Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Digital marketing is one of the marketing strategies using the internet and information technology to expand traditional marketing functions. Digital marketing can help marketers establish relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty. The use of digital marketing is widely practiced by several companies. In addition to digital marketing, another factor that can affect customer loyalty is customer satisfaction. Because to retain old customers, marketers can increase satisfaction. If the customer is satisfied, then he will show repurchase behavior and encourage loyalty. this research aims to develop a marketing strategy so that the business being run now is increasing and is also increasingly recognized by the wider community through digital marketing that will be applied. for example, such as being more active on Instagram social media by creating interesting photo or video content and can capture the attention of the wider community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis adalah untuk meningkatkan promosi jualan yang belum efektif pada toko Christie Collection yang berlokasi di BCS Mall, Lantai Dasar Blok D8 No.01, Batam. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai pada bulan September 2020 sampai dengan Desember 2020. Penulis melaksanakan survei, observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemilik toko Christie Collection sebagai sistem pengumpulan data pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Strategi promosi yang digunakan terhadap toko Christie Collection adalah Promotion Mix berupa Digital Marketing dengan mendaftarkan toko tersebut di e-commerce seperti shopee dan sosial media seperti instagram yang bertujuan agar toko Christie Collection lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Selain itu, promosi yang digunakan adalah promotion ads dimana penulis mempromosikan produk toko Christie Collection dengan menggunakan iklan berbayar di Instagram. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah omset dari toko tersebut bertambah 10% dari sebelumnya serta bertambahnya pelanggan baru melalui pendaftaran akun instagram toko Christie Collection.

Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 resulted in revisions to Indonesia's labor rules. The employment agreement is one of the elements that has altered. An employment agreement is a contract between a worker and his or her employer that specifies the working conditions, rights, and duties of the parties. The employment agreement signed between the employee and the employer attempts to ensure both parties' rights and duties in order to achieve a healthy working relationship. According to the findings of interviews and observations conducted with PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur, awareness of the value of work agreements in a firm is inadequate. As a result, legal counseling is required, as well as the design and writing of an employment agreements for a certain period of time and an indefinite employment agreement for PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur in order to protect the rights and duties of employees and employers. This Student Creativity Program activity is carried out in phases and in a coherent way, namely preparation/pre-implementation, implementation, and assessment. The success of this community service activity is measured by increasing PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur's understanding of the importance of employment agreements and the establishment of employment agreements that can be used by PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur in the future to guarantee and protect the rights and obligations of workers and employers.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat memiliki tujuan untuk memahami, mendalami dan menganalisis mengenai pentingnya validasi pajak penghasilan atas pengalihan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan karena pejabat yang berwenang hanya dapat menandatangani akta pengalihan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan setelah memperoleh Surat Keterangan Penelitian Formal Bukti Pemenuhan Kewajiban Penyetoran Pajak Penghasilan yang telah diterbitkan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu menggunakan penelitian yuridis empiris yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Penulis mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada tempat Pengabdian, sehingga dapat membuat luaran proyek yang bermanfaat bagi tempat Pengabdian penulis. Dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek menghasilkan luaran proyek berupa laporan pemantauan validasi pajak penghasilan atas pengalihan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan serta formulir syarat dan prosedur peralihan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan. Dalam implementasi luaran proyek penulis berkehendak untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang menjadi hambatan dalam Kantor Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Andreas Timothy, S.H., M.Kn., serta meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dalam melangsungkan tugas dan wewenangnya.

Abstract

This activity is carried out to apply the accounting knowledge learned during college into daily business. In addition, this activity also aims to help micro business actors make accurate and correct books and financial reports to reflect the economic situation of the business. The object of this activity is CV Multi Metalindo, a company that has been operating for a long time but still uses semi-manual records in its books, and does not yet have good financial reports. This condition is known by visiting the place of business and also by interviewing. This activity resulted in accounting students designed in the Microsoft Access program so that entrepreneurs can easily make records and the system can automatically generate financial reports. This system can also improve business flow to more efficient and effective business operations.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kunci transformasi dari pembelajaran tradisional menjadi pembelajaran digital pada dunia pendidikan global. SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa memiliki visi untuk mempersiapkan siswa-siswi dalam dunia praktik khususnya bidang Akuntansi. Visi yang ingin dicapai oleh sekolah menjadi terhambat pada pandemi Covid-19 dan menyebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran secara langsung dalam sekolah tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Minimnya pengetahuan dan terbatasnya sarana dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi hambatan dan tantangan bagi pihak sekolah untuk melakukan transformasi pembelajaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui wawancara, brainstorming, dan studi pustaka. Hasil luaran yang diberikan dari program pengabdian masyarakat kepada SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa adalah bahan pembelajaran berbasis digital yang meliputi modul materi, modul latihan soal, modul kunci jawaban, dan video pembelajaran. Hasil luaran yang dihasilkan mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari pihak SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa yaitu tenaga pengajar dan tenaga belajar dapat memiliki pembelajaran yang efektif dan komprehensif dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Rekomendasi atas program pengabdian masyarakat pada masa yang akan datang adalah bahan ajar digital yang dilaksanakan dan diterapkan pada SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa dapat terlaksana secara menyeluruh pada sekolah yang memiliki hambatan dalam melakukan transformasi pembelajaran digital

Abstract

Studi ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang terdampak wabah COVID-19. Bahan ajar digital disusun sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah agar dapat diterapkan di kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Sekolah yang belum memiliki bahan ajar digital membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi tidak efektif. Bahan ajar digital berguna untuk memudahkan guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara online. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membantu permasalahan sekolah tersebut. Studi ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan simulasi bahan ajar. Bahan ajar digital yang disusun menggunakan aplikasi microsoft. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari bahan ajar digital ini berupa bahan ajar digital per kompetensi dasar dalam bentuk modul dan powerpoint. Tahap implementasi terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perkenalan penyusunan bahan ajar digital, pemberian bahan ajar digital, serta proses umpan balik dari pihak sekolah. Bahan ajar digital telah diimplementasikan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan perbaikan dalam bahan ajar digital bagi sekolah.

Arief Bijaksana Law Corporation with the research method carried out to complete the report data, then it is done by going directly to the field and the data collection method is through observation in order to obtain the data to be achieved.

Abstract

This community service aims to solve the problem of semi-manual accounting bookkeeping used by PT Batam Embroidery Jaya. Semi-manual accounting books cause financial statements to be irrelevant and do not meet the criteria of faithful representation. We collected data through in-depth interviews with business owners and field observations. The data obtained becomes an accounting bookkeeping simulation laboratory using Microsoft Access. The accounting bookkeeping system produces two outputs, namely accounting administration outputs and report. Bookkeeping administration outputs include a list of accounts, a list of suppliers, a list of supplies, a general journal form, purchase form, general journal form, a purchase form, a sales form, an inventory adjustment form, and a payable payment form. In addition, the report output includes income statement, balance sheet, sales report, purchase report, statement of changes equity, and inventory report. Both accounting administration outputs and reports are interconnected and become a relational database. Thus, the implementation of this system that is designed has positive implications for the company, namely that transactions are recorded to be more efficient and systematic. The report output generated by the system helps the person in charge of the company in making the right decisions for the company's future development.

Abstract

Kerja praktek ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya promotion mix yang dilakukan oleh usaha Kwetiau Pak Kumis sehingga usaha kurang dikenal masyarakat. Lokasi Kwetiau Pak Kumis berada di Komplek Batama Blok D No. 10, bersebrangan dengan Lucky Plaza. Maksud dari tujuan kerja praktek ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami dan memberikan solusi untuk memecahkan masalah pada Kwetiau Pak Kumis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kerja praktek ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dengan persetujuan pemilik usaha penulis merancang strategi promotion mix yaitu, membuat akun sosial media seperti Instagram, pemasangan spanduk dilokasi usaha, pembagian brosur disekitar lokasi usaha, serta perancangan menu makanan. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini adalah meningkatnya omset penjualan dari strategi yang diterapkan serta dikenal oleh masyarakat luas.
