Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Lack of human resources understanding accounting and lack of knowledge is the main problem at durian king. This causes all Durian King’s financial transactions to be previously handled manually. This activity will be started with a survey and interviewing activities to analyze Durian King’s operations, implementation, and evaluation. This project has created a recording and accounting reporting using the Microsoft Access program. The system that has been designed aims to make it easier to record durian king's daily transactions, and help to find out the company's profits, expenses and it will automatically generate financial reports. The financial reports are expected to produce accurate and reliable reports so that these financial statements can be used as a reference for companies in making decisions

Abstract

Network security is currently a very important issue and continues to grow. Development of computer technology, besides causing many benefits also have many bad side. One of them is an attack on computer systems connected to the Internet. As a result of the attack, many computer systems or networks disrupted even be damaged. Given these problems, then as soon as possible we must immediately secure computer networks from attack. Untangle is a Linux distribution that is used as a regulator of tissue. Untangle is an open source first terintegerasi to deal with spam, spyware, viruses, adware, web-filtering and report. Based on Debian Linux with supporting JAVA applications. Untangle Server delivers the ease in securing, controlling and monitoring of computer networks. Ease is a technology that is needed to secure from threats such as viruses and spyware, web access and control over the availability of the report of the Untangle Server to perform a system analysis. Everything is packaged within an interface / GUI (Graphical User Interface). Untangle is very handy and has a full feature in managing and securing the network from LAN to WAN scale.

Abstract

NaLiang Club is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Batam which is engaged in the nutrition club and nutritional drinks. NaLiang Club still uses a manual accounting recording system, using Microsoft Excel. NaLiang Club is not capable to produce financial reports, so they did not know the actual profit that they had been generated. A survey and interview were conducted by the author to design a Microsoft Access-based accounting recording system for NaLiang Club. Those methods were conducted to know the SME’s business process and needs. Eight forms and reports each was available in the designed system. Those forms consist of chart of account, inventory, supplier, customer, cash transaction form, purchase form, sales form, and adjustment journal form. While the reports consist of purchase report, sales report, inventory card, general ledger, trial balance, financial position statement, profit loss statement, and cash flow statement. The implementation of this system increases the SME’s effectiveness in recording their transactions. NaLiang Club able to input the transaction activity in real time and find the transaction data easily if needed someday.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan serta menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh pemilik Kurnia Jaya Motor dengan merancangkan sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Penerapan pelaporan akuntansi yang diterapkan oleh Kurnia Jaya Motor masih secara manual. Sehingga terdapat hambatan yang dihadapi oleh pemilik yakni susah mengetahuinya keuntungan yang tepat ataupun kerugian usahanya. Perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan bantuan software “Microsoft Office Access” bagi pemilik Kurnia Jaya Motor. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 1 (satu) semester terhitung sejak awal bulan September 2020 hingga bulan Januari 2021. Pengumpulan data kegiatan ini dengan cara mewawancarai serta mengobservasi langsung ke toko Kurnia Jaya Motor. Luaran dari perancangan sistem ini dapat digunakan oleh pemilik Kurnia Jaya Motor dalam mengolah suatu laporan keuangan secara otomatis setelah pengguna menginput data-data pada formulir yang telah disediakan. Laporan yang dibentuk oleh sistem yakni laporan pembelian dan penjualan toko, laporan hutang dan piutang, laporan umur hutang, laporan umur piutang, laporan persediaan, laporan laba rugi, serta laporan posisi keuangan. Penerapan atas sistem yang dirancang berjalan dengan lancar pada toko Kurnia Jaya Motor. Pemilik dapat memperoleh informasi dari laporan finansial yang lebih praktis dan andal dalam pengambilan suatu keputusan yang sesuai dengan kondisi toko Kurnia Jaya Motor serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Hasil perancangan sistem pencatatatan akuntansi ini dihimbau dapat digunakan seterusnya oleh pemilik Kurnia Jaya Motor.

Abstract

The financial statements of a company provide information that is essential for business owners to make informed decisions. PT. Sinar Abadi Kreatifindo is a partner of this community service. The company is an interior design firm. In the past, the company recorded financial transactions manually and used MS Excel, for example, when it was managing accounts receivable. Due to this condition, frequent recording errors occur and financial reports cannot be generated. This project is aimed at providing PT PT. Sinar Abadi Kreatifindo with an information system based on MS Access that can provide accurate financial reports. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, document reviews from partners, as well as literature reviews. The accounting information system provided is designed in accordance with EMKM accounting standards to help partners record financial transactions more easily. The system is capable of generating statements of financial position, income statements, statements of change in equity, and cash flow statements. Furthermore, partner can also view and/or produce a list of completed and on-going projects, a list of customers, and its receivables. This project allows partner to obtain accurate financial information and reinforces internal controls. The system designed by the author is still relatively simple and can still be improved both in terms of design and the reports produced.

Abstract

In a country, labor occupies a fairly important place because it is a matter that affects the material and cultural progress of the country itself. So it must have the best arrangements to overcome various employment problems, one of which is the right of workers to support decent work and livelihoods. In Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, it regulates matters relating to worker protection, including the right to fair wages, leave rights, social security, employee relations (Employment Contract). The reform of labor laws and regulations aims to provide justice and protection for workers, as well as to fulfill the mission of the 1945 Constitution, namely the achievement of development and social development of the Indonesian people as a whole. This Community Service uses the Advocacy method in assisting partners (employers) in making their legal documents. The result achieved in this Community Service is the draft of a new Company Regulation.

Abstract

Tujuan kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan adalah untuk menciptakan sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang efektif bagi PT. Fatin Monazah Berjaya. Pencatatan akuntansi yang masih manual merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Fatin Monazah Berjaya. Data transaksi UMKM hanya dicatat ke dalam microsoft excel dan hal tersebut membuat proses pembuatan laporan keuangan menjadi kurang efektif. Kerja praktek ini memberikan solusi dengan merancang sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis microsoft access. Sistem ini akan memudahkan PT. Fatin Monazah Berjaya dalam proses pencatatan akuntansi hingga menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan handal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kerja praktek ini adalah observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik PT. Fatin Monazah Berjaya. Setelah data terkumpul, sistem dirancang dengan microsoft access yang kemudian dimplemtasikan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada PT. Fatin Monazah Berjaya untuk menggunakan sistem tersebut. Sistem yang telah dirancang diharapkan dapat digunakan PT. Fatin Monazah secara berkelanjutan sehingga proses pencatatan hingga pengambilan keputusannya lebih efektif.

Abstract

Ekonomi telah mengalami pertumbuhan besar dalam waktu singkat. Artikel ini membahas domain saluran pemasaran digital khususnya pemasaran sosial media dan penggunaan e – katalog. Untuk memahami bagaimana mereka dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan aktivitas Warung Mbah Lanang Banyuwangi terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Digital dan menyoroti teknologi digital tersebut sehingga dapat membuat pemasaran lebih efektif karena memungkinkan perhatian individu, manajemen, produk, desain pemasaran, dan pelaksanaan yang lebih baik. Melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap UMKM Warung Mbah Lanang Banyuwangi masih menerapkan sistem promosi secara sederhana, komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut. Bauran pemasaran tersebut di kembangkan menjadi strategi pemasaran secara digital menggunakan facebook – fanpage dan merubah menu secara modern berupa katalog website. Program dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dan berperan secara positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM mengenai strategi pemasaran digital dan dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan. Diharapkan program ini selanjutnya dapat terus diterapkan secara inovatif untuk perluasan pangsa pasar dan eksistensi UMKM

Abstract

The crime of forgery of letters is a crime that essentially contains the essence of untruth or false status of an object. Either that looks from the outside as if it is true when in fact it is very contrary to the real thing or to the truth. The crime of forgery of letters develops in line with things that are happening in the world today, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The reason behind why people want to make a COVID-19 vaccine certificate is that many people want to get the vaccine certificate but don't want to be injected with the vaccine. A COVID-19 vaccine certificate if falsified is very dangerous, it can harm many people, those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine certificate are a sign that they have resistance to the virus. this spreads to a crime on the Vaccine Certificate which is in fact an important thing during the current Pandemic. There are irresponsible parties who commit crimes in the form of issuing Counterfeit Vaccine Certificates in order to benefit themselves but can indirectly harm other people, this is in line with Article 263 of the Criminal Code. In carrying out this research, the author uses a normative juridical method based on a qualitative approach. The author conducts an analysis related to the Juridical Impact of the existence of the Counterfeit Vaccine Certificate by taking into account the Decision of the Panel of Judges in Decision Number: 543/Pid.B/2021/PN Btm. The purpose and benefits of this problem are raised into a writing, namely in order to provide an explanation and understanding of the importance of understanding the law and the author hopes that everyone can understand the crime of this fake letter.

Abstract

SMK Batam Business School merupakan SMK berakreditasi A yang berlokasi Kota Batam. Dengan terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 seluruh Sekolah di Indonesia dituntut untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar berbasis online dengan tujuan mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. Hambatan yang dialami SMK Batam Business School adalah ketidaksediaan bahan ajar digital untuk beberapa mata pelajaran, salah satunya adalah administrasi perpajakan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan data primer, yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya yaitu teknik wawancara dan kepustakaan. Teknik wawancara dilakukan dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan seputar kompetensi dasar dan materi. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari pihak Sekolah yaitu para guru dapat menghemat waktu dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan bahan ajar digital beserta latihan soal dan kunci jawaban lengkap yang telah disediakan. Materi yang disediakan telah sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan oleh pihak Sekolah langsung tanpa harus memodifikasi ulang. Meskipun telah mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif mengenai kegiatan ini, terdapat rekomendasi untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya yaitu dengan menambahkan materi tambahan mengenai perubahan peraturan baru seputar perpajakan untuk menambah wawasan para siswa- siswi.
