Abstract

Stunting in toddlers is a chronic malnutrition that impacts child growth and development. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System for Distribution of Stunting Toddler Assistance Using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method at the Mawar Dukuh Tambakan Integrated Health Post (Posyandu). This system was developed to assist Posyandu cadres in determining toddler assistance recipients more objectively and efficiently. The selection process that has been carried out manually is at risk of errors in recording, inaccurate data and errors in determining assistance for stunted toddlers. Therefore, a system is needed that is able to assess based on various criteria in a structured manner. This system was designed using the waterfall development method with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The research method used is a qualitative method, namely using observation, documentation, and interviews. At the design stage, namely star UML for system modeling, figma for interface design. Frontend uses HTML, CSS, Javascript. Backend uses PHP, Database uses MYSQL, XAMPP as a local web server and Visual Studio Code as the main editor. Testing uses blackbox and a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the study show that the system can help the selection process for aid recipients quickly, accurately and objectively. Based on the questionnaire evaluation with a Likert scale, the system received a user satisfaction percentage of 86.4%.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in various fields, including wedding organizer decoration services. In Banjarnegara, decoration communities still use manual booking systems through social media, which leads to inefficiencies, lack of data integration, and difficulties for customers in selecting the most suitable decoration. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop a web-based wedding organizer decoration booking application by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to provide the best decoration recommendations for customers. The research method used is the waterfall system development model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. Data were collected through interviews with business practitioners and questionnaires distributed to users, while evaluation was carried out using the Likert scale. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is equipped with features for booking, vendor management, and AHP-based recommendations with criteria such as price, quality, reviews, and popularity. The results show that the application was successfully developed and functions according to requirements. Based on black box testing, all features worked properly. Meanwhile, the user evaluation through questionnaires obtained an acceptance rate of 87.63% in the “Excellent” category. Thus, this application can help improve efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction in selecting wedding decoration services.

Abstract

The administration of motor vehicle services at the Samsat Banjarnegara office still faces challenges in terms of efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the manual data entry process of the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK). These issues result in service queue delays of up to 25% per year and data entry errors at a similar rate. This study aims to design and implement the Samsat Pintar (Si SAPI) application, an Android-based system integrated with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to automatically read and extract data from STNK documents. The system development method employed is the Waterfall model with a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The application was implemented using the Kotlin programming language in Android Studio, with Tesseract OCR as the main engine. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study, while the system testing was conducted using the black box testing method.The testing results showed that all application features functioned as expected, with no system errors found during trials, and the application response time was relatively fast (±5 seconds). Furthermore, testing with 25 Samsat Banjarnegara staff members through questionnaires consisting of five evaluation indicators produced a total score of 549 out of a maximum score of 600, resulting in a satisfaction percentage of 91%. This indicates that the Si SAPI application was very well accepted by users and is proven to help accelerate and simplify the process of motor vehicle administration services.on the questionnaire evaluation with a Likert scale, the system received a user satisfaction percentage of 86.4%.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) are a distinctive form of education in Indonesia that have proven their independence since long ago. The rapid development of information technology has driven the need for a structured academic information system, including in Islamic boarding schools. Based on observations at Pondok Pesantren Al Fatah Komplek Dar El  Hasani, Banjarnegara, the process of recording student data and payments was previously carried out manually in a ledger, resulting in time- consuming data retrieval and the risk of data loss. To address this issue, a web-based Academic Information System was  developed using  PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the Laravel framework. This system is designed to facilitate the input of student and teacher data, as well as to generate financial and student violation reports quickly and accurately. The system development uses the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Research  data  were  collected  through  observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the Black Box Testing show that the system functions as expected, and the Likert Scale assessment obtained a score of 88.94%, indicating that the system is feasible to be implemented in improving data management efficiency at Pondok Pesantren Al Fatah Komplek Dar El Hasani.

Abstract

Binorong Village, Bawang District, Banjarnegara Regency, still faces challenges in reporting security issues and public facility damages, which are done manually through verbal or personal messages. This study aims to develop a web-based application to facilitate residents in reporting such issues. The research uses a qualitative approach with the Waterfall development model, system design using UML, implementation with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database, and testing through Black Box Testing and questionnaires. The results show that the application is feasible to use, as indicated by error-free Black Box Testing and average questionnaire scores of 4.1 from administrators and 3.9 from residents on a 5-point scale (categorized as feasible). This application helps residents report security and facility issues and assists village officials in monitoring and following up on incoming reports.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based mathematics learning application called PIJAR (Interactive Learning of Spatial Architecture) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. This application focuses on eighth-grade junior high school geometry material covering the Pythagorean Theorem, Circles, and Flat-Sided Spatial Figures. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the PIJAR application was successfully designed and implemented according to the learning needs at SMPN 1 Punggelan. Based on tests by subject matter experts, media experts, and student responses, the application was deemed highly suitable for use because it is able to present interactive material, practice questions, and automatic evaluations that make it easier for students to understand geometric concepts. Thus, the PIJAR application can be an innovative solution in improving the quality of mathematics learning and providing an independent and interesting learning experience for junior high school students.

Abstract

This research discusses the design and development of a desktop-based data management application at CV. Lian April Purbalingga, a company engaged in sales and product distribution. The main problems faced by the company include manual recording of sales transactions, inventory management, and report generation, which often lead to errors and delays. The purpose of this study is to design an information system capable of managing data efficiently, with role-based access control between administrators and the owner to enhance data security. The software development method used in this research is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while system testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and user satisfaction surveys based on the Likert scale. The test results indicate that all system features function properly, and the user satisfaction survey shows an average score of 4.39 out of 5, which falls under the “Good” category. These results demonstrate that the developed desktop application effectively improves work efficiency, accelerates service performance, and minimizes errors in sales data recording.

Abstract

The research was conducted at SMK Al-Fatah Banjarnegara, which previously relied on a manual system for recording and delivering payment information. The aim of this study is to develop a tuition payment application based on mobile web, integrated with Midtrans Payment Gateway for online transactions and WhatsApp Gateway as a payment reminder medium. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and the distribution of Likert scale questionnaires to 42 respondents. The evaluation was carried out through black box testing and user satisfaction analysis using questionnaires. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative descriptive approach to explore user needs and design a technology-based solution. The application development followed the ADDIE model, consisting of five systematic stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. System design was created using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagram). The application was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database, built in the XAMPP with Visual Studio Code editor. The interface design was created using Figma, and the diagrams were made using Draw.io. Based on the evaluation results of the questionnaire, the application received a rating of 93% from respondents, which is categorized as “very good”.

Abstract

The Makeup service industry is growing in line with increasing customer demand for practical and fast services. However, at Anida Makeup, the ordering process is still manual, with PDF price lists sent via private message, making it inefficient and making it difficult to update information. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Makeup artist ordering application that can facilitate customers in obtaining service information and placing orders directly. The research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach (Mixed Methods). Qualitative data collection includes observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies as the primary data collection method. The quantitative approach focuses solely on questionnaire data collection using a Likert scale. The application was developed using a prototyping model with stages of needs analysis, design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using Flutter, Dart, and MySQL, and supported by XAMPP and Visual Studio Code software. Testing was conducted using blackbox and questionnaires. The test results showed an average score of 90% from customers and 90% from administrators. This indicates that the system is capable of improving the efficiency of the Makeup ordering process for users. Furthermore, the system also helps business owners improve operational efficiency and manage order data in a more structured manner.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the need to improve efficiency and convenience in the food ordering process in the digital era. The manual system currently used at Kedai Lazida is considered ineffective due to long queues, recording errors, and the lack of documentation of customer reviews. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based food and beverage ordering system with QR Code integration to make the service process faster, more modern, and interactive. The method used in this research is prototyping, which consists of the stages of needs identification, system design, prototype development, user evaluation, and system refinement. The designed system includes various features such as customer login via QR Code, menu selection, order basket, cash and digital payment methods, and a review feature with ratings. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with the shop staff, and literature review of relevant previous research. The results show that the designed system is able to address the primary needs of customers and shop managers by speeding up the ordering process, improving the user experience, and providing a platform for service evaluation through customer reviews. This system also provides an innovative solution for culinary MSMEs in adopting digital services in a practical and affordable way. With further implementation, this system is expected to improve operational efficiency and the overall service quality of Kedai Lazida.
