Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penyediaan bahan ajar digital administrasi bagi sekolah adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran yang dihadapi oleh sekolah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penyampaian materi bahan ajar menjadi tidak efektif karena terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Pandemi yang terjadi secara mendadak menyebabkan sekolah harus menyediakan bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam waktu singkat. Efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi menurun sejak masa pandemi. Perancangan bahan ajar digital bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan membantu siswa-siswi mengatasi kendala dalam pemahaman materi. Bahan ajar digital dirancang dalam bentuk powerpoint dan video. Bahan ajar digital dirancang untuk pelajaran administrasi perpajakan karena adanya materi yang tidak bisa dijelaskan dengan cara tradisional seperti materi perhitungan PPh 21. Implementasi bahan ajar digital membawa dampak signifikan bagi sekolah yaitu proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara online menjadi lebih mudah. Rekomendasi untuk perancangan bahan ajar digital selanjutnya adalah dapat dibuat dalam dengan tetap memperhatikan kemudahan dalam mengakses bahan ajar. Bahan ajar yang dirancang dapat diiringi dengan proses mengajar. Bahan ajar yang dirancang selanjutnya tidak terbatas pada Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar Sekolah namun dapat menyertakan materi diluar silabus yang masih memiliki hubungan relevan.

Abstract

Rasa 244 is a business that was established since 2001 by Mr. Akun. There are various dishes in this Mr. Akun, namely capcay, special fried noodles, special fried kwetiau, special fried rice, and others with a 100% halal label. The method used to find out the problems that occur in Rasa 244 is the observation and interview method, so the problems that occur in Rasa 244 belonging to Mr. Akun are the lack of digital marketing strategies and promotion mix Rasa 244 is still not well-known by the public. Based on the problems that occur, the next step is to design using a digital marketing strategy and the application of a promotion mix, namely by creating a social media account in the form of Instagram as a direct marketing medium, doing advertising on Instagram so that the surrounding community can get to know Rasa 244 with affordable dishes, create a menu list and brochures that are as attractive as possible so that old and new customers can find out about additions and changes to the menu and prices contained in this Rasa 244 and the distribution of brochures to the surrounding community as a public relations.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja praktek yang dilakukan ini bermula pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan nama Rianna Fashion Online Shop yang berlokasi pada Komplek Permata Baloi Blok F2 no 32, Batam – Kepulauan Riau. Adapun tujuan dari pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini yakni untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada penjualan dari Rianna Fashion Online Shop dimana penjualan melalui instagram tidak membawakan hasil yang maksimal yang dikarenakan tidak adanya testimoni produk, postingan rutin produk di insta story dan insta feed serta tidak adanya pembuatan highlight produk yang membuat tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk yang dijual menjadi sangat rendah. Selain itu konsumen yang membeli kebanyakan dari kaum orang dewasa keatas sehingga diperlukan target market baru yakni kaum muda sebagai konsumennya. Dalam proses pengumpulan informasi untuk kerja praktek ini digunakan metode konsultasi dimana terdapat ada dua cara yakni dengan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha dan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Dari informasi yang berhasil dikumpulkan maka penulis dapat segera merancang strategi promotion mix yang cocok untuk terhadap masalah tersebut. Dari pelaksanaan dari penerapan promotion mix menghasilkan peningkatan rasa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk maupun online shopnya, intensitas penjualan pada media sosial instagram menjadi meningkat dikarenakan daftar promo yang dibuat sangat menarik untuk para konsumen dan terjadi peningkatan omzet penjualan sebesar 30% serta peningkatan konsumen dari kamu muda. Setelah berhasil melaksanakan penerapan promotion mix adapun masukan yang dapat diberikan yakni memastikan selalu memposting produk ke media sosial yang dipakai, penjualan dapat diperluas lagi ke e-commerce, terus berinovasi dalam pembuatan promo-promo menarik, memastikan pelaksanaan promotion mix yang sudah berjalan ini tetap dijalankan dan penggunaan iklan dapat digunakan lagi jika terdapat produk yang menarik untuk disebarluaskan ke konsumen.

Abstract

Ny's Kitchen was founded by Mrs. Anny in 2019. Ny's Kitchen is currently located in Ruko Hang Kesturi, Blok I-2 No. 3A, Batam City, Batam. Ny's Kitchen is engaged in the culinary field that sells various types of food prepared from chicken meat. The development of digital marketing based on social media is currently growing very rapidly. So that digital marketing now has a very important role for any existing business. Currently, there are also many competitors who sell similar foods to Ny's Kitchen. Even nowadays competitors have used social media such as Instagram for promotion purposes. Thus, it is very important to apply Instagram-based digital marketing to Ny's Kitchen. The lack of implementation of the applied marketing strategy will potentially lose the market share owned by Ny's Kitchen. The strategies that will be used in promoting Ny's Kitchen are advertising and direct marketing. The implementation of the marketing strategy is expected to increase the sales of Ny's Kitchen.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tujuan memganalisis permasalahan yang ada dalam perusahaan yang dipilih dan memberikan solusi berupa merancang suatu perjanjian kerjasama antara perusahaan dan klien serta merancang skema upaya penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam hal meminimalis sengketa yang muncul kedepannya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi 3 tahap. Tahap pertama merupakan melakukan segala persiapan pada tempat. Tahap kedua merupakan observasi dan menemukan permasalahan yang ada dalam perusahaan sehingga membutuhkan solusi yang bisa membantu perusahaan, setelah itu melakukan analisis atas data yang didapatkan dalam lapangan. Kemudian tahap terakhir membuat rancangan atas solusi yang akan diberikan kepada perusahaan yang dituju. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut untuk meminimalis adanya permasalahan tunggakan pembayaran dari klien.

Abstract

This activity aims to design an accounting record system for business owner. Since the company was established, the company has been doing accounting record manually by using Microsoft Excel. Manual recording is considered as ineffective procedure and it will be hard to find an error if any. Therefore, a systematized accounting record will be more practical so that the company can make decisions easily. First, this activity begins with an interview with the owner to obtain information related such as main activities, internal controls, and others. Then the system was designed by using Microsoft Access 2016 based on company requirements and information. After completing the system, there will be a trial to test the system. Once passed, the system is implemented to the company. The object of this activity is PT. Kisuja Wisata tours & Travel. Through this activity, the business owner can enter transactions through a form and can access financial reports directly.

Abstract

Wabah COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia mengakibatkan terjadinya masalah sosial dan ekonomi terutama untuk para pedagang kecil. Penurunan penjualan yang terus-menerus mengkhawatirkan para pedagang untuk mendapatkan pemasukan yang lebih besar. Pada saat wabah Covid-19 menyebar pemerintah membuat kebijakan untuk tetap dirumah dan mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah. Kebijakan pemerintah ini sangat berdampak negatif bagi para usaha mikro kecil dan pedagang pasar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha mikro pembuatan tempe dalam mengetahui pendapatan dan pengeluaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan melakukan perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan Microsoft Office Access untuk mendukung dan memudahkan mitra dalam menyajikan laporan berisi buku besar, laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan dan laporan sisa persediaan. Perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini akan diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui hasil kerja dari sistem tersebut terhadap mitra. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukan bahwa perancangan sistem ini sangat berguna dan berfungsi sebagai alat bantu mitra untuk melakukan pencatatan secara mudah dan bertahap.

Abstract

Batam City is a KPPB or FTZ area which is determined in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) No. 44 of 2007 concerning Free Trade Areas and Free Ports. Batam City is special within the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is separated from other customs areas, because it gets exemption from import duties such as Value Added Tax (PPN), Personal Tax and Luxury Goods (PPnBM). The institution or agency that is appointed and established in the KPPB or FTZ area is the Concession Agency (BP), Batam City is called BP Batam. Entrepreneurs who carry out business activities in the KPPB or FTZ area are required to have a business permit for the concession area issued by the Batam City Concession Board. BP's regional business permit is a formal requirement for customs activities such as international, domestic, and regional KPPB or other FTZ imports at Customs. The executor in this PKM implementation activity explains information to partners about the importance of having a BP Batam area business permit as the identity of a business entity in carrying out customs activities and to obtain legal certainty as a business entity domiciled in Batam City. the main requirement in making a BP Batam area business permit. After all documents are complete, the next step is to submit an application through the Goods Entry Information System (SIKMB). In addition to requiring to have a BP Batam Area Business Permit registered by entrepreneurs who will make deliveries by water, sea, air through ports, airports and other official postal places, they must have a system issued by Customs and Excise with independent and correct registration, namely the User Portal. Abstract

Harris Resort Barelang Batam is categorized as a four-star hotel, and managed by Tauzia group. Author had the opportunity to practice for four months in Front Office Department as ‘Harris Button Operator’. Front Office Department is the first and last department that guest meet, so it has responsibility to give a good impression and experience to the guest during their stay. As ‘Harris Button’ Operator, author should complete all guest requests using only by audio, in this case, the operator need to be competent in handling each guest request or handle any problem and could solve it in a timely manner. On-the-job training gave the author opportunity to implement the theory to the work field and practice it directly. The author also received a lot of knowledge and the ability to solve problems between guest and co-workers. The data for this research is conducted by interview to extract information from several sources and by observation from the field. The purpose of this research is to give the readers and future researchers knowledge about hotel industry, especially in Front Office Department.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises are classified as economic entities that are vulnerable to the effects of uncertainty. The main thing that underlies the previous statement is the lack of role of accounting in managing the business. Bakso Cak Tello as a partner for community service is a business that has not yet implemented accounting aspects. Partners keep no records at all making it difficult to reliably observe the economic status of the business. This project has the goal of providing an integrated accounting recording system using Microsoft Access software. This system is designed using primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation from partners. The system is designed in such a way as to be able to facilitate the needs of partners starting from recording transactions, and computing, to financial reports according to an effective and efficient manner referring to related standards, namely the SAK EMKM. The result of this project shows that the designed system is able to accommodate partners to see every transaction that has been recorded and can be a basis for consideration for partners to develop business. Partners can take advantage of available financial reports to analyse business conditions. The next project can use other software that is considered suitable, effective, and efficient for partners or by adding other features.
