Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan desain survey secara crossectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen dari cafe inspirasi corner dengan jumlah 98 responden. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasi PLS.  Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai cronbach’c alpha, composite reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Setelah seluruh Hasil item indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Dari ke empat Hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Lokasi secara baik agar mendapatkan Kepuasan Konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, Harga, Promosi, Lokasi, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what the effect of the work environment on employee performance. In this study using a quantitative research method (questionnaire) with 35 informants collected from multi mart gisting atas kec. Gisting kab. Tanggamus with data analysis techniques using PLS. The result obtained from this study are work environment variables that have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rural business credit, people’s business credit against the development of UMKM at PT Bank People Indonesian (Persero),Tbk. Mulyo Teak Unit. The data used in this report are primary data namely data obtained directly from the source, spread to respondents. Rural business loan customer 50 people, people’s business credit customers 50 people at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesian (Persero),Tbk. Unit Jati Mulyo. The results in this study indicate that influence rural business credit significantly positive influence on the development of UMKM this can be seen from the results of the t test results of significance value are 0,000 0,05 with t count 8,139 ttable 1,984, the effect of people’s business credit significantly positive influence on the development of UMKM this can be seen from the results of the t with the significance is 0,001 0,05 from the fcalculated value 3,524 ttable 1,984, the influence rural business credit, people business credit against the development of UMKM this can be seen from the test results test f as big 0,000b 0,05 from the fcalculated value 144,043 ftable 3.09. Thus it can be concluded that the variable of rural business credit distribution for, people’s business credit simultaneously has a significant effect o the development of UMKM Keyword: rural business credit, people’s business credit, the development of UMKM

Abstract

This research aims to know the manajemen of working capital and capital structure that consists of a variable cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio to profitability. The population in this research is PT. PLN (persero) generation tarahan sector period of 2009-2013 of years.  The result of this research showed that cash turnover, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio influential but not significantly to profitability.

Abstract

A significant decrease in website visits on Shopee e-commerce can be an indicator of the weakening buying interest of Shopee consumers. This is certainly a serious problem for an e-commerce company. So this study aims to find out that the current e-WoM will have an effect on increasing the buying interest of Bandar Lampung City residents on the Shopee application. The higher and more positive the review or e-WoM effort to attract attention in the Shopee application, the higher the consumer's buying interest. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in Bandar Lampung City and the population used were Shopee application users. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire with a sample of 68 people. Based on the results of calculations using the Smart PLS software version 3.0, the results show that there is a positive and significant influence between E-WoM on product buying interest on the Shopee application in Bandar Lampung City. That way, Shopee can improve marketing strategies through E-WoM so that visits to the Shopee application increase and are followed by increased consumer buying interest. Keywords: E-WoM, Buying Interest.

Abstract

Harga saham yang tinggi, membuat nilai perusahaan tinggi. Harga saham adalah harga yang terjadi pada saat saham tersebut diperdagangkan di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 perusahaan konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2019 yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dan diperoleh 9 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi berganda dengan tool EVIEWS 9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan. Secara parsial, keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan.Kata kunci : keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen dan perusahaan

Abstract

The purpose of this research to knowing the Competence of Human Resources And Application of Local Government Financial Accounting System Against the Quality of Financial Statements of the Forestry Service of Lampung Province. Data were collected by field research and literature study. To get data related to the problem under study, the author uses the technique of collecting data through questionnaire method. The population in this study as many as 70 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the number of samples in this study as many as 60 respondents. The data has been collected and then analyzed using spss version 20.The criteria of f test as follows: Fcount Ftable or sign, 0.05 and Fcount Ftable or sign 0.05.means a sign model so that it can be used to predict the effect of independent variables simultaneously to the dependent variable. The result of f test analysis has a significant influence between human resource competence (X1) and SAKPD (X2) implementation simultaneously on Quality of financial report of Forestry Service of Lampung Province. (Y). If thitung ttable, then H0 is rejected, If thitung ttabel, then H0 accepted. The result of t test analysis shows that partially competence of human resources and the application of financial accounting system of local government has a significant effect on the quality of financial report of Lampung Province Forestry Service as big as.

Abstract

Electronic Word Of Mouth has become one of the important factors needed by consumers to decide on an online purchase. This study was conducted to determine the effect of e-Wom (electronic word of mouth) on online purchasing decisions for Food Beverage products in the Tokopedia marketplace. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data where the data is recorded using numbers and classifications or information obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, then the data is processed using the SmartPLS3 application. The results of the study found that the variables (intensity, valence of opinion, and content) of e-WOM had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh produk hijau atau Green product Sariayu yang ditawarkan oleh PT.Martina Berto memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 34 sumber yang berasal dari mahasiswa prodi manajemen bisbis syariah, Ubiversitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung angkatan 2019, penelitian juga dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPls3 dengan hasil penelitian Variabel green product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli sedangkan harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kata Kunci : Green Product, harga, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Health services are an important factor in improving the health and welfare of every human being throughout the world. Everyone has the right to obtain health services and the government is responsible for the availability of all forms of quality, safe, efficient and affordable health services for all levels of society. One of these efforts is to increase the availability and equity of basic health service facilities such as puskesmas in each region. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction using BPJS at the Sukarame Public Health Center in Bandar Lampung. In this study, the research method used is quantitative. The object of this study were patients using BPJS at the Sukarame Health Center. The data source used is primary data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The population used was all patients using BPJS at the Sukarame Health Center. The research sample is 40 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis in the form of validity test, reliability test, t test. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant and significant effect on patient satisfaction using BPJS. This shows that each indicator of the variable has an influence on patient satisfaction. Service quality which consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy will be very influential if implemented as well as possible will affect patient satisfaction. Keyword:services quality, patient satisfaction, public health center.
