Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Entrepreneurial Development and Green Economy in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data. Furthermore, the method used is this research using analytic observational research using a case control or case control research design. This research is included in the type of research that uses a qualitative approach and the analysis in this study is included in the type of descriptive research. Descriptive research seeks to describe, write, and report a situation, an object or an event as it is, and in the form of disclosing facts. Research containing entrepreneurship for environmental interests needs to be implemented in the business competition law system in Indonesia for various reasons, namely to reduce the adverse effects of climate change in Indonesia, increase and promote Green Economy in business transactions in Indonesia, provide legal certainty and legal benefits to companies and stakeholders who want to make agreements that prioritize green economy. Keywords : Entrepreneur, and Green Economy

Abstract

Employee performance does not only include achieving individual targets but also influences the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving organizational goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of work life balance on employee performance. The object of the research was the ASN at the Regional Revenue Agency of Serang Regency. The population and sample size was determined as 56 respondents using total sampling technique. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression approach processed with the SPSS program. The research results show that there is a significant influence of work life balance on employee performance, as indicated by an R Square value of 15.2%. Keywords : Regional Revenue Agency, Employee Performance, Work life balance

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence accessibility, amenities and ancillary have on tourist satisfaction at the Cendana Hill Tourist Destination. The background to this research is that there is still a lack of tourist satisfaction with the services provided by destination managers, apart from that, road access to the destination still has shortcomings.This research uses quantitative research methods. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to tourist to the destination as many as 96 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 analysis method.The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence on accessibility on tourist satisfaction. The research results show a positive and significant influence on amenities on tourist satisfaction. And finally, the results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction at the Bukit Cendana tourist destination. Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia is one of the leading companies in Indonesia operating in the consumer goods industry, and has led this industry for 86 years. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the accounting information system for cash expenditures and receipts that has been implemented at PT. Unilever. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research approach that produces findings without using statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Through this qualitative approach, the research results obtained are adjusting the applicable rules and procedures by making in-depth observations and not generalizations. An accounting information system is one of the important things that must be in place in managing the implementation of good government. If a company does not have a structured and coherent accounting information system, the entity will easily experience fraud or misappropriation for personal gain. Keywords: accounting information system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam presfektif bisnis islam Pada Perusahaan PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Lampung. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini dimana kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) mengalami penurunan sehingga tingkat penjualan pada PT. ICON+ tersebut menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data premier dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. ICON+ sebanyak 81 responden. Data yang terkumpul di analisis dengan metode analisis pada software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Lampung. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Lampung. Self-efficacy dan Motivasi menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Salah satu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan dibutuhkan sumber daya yang proaktif.Pentingnya pengaruh komunikasi Pemsaran pada perusahaan berperan menumbuhkansuatu ikatan yang terjadi pada pelanggan. Kurangnya tingkat Loyalitas Pelanggan,Banyaknya komplain atau keluhan dari pelanggan membuat pelanggan kurang puas ataubahkan tidak puas dengan aplikasi maxim..Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan penelitiankepustakaan (library research) dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif denganJumlah Sampel 100 Mahasiswa Febi Angakatan 2019-2020. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan wawancara, dokumen dan kuesioner, kuesioner disebarkan melalui googleform dengan pertanyaan dan pernyataan yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square(PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komuniksi Pemasaran danKualitas Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap LoyalitasPelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel KomunikasiPemasaran dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Perspektif Ekonomi Islam memandang bahwaLoyalitas Pelanggan merupakan suatu produk atau jasa ditentukan oleh kepuasan atauketidakpuasan akan suatu produk sebagai akhir dari proses penjualan. Konsep loyalitaspelanggan lebih banyak diartikan dengan perilaku daripada sikap. Salah satu sikap positifpelanggan dapat ditunjukan melalui setia kepada produk perusahaan danmerekomendasikan produk tersebut kepada pihak lain. Memuculkan rasa loyalitas dalammelaksanakan tugasnya sesungguhnya dirahmati Allah SWT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the recruitment of the Voter Data Update Committee (Pantarlih) on the effectiveness of voter data management and budget costs in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Lampung Province. Pantarlih plays an important role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date voter data, which is the basis for implementing the Pilkada. In addition, this study also examines the influence of the Pantarlih recruitment process on efficient and targeted budget management. The study was conducted using qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that a selective and professional recruitment process has a positive impact on the effectiveness of voter data management and budget use, which in turn improves the quality of Pilkada implementation in Lampung Province. Abstract

This research is motivated by impulsive buying without thinking about buying a product. They make purchases unconsciously just because they are interested in the product without thinking about the consequences that arise afterwards. Another factor that influences impulsive or unplanned purchases is the presence of online customer ratings which can convince consumers to make purchases. The formulation of the problem in this research is, do impulsive buying and online customer ratings have a partial and simultaneous effect on interest in purchasing cosmetics? What about impulsive buying, online customer ratings and interest in purchasing cosmetics from an Islamic business perspective? The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of impulsive buying and online customer ratings on interest in purchasing cosmetics among Topshop consumers from an Islamic business perspective. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is all Topshop Bandar Lampung consumers. The sample used in this research was probability sampling with a sample of 100 people and data analysis for this research used SEM model analysis using SmartPLS version 3.0. The partial results of this research are that impulsive buying (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest (Y), and online customer rating (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest (Y). Impulsive buying and online customer rating simultaneously influence the interest in purchasing cosmetics among Topshop Bandar Lampung consumers. In the Islamic view, humans are commanded to consume halal and good goods/services in a reasonable or moderate manner. Fulfillment of desires is still permitted as long as it is able to increase benefit or does not bring harm. Keywords: Impulsive Buying, Online Customer Rating and Purchase Interes

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Fixed Assets, Long-Term Debt, and Capital Against Net Profit on the Company Pt Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses descriptive quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling used is fixed assets, long-term debt, capital and net income. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous test results (Test F) obtained F count 11,327 f table 2.90 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05 which means that Fixed Assets, Long-term Debt and Capital jointly have an effect and significant against Net Profit. While t test results (1) Fixed Assets have a value of t count 3.736 t table 2.03693 with a significant level of 0.001 0.05, which means that Fixed Assets have a positive and significant effect partially on Net Profit. (2) Long-term Debt has a value of t count -5,310 t table 2,03693 with a significant level of 0,000 0,05 which means that Long-Term Debt does not have a significant and partial effect on Net Profit. (3) Capital has a value of t count 3.143 t table 2.03693 with a significant level of 0.004 0.05, which means that capital has a significant and partial effect on Net Profit.Keywords: Fixed Assets, Long-term Debt, Capital and Net Profit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promo Shopee sale dan gratis ongkos kirim terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa di Bandar Lampung (studi kasus pada mahasiswa fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia). Penelitan ini menggunakan 77 mahasiswa aktif fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling yang kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. analisis kuantitatif merupakan interpestasi data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian serta hasil pengolahan data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji analisis regresi linaer berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji dari R-Square menunjukan angka 0,659 ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh promo Shopee Sale dan Gratis Ongkir 65% dan 35% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model regresi penelitian ini.
