Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of customer service on customer satisfaction at BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. Customer service is an important part of the banking industry, especially in Islamic banking, where customer satisfaction is the main indicator of operational success. The selection of this topic is driven by the increasing competition in the Islamic banking sector, which requires banks to not only ensure that customers receive quality service. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 customers of BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang, and analyzed using a simple linear regression technique to identify the extent to which customer service quality variables affect customer satisfaction. The results analyzed show that customer service quality has a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction. The better the quality of service provided, the higher the level of satisfaction felt by customers. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement and enhancement in customer service quality as an effective strategy to increase customer satisfaction. The recommendation of this study is the need for regular training for customer service officers to maintain and improve service quality.

The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling using a sampling of 52 responden.Data collection techniques are through primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between leadership style and partial employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y= 9.450+0.736X1 means that it has a positive effect, the t-test is 6.780>Ttable 2.009, then Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. There is a positive influence between work discipline and partial employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y= 9.149+0.723X2 means that it has a positive effect, the t-test is 4.939>Ttable 2.009, then Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. There is a positive influence between the variables of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously where the multiple regression equation Y= 3.174+0.581X1+0.300X2 means that it has a positive effect, the multiple correlation test r= 0.717 is included in the category is quite strong, the determination coefficient is 49.4% and the rest is 50.6% which is influenced by other factors, the f test is Fcal 25.929>Ftable 3.19 means that it can be concluded that the variables of leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of PT Inkaprima Jaya South Jakarta employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with an deskriptif approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, namely using a sample of 75 respondents from the entire population. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing. This is proven by the results of the work discipline hypothesis test, which obtained a tcount value of 4,763 > ttable 1,293 and was strengthened by the ? value < Sig.0.05 or a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The work environment obtained a tcount value of 0.778 > ttable 1,293 and is strengthened by the ? value < Sig.0.05 or significance value < 0.05 (0.439 > 0.05). The research results of work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Inkaprima Jaya South Jakarta, shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 19.557 + 0.427X1 + 0.012X2. This is proven by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained by the Fcount value (11,200 > Ftable 3.12) and reinforced by the significance value < 0.00 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination test for work discipline and work environment variables have an influence of 23.7% on employee performance at PT Inkaprima Jaya South Jakarta. Thus H01 is accepted and H3 is rejected. This means that it is proven that there is a simultaneous insignificant influence between work discipline (X1) work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The focus of this study is to determine whether compensation and work environment partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests, t tests for partial effects, and F tests for simultaneous effects, with data processing using SPSS. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on employee performance with a t count (2.843)> t table (1.998) and a significance of 0.006 <0.05. On the other hand, the work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by t count (0.065) <t table (1.998) and a significance of 0.948> 0.05. However, simultaneously, compensation and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance with F count (12.054)> F table (3.09). These results show that compensation is the main factor in improving employee performance, while the work environment needs to be improved to better support work effectiveness.
