Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of training and work environment on employee performance warehouse PT Shopee International Indonesia Bekasi Branch. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach and a saturated sampling technique with a population and sample of 56 respondents. The analytical methods used include linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and Hypothesis Testing as a means of proving the hypothesis. The correlation coefficient between training and work environment on employee performance is at the level of 0.816, so the level of correlation between variables is defined as strong. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05 thus showing that there is a partially positive and insignificant influence between the work environment on employee performance at PT Shopee International Indonesia Bekasi Branch. The results of this research are training (X1) and work environment (X2) with the regression equation Y = 7.022 + 0.224X1 + 0.570X2 which can be interpreted as training and the work environment having a positive effect on employee performance. Partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (53,430 > 3.17) and significant < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that training (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the Determination coefficient analysis which were tested together had an influence of 0.656 or 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and organizational work stress on employee performance in medical records at Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, namely using a sample of 80 respondents from the entire population. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing. This is proven by the results of the compensation hypothesis test, which obtained a tcount value of 4.611 > ttable 1.990 and was strengthened by the ? value < Sig.0.05 or a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Work stress obtained a tcount value of 6,152 > ttable 1.990 and strengthened by the ? value < Sig.0.05 or a significant value <0.05 (0.000 < 0.05. ) The results of research on compensation and work stress simultaneously do not have a significant effect on employee performance in medical records at Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital, West Jakarta, shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.054 + 0.314X1 + 0.476X2. This is proven by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained by the Fcount value (74.569 > Ftable 3.12) and reinforced by the significance value < 0.00 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination test for compensation and work stress variables had an influence of 65.1% on employee performance in medical records at Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital, West Jakarta. Thus H03 is accepted and H3 is rejected. This means that it is proven that there is a simultaneous insignificant influence between compensation (X1) work stress (X2) employee performance (Y)

Abstract

This article is entitled Analysis of Operational Cost Control from the Cashier's Perspective Using the Sapta Hemat Program. This study aims to describe the role of cashiers in implementing the Sapta Hemat program at Sagaracipta Minimarket. The Sapta Hemat program is a retail company policy that aims to reduce operational costs   through savings in 7 aspects, namely; saving electricity, saving water, saving promotional costs, saving stationery, saving SHB (plastic), saving others and saving BTK. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Cashiers have an important role in implementing Sapta Hemat, both as direct implementers and as reminders for coworkers and customers. Cashiers actively educate consumers regarding plastic savings and maintain daily work efficiency. However, the implementation of plastic saving still faces obstacles, because most consumers have not brought their own shopping bags and are not fully aware of the policy. This study concludes that the success of Sapta Hemat is strongly influenced by the active participation of cashiers and support from consumers. Therefore, additional strategies are needed such as providing affordable alternative bags and increased education to customers. Abstract

Cooperatives play an important role in supporting the welfare of their members, especially among lower to middle-income communities. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari from 2021 to 2024 by using liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with an analysis of the cooperative's financial statements based on the cooperative health assessment standards from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs results show that the cooperative has very healthy liquidity and solvency, with a current ratio above 457.25% and a debt to asset ratio below 20%. However, the cooperative's profitability performance remains less than optimal, with an average return on equity of around 9.3%, below the expected standard. This condition indicates that the cooperative is able to meet its short-term obligations and maintain financial stability, but still needs to improve operational efficiency and capital utilization to generate higher profits for sustainable business growth and member welfare.

Abstract

Digital transformation is creating new innovation opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), yet the benefits of artificial intelligence (AI) depend on whether firms can connect technological capability with strategic responsiveness. This study examines the effects of customer orientation and competitor orientation on new service development and new product creativity, while also assessing the role of a higher-order construct that couples AI capability with strategic agility. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted among 196 owners or managers of craft-sector SMEs registered with the Tangerang Regency Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Indonesia. Data were collected using a 38-item, seven-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 4. The results support all eight direct hypotheses. Customer orientation positively affects new service development (? = 0.303), new product creativity (? = 0.307), and AI capability–strategic agility coupling (? = 0.489). Competitor orientation also positively affects the coupling construct (? = 0.457), new service development (? = 0.271), and new product creativity (? = 0.256). In turn, the coupling construct has substantial positive effects on new service development (? = 0.442) and new product creativity (? = 0.450). The model explains 53.2% of the variance in AI capability–strategic agility coupling and 67.7% of the variance in each innovation outcome. The study extends market orientation and dynamic capabilities perspectives by showing that customer and competitor intelligence generate stronger innovation outcomes when supported by an integrated technological and strategic capability. The findings offer actionable guidance for craft SMEs and public support institutions seeking to strengthen AI-enabled innovation and sustainable competitiveness.
