Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Perkembangan teknologi pada pemasaran barang dan jasa semakin canggih sehingga mampu menjadi sebuah solusi kepada para pemilik usaha untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Digital marketing dapat mempermudah pemilik usaha untuk menemukan pangsa pasarnya dan berkomunikasi dari jarak jauh. Strategi pemasaran ini juga dikenal lebih efektif daripada media lainnya, maka bukanlah sebuah alasan kepada penjual untuk menjual produk atau jasanya kepada konsumen yang berbeda kota. Setelah dilakukannya wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan pemilik usaha dapat diketahui sejak merebaknya wabah corona, penjualan toko terus menurun dari penjualan sebelumnya. Tetapi setelah diterapkannya strategi promotion mix dan digital marketing pada usaha tersebut, toko mengalami peningkatan omset penjualan selama enam bulan terakhir tahun 2020 dengan diterapkannya pemasaran melalui Instagram adverstisement, endorsement, sales promotion dan juga konten video di Tiktok. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai penelitian kualitatif yang berangkat dari data yang diperoleh. Diharapkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangluaskan pemasaran melalui e-commerce seperti Tokopedia,Shopee atau Lazada, menghasilkan konten video yang lebih berkualitas, promosi yang lebih menarik dan lebih aktif dalam mencari ide-ide menarik yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM tersebut.

Indonesian government concentrated enough to support the growth of businesses in Indonesia to support the enhancement of economy. As the number of businessperson grows, the government shall also balance them with a proper system with the goal of to create a good governance and make it happen. This is what then inspires the birth of e-government. With that, the government has started to make changes and fixing on the available system. One of the most important factor in attracting business persons from within or out of the country is the efficiency and feasibility to acquire permit to conduct businesses and operational permit and get the business number. With the execution of e-government, the one that relates to business number is the establishment of Peraturan Pemerintah No. 24 tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi secara Elektronik atau Online Single Submission. The goal of the regulation is to minimize the error and frauds that could possibly happen within the process of managing the permit. The existence of the OSS is expected to achieve the government’s goal to ease the access for businesspersons and create a good governance. However, within its application there are several issues due to the lack of information and comprehension of users. With that being said, the author will conduct a legal assistance to process Business permits within the OSS at Kantor Notaris & PPAT Rian Sugito, SH., M.Kn.as the partner of the aactivity. The assistance will be done by conducting interview on the notary and the staffs.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu Pt. Pionika Autombil untuk mengatasi serta menganalisa terhadap permasalahan yang ada, dimana Perusahaan dalam melaksanakan hubungan kerja dengan karyawan kontrak tidak melalui mekanisme atau prosedur yang sesuai menurut syarat Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) yang dimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Kepmen No.100/MEN/IV/2004. Adapun pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini Penulis mulai dari Bulan Mei 2020 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2020. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris serta terapan, yaitu dengan mengelola data-data primer yang penulis temukan di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk tahap pelaksanaannya penulis bagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahap yaitu perisiapan, pelaksanaan serta tahap penilaian pelaporan. Indonesia has many advanced companies which are the center of interest for foreign investors. These companies generally have a system to process the company's internal data, so it's easier for the company to eliminate fraud and error. Unfortunately, many companies in Indonesia, especially small-scale companies, still need to implement a accounting system using technology that is currently available for free. PT. Nasional Global Karimun is one of those companies that still use Microsoft Excel and records activities through company books. Through this community program, a more optimal and efficient accounting system was designed for PT. Nasional Global Karimun using the Microsoft Access. In collecting related data needed in system design, interviews were carried out with employees and direct observations at partner locations. The condition of the company before and after the implementation of the Microsoft Access-based accounting system is also documented. There are several differences that are perceived after implementing an accounting system using Microsoft Access. Employees find it easier to find unpaid receivables and errors in recording transactions. Financial reports that are formed automatically make it easier for employees because they are more efficient and effective. Although the implementation went smoothly, there is recommendation that can be given for further research, namely adding an online-based system to the accounting system.

Pada awal tahun 2020, Covid-19 telah melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia, sektor yang paling terpengaruh adalah sektor pendidikan. Kegiatan belajar mengajar sangat berdampak di Indonesia yang dimana dapat dilihat dari pembelajaran yang awalnya bertatap muka atau secara langsung dan sekarang berubah menjadi sistem online. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membuat bahan ajar digital untuk SMK Harmoni Batam yang di fokuskan di Mata Pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang, dan Manufaktur dengan materi yang sudah dibagikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu bahan ajar digital yang berupa modul, contoh soal, video pembelajaran, dan powerpoint presentation. Bahan ajar yang telah disusun dalam pengabdian masyarakat bermanfaat dalam membantu meringankan beban para guru yang susah menyiapkan bahan ajar yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar secara online. Serta bagi siswa-siswi, bahan ajar tersebut mudah dipahami. Rekomendasi hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mendorong pihak sekolah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang baik melalui pengabdian masyarakat seperti ini supaya bisa menghasilkan sekolah yang bermutu agar dapat bersaing dengan sekolah lain.

The accounting system designed has made for Mugunghwa Batam in order to being able assist Mugunghwa Batam in doing their record by inputing the operational cost transactions. In the past, Mugunghwa Batam has simple accounting system by doing a manual book keeping.Activity on Mugunghwa Batam was implemented from September 2021 to December 2021. The methods used in this system were interviews, observation, design, and implementation. The accounting system is designed by using Microsoft Access. Where the system can display the output of financial reports in the form of balance sheet, income statements, debt reports, account receivable reports, sales reports, purchase reports, and inventory records based on the need of Mugunghwa Batam.The implemented accounting record system can be able to assist business owner in doing their recording of daily transactions so that to prevent inconsistencies or errors that caused by human error and can be identified clear and accurate based on financial reports. The results of financial statements that presented can be able to help business owners of being more selective in making their decisions that are right on target so that the business can develop for the better business. Recommendations for future is to add other features that can help the store and business owners.

Community service was carried out at the Widi Shop which was established in 2016. This shop sells various kinds of food and beverages, as well as various other household needs. Writing this report is intended to assist shop owners in making bookkeeping and inventory effectively and safely. Information collection techniques are based on primary information sources, where research information is obtained directly from first-person sources, while for data collection techniques, the practitioner conducts interviews and observations during the community service. Based on the evaluation of community service, it was concluded that digital bookkeeping was more effective, resulting in increased store revenue 12,1% compared to the previous month and the data are more secure than the traditional bookkeeping and the impact of implementing the activities are that Toko Widi is aware of the importance of digital bookkeeping and stock availability which mean the community service is 100% success.

Penyebaran virus corona atau Covid-19 di Indonesia membuat proses belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi berubah. Pada kondisi seperti ini semua guru atau tenaga pendidik diharuskan untuk mengganti pembelajaran menggunakan E-learning atau melalui media online. Dalam mempersiapkan bahan ajar digital ini, para guru cukup kesulitan dalam menyiapkan materi dan memerlukan waktu yang tidak singkat. Mitra sekolah pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu SMK Batam Business School yang berada di kota Batam. Pelaksanaan dari aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui tahapan metode seperti wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Luaran dari penyusunan pengabdian masyarakat pada sekolah ini yaitu bahan ajar digital dengan materi Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa dan Manufaktur. Bahan ajar berupa modul dan video pembelajaran yang selaras dengan kompetensi dasar dari kurikulum sekolah. Bahan ajar ini bermanfaat bagi guru dan siswa agar dapat lebih mudah dalam memahami pembelajaran yang ada secara efektif dan efisien. Rekomendasi atas aktivitas pengabdian masayarakat ini yaitu program ini bisa terus dijalankan agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mendorong sekolah menjadi lebih berkualitas.

Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Cendana Mulia Abadi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran karena tidak tersedianya strategi pemasaran produk secara digital. PT. Cendana Mulia Abadi memiliki kesulitan dalam mencari klien secara cepat dan tepat sasaran. Perusahaan hanya bergantung pada pemasaran offline yang sudah ketinggalan zaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Kerja Praktek ini merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dan efisien bagi perusahaan. Perancangan dan pelatihan sistem pemasaran digital ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office. Strategi pemasaran ini dirancang mulai dari penentuan tema desain untuk katalog produk, pembuatan social media account seperti Instagram, Shopee, dan Tokopedia. Selain itu, penyusunan Powerpoint sebagai bahan pelatihan kepada karyawan tentang strategi pemasaran digital yang akan diimplementasi pada perusahaan. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada perusahaan meliputi katalog produk secara digital, penggunaan media sosial dan digital platform sebagai sarana periklanan dan penjualan produk, serta pelatihan pemasaran digital kepada staf Marketing pada perusahaan tersebut. Hasil implementasi strategi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan volume penjualan terutama dalam bentuk eceran. Brand image PT. Cendana Mulia Abadi juga semakin bagus dan diketahui oleh masyarakat luas secara perlahan. Strategi pemasaran digital ini juga turut membantu dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas perusahaan dalam memasarkan produknya. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan sarana periklanan seperti Instagram advertisement untuk menarik pelanggan lebih banyak. Strategi pemasaran digital ini perlu jangka waktu yang cukup lama sehingga membutuhkan konsistensi dari pihak perusahaan. Rekomendasi untuk PkM selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan strategi digital yang ada dan memberikan pelatihan yang lebih komprehensif dan intensif kepada karyawan perusahaan.

The company was created based on the provisions of the applicable law. The purpose of forming a company is to obtain a profit or earn a profit. In running a company, it is necessary to have an order so that the company can be well known and develop. Therefore, a rule is made which is better known as company regulations. Company regulations are regulations made in writing by employers that contain work requirements and company rules and regulations. company regulations must be made by companies that have employed at least 10 (ten) workers. the company regulations regulate the working conditions applicable in the company, containing the rights and obligations for workers and entrepreneurs in order to obtain legal certainty. The implementation method that the author uses is using interview techniques conducted with the President Director and employees of PT. Global Ciptaprima.
