Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Beauty salon is one of the very sensitive industries during the pandemic Covid-19. It is because there is almost no social distancing when it delivers services. Both the consumers and staffs are at a high risk of covid-19 transmission. Due to this urgent situation, the project to save the business in beauty services has been designed. The project implemented at Melati Salon & Sulam which serves a semi-permanent makeup relies on digital technology. To fulfill the requirements of social distancing but still prioritize the convenience of customers, the digital service is one the most possible programs to be implemented. The WhatsApp Business platform is not sufficient to accommodate the need of the salon due to the lack of features offered. The project is introducing the online booking appointment system. Setmore platform helps online ordering more practical to use than offline bookings. The training was conducted for employees. It has been implemented for 3 months. The positive result shows that the number of customers who make online booking is increasing and the employee feel the work is more efficient

Abstract

KH Laundry is a shop engaged in laundry services in Batam City. Many people still need to know or recognize the existence of KH Laundry. Besides that, KH Laundry also still applies traditional management systems or less developed techniques, such as not having an Instagram account. While today's technology is developing rapidly, every business must understand making correct and effective marketing strategies to make the business grow and expand. Therefore, the method that will be applied to KH Laundry is to use the type of promotion mix, which can also be referred to as the promotion mix. Data collection uses observation by visiting the business and conducting interviews via Whatsapp. The conclusion from the research is the importance of improving marketing strategies through an easy-to-use technology platform to increase company sales so that they can compete with other businesses.

Abstract

This research is the result of compiling digital teaching materials financial accounting for Permata Harapan Vocational School. In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the government has established a study from home policy. Study policy from home is implemented while still involving educators and students through distance learning. The purpose of development is to produce digital teaching materials as a media in supporting the online teaching and learning process. The design of this practical work activity consists of observations and interviews, designing outputs, assisting the implementation of the outputs, and making reports. The target of this activity is to understand the obstacles that occur in financial accounting subjects experienced by schools. Study financial accounting subjects in accordance with the school curriculum, create and compile teaching materials on financial accounting. Teaching materials that have been compiled are teaching materials that are in accordance with the school's Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KIKD).

Abstract

Penyusunan bahan ajar digital akuntansi keuangan merupakan tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Bahan ajar digital disusun berdasarkan indikator Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar (KIKD) ke dalam bentuk powerpoint dan video pembelajaran. Mitra dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah SMK Kartini Batam. Bahan ajar digital disusun dan diserahkan kepada SMK Kartini Batam agar dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Implementasi bahan ajar digital akan dilaksanakan pada semester berikutnya. Bahan ajar digital diharapkan mampu memberikan berbagai manfaat kepada siswa/i, guru, sekolah dan akademisi. Materi pokok pada bahan ajar digital mencakup materi akuntansi keuangan yang terdiri dari utang wesel jangka panjang, penerbitan utang obligasi, penjualan konsinyasi, dan berbagai jenis modal perusahaan. Data primer dan sekunder diolah dalam proses penyusunan bahan ajar digital. Powerpoint, powtoon, dan adobe premiere pro merupakan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan dalam proses penyusunan bahan ajar digital.

Abstract

The state has various sources of funds, one of which is a tax called Income Tax is a tax from the state, which every year the collection is done directly to the taxpayer. In order to organize all activities in taxation, taxpayers must have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), as a function for the identity of the taxpayer and to maintain regularity and discipline in payments and conduct supervision in tax administration. The people who want to get NPWP must first make it by qualifying the administrative requirements, which the government has counseled on tax issues. But there are still many who are confused how to register and whether the registration is done manually or electronic systems. Regarding this matter the place of research to carry out practical work is on the CV. Tribina Jasaindo, which is a company engaged in services for document management in Batam City. The company has an address in Ruko Greenland Block I No. 5, Tering Bay, Batam City. At the implementation stage, the author permits to carry out the pratical work on the CV, then submits the design idea according to the title of the practice work, and then the author processes the data information to be carried out the output design.

Abstract

Notaris adalah sebuah profesi untuk seorang pejabat umum yang memiliki wewenang dalam membuat akta otentik perihal seluruh perjanjian, perbuatan dan juga penetapan peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia sesuai dengan Undang Undang Jabatan Notaris.Tiap Notaris tentu memerlukan perlengkapan buat menunjang serta mempercepat pengerjaan berkas dengan metode menggandakan sesuatu dokumen dari klien tersebut.Perihal ini karena harga buat membeli perlengkapan tersebut tidak murah serta relatif mahal, hingga dari hambatan tersebut, Notaris melaksanakan sewa menyewa perlengkapan mesin fotokopi. Perusahan mesin fotokopi ialah badan hukum yang berupa Perseroan Terbatas. Dikala melaksanakan kesepakatan sewa menyewa mesin fotokopi antara Notaris dengan Industri tidak membuat surat perjanjian, melainkan hanya membuat perjanjian secara lisan saja. Apabila ditinjau dari segi hukum perihal tersebut cocok dengan Undang Undang yang berlaku.Menimpa pembuatan perjanjian sewa menyewa secara lisan hendak menimbulkan sulitnya penyelesaian sengketa bila terjalin hal hal yang tidak di idamkan, misalnya salah satu pihak melaksanakan wanprestasi ataupun tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Penulis tertarik mengimplementasikan dalam wujud pembuatan draft surat perjanjian secara tertulis.

Abstract

Andy's Taylor is a Limited Liability Company engaged in sewing various types of clothing located in Komp. Bukit Beruntunng Blok D No 7. Andy's Taylor provides tailoring services in the form of clothes that are used for everyday life such as clothes, pants, skirts, dresses. In addition, there are also sewing blankets, pillowcases, bedcover towels, etc. The problem found is that in carrying out its business activities, Andy's Taylor does not carry out systematic accounting records to record every transaction that occurs. Lack of recording can lead to inaccurate decision making because business owners do not clearly know the financial flow of the business. So that the solution that can be given to Andy's Taylor is to design an accounting record system using Microsoft Access. The design of this system is made simply so that the owner can use this system easily and help the owner to monitor every activity related to operations and also so that the owner can make decisions for the future by analyzing the financial statements generated from this system. The design of this system will provide recording forms for cash disbursements, cash receipts, and inventory transactions. The result of the implementation of this PKM project is to produce a complete and accurate financial report consisting of a statement of financial position, income statement, statement of changes in equity

Abstract

Research at Sabar Water store has a purpose in helping to overcome problems in the form of achieving increased sales and increasing marketing sales products through social media channels, namely advertising on accounts owned by Sabar. This marketing application effort is carried out by establishing a procedure or implementation stage by the author who is then given explanation and follow-up work by employees of Sabar Water store. The implementation of this practice starts from October 10, 2020 until January 28. Data processing or data collection done by observation method and direct interview with the shop owner Sabar Water followed by design and implementation. The application of online marketing at the Sabar Water store includes creating an account on Instagram. The results of implementing this strategy indicate that there is a significant increase in buyers of product.

Abstract

Haraspace is a company that specializes in branding consulting with a concentration on food photography and videography. Haraspace has been running since 2019 and is located in Ruko Royal Sincom Blok A No. 03, Tlk. Tering, Batam Kota. Haraspace has decided to participate in community service initiatives as a partner (PkM). Haraspace had issues recording its company's accounting in its operational operations, which led in erroneous financial information and hampered the efficacy of its operational activities. Based on these issues, Haraspace's Microsoft Access-based accounting system was created to meet their demands. The system can generate profit or loss statement, statement of financial position, cash flow statement, trial balance, revenue report, purchase reports, debtors account, and creditors account, among other reports that explain the company's financial status. This accounting system may also generate relevant and reliable accounting data to help business owners make better business decisions. Future researchers can continue their work by migrating to a web-based system, which will simplify accounting records and allow users to access the system from any location at any time.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuat perjanjian kerja bersama dan skema penyelesaian sengketa yang berkaitan dengan hutang piutang. Dalam hal melakukan penyelesaian sengketa maka dasar hukum yang dipakai yaitu Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Dagang Peraturan Menteri Dagang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 tentang ketentuan dan tata cara penerbitan surat tanda pendaftaran agen atau distributor barang dan/atau jasa . Metode untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terbagi atas 3 tahapan. Pada tahapan awal adalah melakukan persiapan pada tahap ini kegiatan yaitu berkunjung langsung kepada perusahaan dan melakukan survey terhadap permasalahan di tempat pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pada tahapan selanjutnya yaitu ini akan dilakukan analisa dan pengumpulan data berkaitan dengan permasalahan. Setelah menganalisis, maka akan dibuat sebuah perjanjian kerja bersama dan sebuah skema penyelesaian sengketa utang piutang untuk perusahaan. Penulis membuat rancangan luaran proyek berdasarkan praktek dan kondisi tempat pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pada tahapan akhir, Penulis akan membuat suatu laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam melakukan kerja bersama dengan mitra kerja penting untuk membuat sebuat perikatan. Dalam hal ini perikatannya berdasarkan syarat yang terdapat pada Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata. Disamping itu juga selain dengan perikatan juga terdapatnya skema penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan utang-piutang. Luaran proyek yang Penulis buat merupakan tahapan yang berlangsung di lokasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
