Abstract

The development of e-commerce has changed how transactions are carried out, including the transfer of ownership rights of goods. One popular payment method in e-commerce transactions is Cash on Delivery (COD), which allows consumers to pay for goods upon receipt. From the Islamic values and morals perspective, ensuring that this transaction system runs by sharia principles is essential. This study aims to analyse the application of Islamic tenets in transferring ownership rights through the COD system in e-commerce. The main principles of concern are justice, honesty, and transparency, which are reflected in the prohibition of the practice of usury, gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (speculation). This study uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis related to Islamic law and the concept of transfer of ownership rights in muamalah fiqh. The results of the study show that the COD system in e-commerce can be accepted within the sharia framework if it meets several requirements, such as a clear agreement between sellers and buyers, as well as clarity in the description of goods and prices. Additionally, it is important to avoid fraud and ensure the rights of both parties are protected, in accordance with the principles of fair transactions in Islam.

Abstract

Workers associations and professional organizations have a strategic role in the development of human resources (HR). This study uses a literature study approach to identify the definitions, basic principles, and contributions of worker associations and professional organizations to the improvement of human resource quality. The findings show that these two entities are oriented towards the protection of rights, competency development, and improvement of members' welfare. With the principle of solidarity and collectivity, the workers' union focuses on the protection of the workforce through policy advocacy, while professional organizations play a role in the development of professional competencies and standardization. Both complement each other in forming competent and prosperous human resources, as well as strengthening the competitiveness of individuals and institutions.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role in the success of an organization, influencing productivity, efficiency, and reflecting the organization's values and principles. Islam provides relevant guidance for managing human resources in a fair, ethical, and sustainable manner, emphasizing the fulfillment of workers' rights, the creation of a supportive work climate, and integrity at work. Principles such as justice, work ethics, wise leadership, deliberation, and employee welfare are the main foundations in Islamic-based human resource management. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review from the Qur'an, hadith, and references related to human resource management in Islam. Through content analysis, this study finds that the application of Islamic principles in HR management can create a fairer, harmonious, and productive work environment, which ultimately contributes to the well-being of all parties in the organization.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between organizational psychology and psychological aspects in the teaching and learning process, with a focus on the study of theory and hadith. In the context of education, understanding the psychological dynamics of both teachers and students is essential to create an effective learning environment. Organizational psychology provides insight into how structure, culture, and interactions within an educational institution can affect an individual's motivation and performance. In addition, psychological aspects such as emotions, stress, and interpersonal relationships are key factors in the teaching and learning process. Because these things can affect motivation, activities, and creativity which are very important in the teaching and learning process, this study examines various relevant psychological theories, and relates them to the teachings of hadith which is the main reference after the Qur'an for Muslims. With this multidisciplinary approach, it is hoped that more effective strategies can be found to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process, as well as contribute to the development of better educational institutions. This research is expected to be a foundation for educators and managers of educational institutions in applying the principles of psychology to create a more supportive and productive learning environment.

Abstract

Termination of Employment (PHK) is a process in which the employment relationship between workers and employers is terminated. Termination of Employment (PHK) is one of the phenomena that often occurs in the world of employment and is an important topic in labor law. Layoffs can be carried out by employers and workers for various reasons, whether caused by economic factors, efficiency, or violations of company regulations. This study aims to analyze the definition, reasons, impact of layoffs and discuss the legal basis and causes of Termination of Employment in Civil Servants (PNS) in Indonesia based on the applicable legal framework. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach with a literature study that includes legislation and previous studies related to layoffs.

Abstract

This research explores teacher resource management in improving the quality of tahfidzul Qur’an learning at the Al-Fitrah Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). Human resource management (HR) refers to the management and development of employees in an organisation, including in the educational context, where teachers are a key element who act as facilitators and inspirers for students. Teacher human resources are educators who have the responsibility to educate, guide and develop the potential of students. The objectives of this research are: 1). to find out how the HR management process for SDIT Al-Fitrah teachers is, 2). to find out how to implement HR management at SDIT Al-Fitrah school, 3). to find out the strategy for improving the quality of human resources at SDIT Al-Fitrah. The research results show that planning focuses on the qualifications of tahfidz teachers and activities designed to improve the quality of teaching. Implementation includes recruitment, selection, training and performance assessment of tahfidz teachers. Finally, the results of this management succeeded in improving the quality of tahfidzul Qur'an learning at SDIT Al-Fitrah.

Abstract

Organizational psychology and psychological aspects in the teaching and learning process play a crucial role in creating a productive and effective environment, both in organizational and educational contexts. Organizational psychology focuses on individual behavior within organizations and how interactions among individuals affect collective performance. In the world of education, psychological aspects are used to evaluate important characteristics such as intelligence, personality, interests, and academic achievements. This research explores the relationship between organizational psychology principles and spirituality from the perspective of the hadith of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The first hadith reveals about motivation in an organization, where someone can participate out of fear or love, while the second hadith emphasizes the importance of choosing the right time and conditions in the learning process to avoid boredom. This research aims to explore how the hadith perspective related to organizational psychology and spirituality can be applied to improve quality and effectiveness in organizations and education. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methods, this research analyzes hadith texts and relevant literature in organizational psychology and education. Data is analyzed through a content and interpretative approach to explore the relevance of psychological principles in this context. The research results are expected to provide new insights into the application of organizational psychology and mental health in improving learning effectiveness and performance in educational organizations

Abstract

This research analyzes motivation with several theories proposed by scientists and the motivation present in Islam to support the productivity of educational resources in carrying out their noble duties as teachers. One of the theories discussed here is Abraham Maslow’s motivation theory and how Islam perfects the concept of motivation itself. This research aims to find the best solution for educators regarding motivation as a driving force, which is sometimes felt less detectable or less sensitive to the decline in their motivation, thus requiring a separate space to find the solution. This research also aims to detect issues related to the causes of the decline in motivation, linked to the theory proposed by Abraham Maslow and refined by Islamic-oriented motivation, so that human resources in education can become stable or more enthusiastic in their roles as educators in the millennial digital era. This research method uses a qualitative approach through a literature review. The research successfully obtained findings in line with its objectives: the analysis of elements that can dampen motivation or even reduce or eliminate the motivation of educational resources in the millennial digital era. The five basic human needs expressed by Abraham Maslow are the elements that influence the motivation of human educational resources. The theories presented are human experiences encountered by humans as educational resources, complemented by Islamic knowledge related to motivation as a driving force for educational resources in the millennial digital era.

Abstract

The application of technology in human resource management (HRM) is becoming increasingly important in the digital era, especially in the education sector. Digital transformation offers opportunities to improve the efficiency, transparency and quality of educator and school administration management. This article aims to analyze the role of technology in improving HR management at SD Mathla'ul Anwar, an educational institution that has integrated technology in various managerial aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through interviews, observation, and documentation of managerial practices at Mathla'ul Anwar Elementary School. The results showed that technology has had a positive impact in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, performance management, training, and communication between staff. However, there are challenges related to technical training and technology adoption among diverse staff. This article concludes that technology plays an important role in improving HRM in educational institutions, but more structured implementation and ongoing training are needed to maximize the potential of technology

Abstract

Communication plays an important role in educational administration, particularly in building coordination, resolving conflicts, and achieving institutional goals. This article aims to examine the role of effective communication in education administration through a literature review approach. The results of the study show that open, directed, and value-based communication can improve the efficiency of educational institution management, strengthen the relationship between leaders and staff, and increase stakeholder satisfaction. This article also highlights communication barriers in education administration and offers recommendations to overcome them.ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran komunikasi yang efektif dalam administrasi pendidikan melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, terarah, dan berbasis nilai dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan, mempererat hubungan antara pemimpin dan staf, serta meningkatkan kepuasan stakeholder. Artikel ini juga menyoroti kendala komunikasi dalam administrasi pendidikan dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk mengatasinya
