Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the Procurement of Materials and Work Equipment that is implemented by IdeSign Interior Design & Build at Pegadungan Kalideres, West Jakarta is optimal and can increase insight into the importance of the process of Procurement of Work Materials and Equipment at IdeSign Interior Design and Furniture Company. This research was conducted through direct observation to the location, namely Pegadungan Kalideres, West Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by field observations and interviews with the Supervisor and CEO of IdeSign Interior Design & Build.Limited knowledge related to differences in the quality of Materials and Working Tools from various brands or brands used is a problem faced in managing a furniture business, it is necessary to identify the quality specifications of a brand or brand, besides that differences in price and availability of goods affect the process of providing materials to evaluate various types of decision-making and raw materials remain available when needed.

Abstract

Kelancaran usaha sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Dalam kelancaran usaha dibutuhkan sistem operasional yang terencana dengan baik karena apabila sistem operasional tidak terencana dengan baik dapat menyebabkan terhambatnya berbagai pasokan dan sistem pendistribusian produk kepada konsumen. Sebagian besar permasalahan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan dalam melakukan penginputan sistem operasional produk menggunakan Microsoft Excel dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu jurnal kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada karyawan baru agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana melakukan penginputan data pendistribusian produk kepada masyarakat (konsumen) menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga sistem produksi usaha dalam perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pemahaman yang bersifat mengedukasi, melakukan praktek bagaimana melakukan penginputan data sistem operasional dalam pendistribusian produk menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta melakukan sesi tanya jawab antar karyawan dan pemateri. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukan hasil adanya penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan dalam melakukan input data pendistribusian produk kepada masyarakat (konsumen) menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The processing of small fish into fish sauce is an innovative process in the sustainable utilization of fisheries resources. Groundfish, which is generally considered as waste fish -as it does not have high economic value, can be transformed into value-added products such as fish sauce. This study aims to explore and develop the production process of fish sauce from low-cost fish, as well as to analyse the economic potential of this low-cost fish. The research method involves the stages of selecting suitable low-cost fish, processing the fish into soy sauce raw materials, and making fish sauce through fermentation. The economic analysis involved estimating production costs, selling prices, and potential profits. The Kalibaru Subdistrict, Cilincing, North Jakarta has great potential in the development of the fisheries sector. To improve the sustainability of fisheries in this area, innovation is key. One of the potentials from the Kalibaru Subdistrict is groundfish. The processing of raw fish into fish sauce allows for a more efficient and sustainable utilization of fishery resources. The fermentation process not only increases the nutritional value of fish sauce but also provides economic sustainability for local communities. In addition, involving housewives provides a positive impact on local economic empowerment and increases awareness of the value-added potential of fishery products.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan lingkungan menjadi kotor dan menyebabkan pendangkalan sungai yang mengakibatkan timbulnya banjir. Sebagian besar permasalahan sampah berasal dari limbah rumah tangga, baik sampah organik maupun anorganik. Sampah anorganik yang dapat didaur ulang, seperti botol plastik bekas air mineral dapat bernilai ekonomis dengan cara di tabung pada bank sampah, sementara sampah organik seperti sisa sayuran dan buah dapat diproses lebih lanjut menjadi eco-enzyme. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk sosialisasi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco-enzyme, sehingga para karyawan di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Utara dan masyarakat sekitar dapat mengetahui cara pengolahan sampah yang benar dan dapat berperan serta dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pemahaman yang bersifat mengedukasi dalam hal pengolahan sampah. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukan hasil yang baik  dengan adanya pengetahuan dalam menerapkan pembuatan eco-enzyme yang dapat mengurangi sampah organik dan peserta sosialisasi aktif dalam memberi pertanyaan serta diskusi bersama. Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Pengolahan Sampah, Sampah Organik, Eco-enzyme  ABSTRACT Waste that is not managed properly can cause the environment to become dirty and cause siltation of rivers which results in flooding. Most of the waste problems come from household waste, both organic and inorganic waste. Inorganic waste that can be recycled, such as plastic bottles used for mineral water, can have economic value by being deposited in a waste bank, while organic waste such as vegetable and fruit scraps can be further processed into eco-enzyme. The community service activity aims to socialize the processing of organic waste into eco-enzyme, so that employees and the surrounding community can know how to process waste properly and can participate in preserving the environment. The method of implementing this activity is the socialization method by providing an understanding that is educational in terms of waste management. This socialization activity showed results with knowledge in applying eco-enzyme making that can reduce organic waste and active socialization participants in giving questions and discussions together.

Abstract

Independent Competency-Based Internship (MBKM) is an integral part of a higher education program that aims to develop the ability to work in groups and communicate with colleagues and clients. The next goal is to learn about audit planning for the Company's financial statements. Furthermore, to learn about audit procedures in Public Accounting Firms and to increase insight and knowledge as well as experience in the field of Accounting in Public Accounting Firms. This MBKM Internship Program uses the project-based learning method, which is a method that requires students to focus on tasks programmed together with the supervisor and guided by the supervisor at the internship location. The stages carried out are the first to search for an internship location, the second to conduct interviews, the third to carry out internship activities, and to identify potential improvements in the quality of the application of audit tools, the fourth to make internship reports and journals. This internship program has succeeded in improving the competence of student interns, gaining applicable experience and greatly helping students to be better prepared to face the world of work in the future.

Abstract

This Blood Donation Activity aims to increase public awareness and participation in blood donation in the Imanuddin Mosque environment, Graha Raya Bintaro. Blood donation is a form of humanitarian action that can help save lives and support blood needs in health facilities. The implementation of this activity involves various parties, including mosque administrators, community organizations, and health agencies, with a collaborative approach to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. This activity was carried out on August 31, 2024, involving more than 98 participants who participated as donors. The results of this activity showed the high enthusiasm of the community in supporting the blood donation program, which can be seen from the increase in the number of donors compared to previous activities. In addition, this activity also provides education about the importance of regular blood donation, so that it is expected to become a sustainable program in the mosque environment. The conclusion of this PKM is the importance of the active role of the community in blood donation activities, as well as the need for collaboration between various parties to achieve the success of the activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to educate accounting and business researchers at Binaniaga Indonesia University, on how to process research data in accounting and business using Smart PLS software. Primarily how to run data based on structural equation modeling, which consists of intervening models and moderating models. There are two methods used, the first is the lecture method for explaining concepts and theories. Second, the method of practical data processing. The number of participants who filled out the evaluation form was 20 participants. The evaluation instrument used was questions on the Google form related to understanding the training material. The evaluation results showed an increase in the participants' abilities. First, an increase in the ability to prepare excel csv data and data input skills, as well as the ability to draw research models. Second, an increase in the ability to conduct validity and reliability tests, as well as the reduction process for invalid questions. Third, an increase in the ability to evaluate r square and goodness of fit, as well as compiling structural equations. Fourth, the ability to test the intervening SEM model, as well as the interpretation of direct and indirect effects. Fifth, the ability to test the moderating SEM model, as well as the interpretation of the moderating effect.

Abstract

 Community service activities through the Student Work Lecture (KKM) program. In improving the village economy through Community service activities through the Student Work Lecture (KKM) program. In improving the village economy in development through creativity and innovation, Pantai Bhakti Village, Muara Gembong, Bekasi, has potential natural resources that can support the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). However, limitations in terms of creativity, innovation, and market access are still an obstacle for local communities in optimally developing their UMKM. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of UMKM in Pantai Bhakti Village through training that focuses on product creativity, innovation in seafood processing, and digital marketing strategies. Through a participatory approach, the community is given an understanding of unique and valuable product development, digital-based marketing techniques, and sustainable utilization of local resources. The results of the program showed an increase in the community's ability to create innovative products and expand their marketing reach. This article reviews the role of creativity and innovation as key to UMKM development in coastal areas and the importance of collaborative support to achieve local economic sustainability.

Abstract

This program is conducted to provide education on time management and efforts to improve and maintain learning motivation for adolescents at the junior high school level. This program is expected to have a positive impact on participants in terms of time management and increasing motivation, so that learning achievement can be improved. Education through socialization was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Muaragembong, Jayasakti Village, Bekasi. The methods used were socialization and Question & Answer. The information analyzed showed that a good understanding of time management and a high level of learning motivation contributed to improving adolescent achievement. The results of this activity provide recommendations for adolescents and education partners to improve their understanding and practice of time management and learning motivation in order to achieve improved learning achievement in Jayasakti Village.

Abstract

Environmental pollution in society is a serious impact that must be reduced and even eliminated. The use of natural ingredients is a solution to household waste, especially the use of liquid detergent soap chemicals. The purpose of community empowerment in Suka Galih Village Bojong Keji Megamendung District, Bogor Regency through the socialization of making lerak fruit liquid detergent is to provide added value to the business of increasing additional household income for the community in general and especially in RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Village. Compounds or substances in lerak fruit are able to reduce environmental pollution by not excessive use. The socialization of making lerak detergent soap was carried out on Monday, February 24, 2025 ± 09.00 am to 15.00 pm at Mr. Adam's house, Chairman of RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Bojong Keji Village. Socialization participants were ± 50 (fifty) PKK mothers of RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Bojong Keji Village. Socialization was carried out using a projector and direct practice. This direct socialization is expected that in the future the community will understand the making of detergents made from natural raw materials without chemicals.
