important segment then have quite good political awareness. Through this political awareness, a pattern of political preference formation will then be formed. First-time voters as a large political resource are of course highly expected to be able to participate, at least voting in elections. So far, existing research regarding First-time voters only places as mere objects. However, this research then examines in more depth the patterns of political preference formation that will influence the political behavior of first-time voters. This research is qualitative research with primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with high school students as research informants. Based on the research conducted, it appears that First-time voters in Makassar City have quite good political awareness, which is an implication of their better political knowledge. So, when making choices in an election, First-time voters have a tendency to make their own choices based on their political preferences. The pattern of forming political preferences of first-time voters is sociology, rationality and psychology. Keywords: Firs-time voters, Political Preferences, Political Awareness

Abstract

This article examines the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) method in developing the creativity of students learning PAI at SDN Baratajaya Surabaya. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning Method can Develop the Creativity of Students studying PAI at SDN Baratajaya Surabaya is very good and appropriate because learning PAI using the Project Based Learning method is very interesting for students and developing their creativity is not boring in learning PAI which makes it easier for them to discuss and make works together with their group mates in a flexible time and then present them in front of the class, in addition to increasing their knowledge of PAI students can also develop their creativity, and the works they work on are exhibited at school report cards. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) method are internal factors, including school principals, teachers, students and parents. External factors, including the surrounding community and the school environment. The school facilities and infrastructure/facilities are adequate, good enough to support students who are diligent in studying PAI, disciplined, responsible in doing their assignments well.

Abstract

People with disabilities often face significant challenges in accessing equal employment opportunities, with unemployment rates remaining relatively high. Interest-based career guidance is a potential strategy to address this issue, as this approach assumes an individual’s abilities, interests, and aspirations. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify interest-based career guidance strategies that effectively improve the employability skills of people with disabilities and analyse the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. The results show that interest-based, personalised approaches and multidisciplinary support can improve the employability skills and integration of people with disabilities into the world of work. Enabling factors such as social support, inclusive awareness, and multisector collaboration are crucial, while barriers such as stigma, lack of resources, and inadequate policies need to be addressed. This research provides practical recommendations for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to optimise interest-based career guidance programmes for people with disabilities. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjudul Inovasi TELESIS dalam Mendorong Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat Melalui Pendekatan Digital. Salah satu tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis untuk meningkat kapasitas/pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan efisiensi operasional Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Implementasi dari Inovasi TELESIS Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kubu Raya menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, memenuhi kebutuhan dan penyelesaian masalah yang ada di tengah masyarakat. Selain itu, inovasi TELESIS yang dijalankan meliputi pelatihan teknis penggunaan platform digital, seperti Google Sites, Google Drive, dan Paperpile, serta melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi program literasi. Rencana tindak lanjut yang akan dilakukan mencakup penguatan monitoring dan evaluasi program secara berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi lebih dalam dengan stakeholder untuk memperluas jangkauan program. Manfaatnya bagi masyarakat antara lain peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam teknologi informasi, meningkatkan akses informasi, serta memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilan literasi digital di kalangan peserta.
