Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Alifindo Sentral Mobil merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang usaha perdagangan mobil bekas. Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Alifindo Sentral Mobil mengenai hak dan kewajiban pengusaha dan pekerja yang harus dilaksanakan. Dalam PT. Alifindo Sentral Mobil belum menerapkan perjanjian kerja secara tertulis antara Pengusaha dengan pekerjanya, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpastian hukum dan ketidakjelasan mengenai tanggung jawab kedua belah pihak. Oleh karena itu, Penulis memutuskan untuk melakukan perancangan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan yang akan diberlakukan di PT. Alifindo Sentral Mobil. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan Penelitian ini ialah Penelitian Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam Penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan data sekunder dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan yang diperoleh dari bahan bahan literatur berupa jurnal, artikel, buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan lainnya. Kerja praktek ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan, yaitu: Tahapan Persiapan, Tahapan Pelaksanaan, Tahapan Penilaian dan Pelaporan. Hasil dari pengimplementasian Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu di PT. Alifindo Sentral Mobil berdasarkan survey Penulis, bahwa terdapat perubahan yang lebih baik mengenai tanggung jawab masing-masing yang perlu dilaksanakan, implementasi tersebut telah menghasilkan suatu hubungan kerja yang bagus antara pemberi kerja dengan pekerja dan belum terdapat ada konflik antara pihak pekerja dengan pihak pemberi kerja terkait hubungan kerja. Hal demikian dikarenakan terdapat perjanjian yang dilakukan secara tertulis sehingga menyebabkan terdapatnya suatu aturan yang jelas mengenai hak dan kewajiban pemberi kerja dan pekerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of "Crunchy Nuggets" from the aspect of production management. This research was conducted from September to December 2022, and data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The concept of this business is to sell fish-based nuggets, This business development includes marketing, operational and financial planning. The marketing plan includes promotion using social media. The operational plan includes purchasing raw materials, producing nuggets, and distributing products to consumers directly. The findings show that Crunchy Nugget has provided benefits, but still faces several problems, such as sudden engine damage, non-standard products and difficulty finding ingredients.

Abstract

Pembuatan modul pembelajaran akuntansi keuangan pada SMK Negeri 2 Batam merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kelanjutan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi berupa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Perubahan kurikulum di Indonesia sering berganti seiring waktu, namun penyediaan sarana pembelajaran tidak tersedia secara efektif. Tujuan pembuatan modul adalah untuk menyediakan sarana pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar pada siswa. Sasaran kegiatan ditujukan untuk siswa/i jurusan akuntansi dengan mata kuliah akuntansi keuangan di semester vi. Output yang dihasilkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa bahan ajar dalam bentuk softcopy yang terdiri dari modul bahan ajar, power point, serta video. Penyediaan bahan ajar dalam bentuk elektronik tersebut diharapkan dapat dijangkau siswa secara mudah dan efisien serta mampu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

The Batam Religious Court Class 1-A is a religious court of the first level which has the authority in certain civil cases for Muslims, one of which is the case for applying for a marriage dispensation. Dispensation is an exception for the prospective bride and groom who are underage to get married. Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage limits the age of marriage, namely the prospective bride and groom must be 19 years old. However, the fact is that early marriage is a phenomenon that occurs in society. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) will reject marriage if the prospective bride and groom are not of the specified age, so the parents of the prospective bride and groom must apply for a marriage dispensation in order to get a court product in the form of a stipulation as a permit for a marriage to take place. The implementation method uses observation techniques, namely by obtaining data in the field, carried out by interviews and collecting library data. The results and outcomes achieved are participation and contribution in the work environment of the Batam Religious Court, knowing and understanding procedures related to the requirements for submitting a marriage dispensation application, being able to serve people who want to have litigation, as well as providing insightful knowledge to the community with the existence of educational posters related to the Marriage Dispensation.

Abstract

There are numerous researches explained that the number of entrepreneurs in a country is frequently used as an indicator of national economic growth. Instead of the number, the size of business is also important as the driver of economic growth. In Indonesia, the number of Micro Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in 2019 is nearly 120 million. Unfortunately, the size is dominantly by the micro and small business which is around 98% of the total MSME. Responding to the phenomena, the academician put some efforts to empower MSME entrepreneurs, especially to manage the financial report. The ability to manage the financial aspect is the very basic requirement for a business can grow in healthy conditions. In the broader area, this project is aimed to support the UN Sustainable Development Goal number 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth. The project to improve the financial literacy of MSME is conducted in Jepara, Central Java which is focused on the Mushroom Farmers Community. The purpose of the project is to improve the quality of financial reports to help them be able to get financial support from the bank. The application used is built by one of the Indonesian National Bank, which is focused to deliver their services for farmers. Hence, the group of mushroom farmers and community trained to use the application, namely Stroberi. The project has been starting in the last quarter of this year. Thus, it is expected that when the farmers have a full annual financial report, they will be able to have a financial report which follows the standard.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan di SMK Eben Haezer Batam. Pandemi covid-19 yang berdampak buruk pada dunia pendidikan menjadikan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi tidak efektif. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk membantu SMK Eben Haezer Batam dalam menyediakan bahan ajar digital praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara virtual dan studi literature. Hasil dari proyek ini berupa modul dan video pembelajaran mata pelajaran praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar kedepannya.

Abstract

This community service program aims to help partners market their products and increase their sales turnover, which is located at Ruko Harapan Business Center Blok B No. 17 Jl. KH Ahmad Dahlan Kel. Tj. Riau, Kec. Sekupang Batam City. This community service activity was carried out for approximately six months from August 2020 to January 2021 with the design, implementation, and mentoring system methods created. The results of the implementation of the sales promotion strategy are digital advertising, creating websites, creating e-catalogs, and making reports on the development of partners' businesses. In general, a successful program can be successful by looking at the indicators of all partner sales that have increased, first during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Karya Sukses Persada is a company engaged in construction services, construction services are a consulting service for construction services, planning for construction, working on an construction project as well as services for construction supervisors. The company is working on a project that must deliver goods from Batam to Tanjung Pinang therefore it requires a Business Permit for the Regional Concession Agency. To obtain a Batam Business License, the author uses direct interview techniques with sources, namely public service officers and also HRD managers from partner companies, then the technique used is observation technique. Then the output achieved from this project is the issuance of a Regional BP Business License for PT Karya Sukses Persada which is needed by partner companies.

Abstract

PkM ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada PT. Karya Elektro Teknik dalam pembukuan transaksi akibat tidak adanya suatu sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang relevan dan efisien. PkM ini dilaksanakan dari 18 September 2020 sampai dengan 19 Januari 2021. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, perancangan sistem, simulasi sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Access. Desain dari sistem dimulai dari penentuan format dan daftar akun yang disesuaikan dengan jenis usaha, daftar pelanggan, jurnal penjualan, jurnal umum, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi dan laporan perubahan ekuitas. PkM ini membuat sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang mudah digunakan dan sistematis dalam pencatatan transaksi usaha hingga menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Hasil dari PkM menunjukan bahwa pemilik usaha dapa tmengambi lkeputusan yang tepat untuk pengembangan usaha kedepannya, dan pemilik usaha juga memiliki laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

This activity was done to apply accounting knowledge learned during the university study to daily business practice. Besides, this activity also aims to help micro-business entrepreneurs make accounting records and financial reports correctly and accurately to reflect the actual business situation. The object of this activity is Toko Marion, a micro-business that still uses manual records on books, also not having a financial report. These conditions were known by visiting the business place and also by interviewing. This activity results in an accounting system designed in Microsoft Access program so that entrepreneurs can easily do the records and the system can automatically create financial reports. This system can also improve business flow to a more efficient and effective business operation.
