Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the development of the Manyar Smelter project and its influence in increasing community income in terms of sharia management. The method used is qualitative obtained from primary and secondary data. The results of this research show that the economic condition of the community before the construction of the Manyar Smelter project was sufficient to meet prosperity. The role of the construction of the Manyar Smelter project in increasing people's income has a huge impact on the community's economy. Apart from recruiting local workers, it also has an impact on the MSME aspect of the surrounding community. So that the level of welfare is more than adequate. Of course, this increase must also be accompanied by financial management in accordance with Islamic financial principles

Abstract

This research was conducted at Brother Perfumer 1 Sukabumi City. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of business location and marketing strategy on sales at Brother Perfume 1 Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study were consumers who made transactions at Brother Perfume 1 Sukabumi City and the sample used was 100 people obtained using non-probability sampling with a accidental sampling approach and using the Yamane formula. To test the research instrument, use the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, then for influence analysis use Spearman Rank correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test and simultaneous f test. Based on the results of the correlation analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the correlation value of business location to sales is 0.625 or 62.5% which is included in the strong correlation category because it is in the interval 0.600-0.799 and the correlation value of marketing strategy to sales is 0.559 or 55.9% which is included medium correlation category because it is in the interval 0.400-0.599. Based on the determination analysis that has been carried out, it shows the large contribution of the influence of business location and marketing strategy on sales as indicated by the R Square value of 0.485 or 48.5%, the remaining 51.5% is influenced by variables other than business location and marketing strategy which were not researched by researcher

Abstract

A sustainability report is a report that provides information about the impact of a company on environmental and social aspects apart from economic aspects. With this report regarding the disclosure of sustainability reports, it is hoped that it will attract the attention of companies in global business and increase the trust of the public and stakeholders to invest their capital in the company. This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance, company size, profitability and leverage on sustainability report disclosure. The population in this research is 143 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021-2022. This research sample was selected using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research is 45 sample companies in the 2021-2022 period. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that managerial ownership has no effect on sustainability report disclosures, independent commissioners have an effect on sustainability report disclosures, company size has no effect on sustainability report disclosures. Meanwhile, profitability has an effect on sustainability report disclosure and leverage has no effect on sustainability report disclosure.

Abstract

Transformational Leadership and good interpersonal communication will be one of the motivating factors for employees to carry out their work optimally. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in job satisfaction through the application of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication in the production section of PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. Research method What the author uses is an associative quantitative method, where the process of taking samples from a population involves 58 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. (H1) fever has a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.322 < 2.004). Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. (H2) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (5.590 > 2.004). Simultaneously, transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have an effect on increasing satisfaction. (H3) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and f count > f table (124,874 > 3.16). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on increasing job satisfaction

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important parts to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Stress and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the HR department at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya Cilegon-Banten City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving a population and a sample of 93 employees in the HR department. The data was analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that Work Stress had a significant influence on employee performance (H1) with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and calculated > ttable (3,271 > 1,987).  Work discipline also had a significant effect on employee performance (H2) with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and calculated > ttable (3,274 > 1,987). Simultaneously, Work Stress and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H3) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcal > Ftabel (8,734 > 3,089). The conclusion of this study is that Work Stress and Work Discipline have a significant influence on employee performance in the HR department at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya Cilegon-Banten City, both individually and together.

Abstract

A good work environment and work motivation will be one of the motivating factors for employees to carry out their work optimally. On the other hand, organizations need a safe and comfortable work environment and good work motivation from both the company and the work leaders which aims to increase work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang. The research method used by the author is the causal associative method with a quantitative descriptive approach, where the process of taking samples from a population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to 58 (fifty eight) respondents with Likert scale measurements and using the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, the work environment significantly influences work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang (2) Partially, work motivation significantly influences work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang and simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang. Based on the results of the study, both partially and simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation significantly influence work productivity at CV Bumi Mandiri Sejahtera Karawaci Tangerang

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the most important factor in an organization or company and is one of the factors that can be a source of advantage to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in running its business. This study aims to determine whether the influence of job placement and compensation simultaneously affects employee job satisfaction at PT. Aluprima Pacific Industries. This research uses a quantitative method, which can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to study specific populations and samples. The results of this study indicate that job placement and compensation simultaneously affect job satisfaction. This is known from the results of determining the F-table value, as the limit of the acceptance or rejection area of the hypothesis, which can be done with the formula (df) = n-k where n = number of samples, while k = number of independent variables with a significant level of α = (0.05), resulting in an F-table value of 3.18. Because the calculated F-value > F-table (18.232 > 3.18) and the significance value is below 0.05 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Overall, proper job placement and adequate compensation are key factors that contribute to employee job satisfaction at PT. Aluprima Pacific Industries. Therefore, the company is advised to continue paying attention to and improving these two aspects to create a better and more productive work environment

Abstract

The value of companies in the consumer product manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2020 and 2022 will be studied to determine the influence of capital structure, choices regarding investments, profitability, and company size. A total of 36 firms were chosen for the purpose of sampling using a purposive sampling approach. We used the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to see if our idea held water. Profitability and investment decisions, in contrast to business size and structure of capital, are shown to have a positive and statistically significant effect on firm value. Company size and structure of capital are not major factors in determining profitability; rather, high profitability is an indication of effective profit generation by management. High profitability reflects management efficiency in generating profits, while appropriate investment decisions indicate long-term growth potential, both contributing to increased firm value. These findings highlight the importance of effective management in maintaining profitability and making strategic investment decisions to maximize firm value. This research provides valuable insights for financial managers and investors in understanding the factors that influence firm value in the consumer goods manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze how big the influence of brand image and brand trust on iPhone purchasing decisions in Erafone Bekasi City. The research method used was a quantitative method with the research sample taken was 100 people. The data processing technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The research results showed that there was a partially significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions where t-count is 8.913 > t-table 1.984 and with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. There was a partially significant influence between brand trust on purchasing decisions where t-count was 7.134 > t-table 1.984 and with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. There was a significant influence simultaneously between brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions as shown by f-count 399.050 > f-table 3.09. The contribution made by brand image and brand trust simultaneously on purchasing decisions was 88.9%, while the remaining 11.1% was influenced by other factors not included in this research

Abstract

Internal quality assurance is implemented by referring to national education standards, to realize national education goals. Internal quality is now not only applied in universities but also in primary and secondary education. So that quality assurance and fulfillment of education quality standards in primary and secondary education units are more guaranteed and focused. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System cycle. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the quality improvement activities implemented in accordance with the stages of the SPMI cycle carried out at SMP Al Fadllu include: one, school self-evaluation based on education quality report cards, second, quality improvement planning by establishing a quality assurance committee and re-analyzing the results of the school self-evaluation, third, implementation of quality improvement, fourth, monitoring evaluation and quality improvement results after quality improvement is carried out, and fifth, quality planning again for the following year. The results of the implementation of internal quality assurance have an impact on more innovative learning processes, student achievement and school achievement, customer satisfaction both internally and externally, and the fulfillment of eight national education standards.
