Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja praktek dilakukan di SMK Harmoni Batam yang beralamat di Kecamatan Bengkong. Permasalahan yang dapat disimpulkan oleh penulis adalah masih belum ada bahan ajar digital yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran system kelas online tentang Akuntansi Dasar. Dikarenakan pandemi saat ini, sehingga siswa diharuskan untuk belajar di rumah tanpa tatap muka. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat modul pembelajaran tentang Akuntansi Dasar dengan menggunakan power point, PDF dan juga membuat soal pilihan ganda maupun essay untuk sebagai latihan. Pertemuan mengajar dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali. Setelah menjelaskan materi, akan dilakukan pembahasan soal praktik yang telah disiapkan. Upaya yang diberikan oleh penulis agar dapat membantu meningkatkan keefektifan dalam pembelajaran system kelas online di SMK Harmoni Batam.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, banyak pemilik bisnis yang mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kendala tersebut dapat berupa penurunan pendapatan maupun kerugian yang tidak terhingga. Program ini dilakukan pada Comformindo yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Program yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada Comformindo. Implementasi dilakukan dengan strategi bauran promosi yang dimulai dari bulan September hingga bulan Desember. Sebelumnya Comformindo hanya melakukan promosi berbasis Word of Mouth (WOM) dan promosi Door to Door tetapi kurang efektif sehingga harus menggunakan strategi baru yaitu strategi bauran promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kualitatif yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bauran promosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari advertising dan sales promotion. Advertising dilakukan dengan pembuatan product profile video dan diunggah ke akun sosial media dan setelah itu akan dilakukannya promosi. Promosi dilakukan melalui sosial media yaitu Instagram Ads sebanyak 2 kali dengan durasi 7 hari setiap promosi. Sales promotion dilakukan dengan pengadaan diskon yang dibuat dalam e-brosur dan diunggah ke sosial media. Setelah implementasi, keuntungan Comformindo meningkat 6% per bulan yaitu Rp. 21,200,000 per bulan.

Abstract

The Legal Aid Institute is one of the legal aid providers according to Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid. The Peduli dan Harapan Bangsa Legal Aid Institute is one of the legal aid agencies in Batam City which engaged in the social and humanitarian issues. Legal assistance offered can be in the form of litigation and non-litigation. The case number 566/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Btm is one of the case which assisted by Peduli dan Harapan Bangsa Legal Aid Institute. Therefore, the article aims to discuss how the legal assistance of Peduli dan Harapan Bangsa Legal Aid Institue in case number 566/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Btm. The use of qualitative approach from primary and secondary data through interview, observation and documentation techniques is to answering the research problem. The results found were The Legal Aid Institute of Peduli dan Harapan Bangsa require several conditions to be met in order to get the assistance. Meanwhile, the case with the relevant case number has met the requirements given by and received a number of forms of legal assistance.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat pada salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Batam, yakni SMK Kartini Batam. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh SMK Kartini Batam ialah belum tersedianya bahan ajar digital yang dapat digunakan oleh guru mata pelajaran administrasi pajak kelas XI dalam pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh sekolah saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini ialah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang bahan ajar digital mata pelajaran administrasi pajak dengan menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint dan video pembelajaran dengan harapan luaran dari kegiatan ini dapat mempermudah pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi dan membantu guru dalam proses mengajar. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk kegiatan ini ialah menyesuaikan materi dengan peraturan perpajakan yang terbaru. Hasil luaran yang juga dapat berupa video animasi dengan grafik yang lebih interaktif

Abstract

Currently, more and more business actors are opening convenience store businesses around the Batu Aji area. With so many Department Stores/Retail Businesses in Batam City, it indicates that the level of community needs in Batam City is very large, which causes many business actors to start these businesses. Based on my observations, with the increasing number of competitors emerging at this time, retail business owners must be able to adapt to changes that occur in the market and quickly adapt their business so that it is always in accordance with the needs of the market. And now that technology is growing, business people are starting to venture into the digital world. The name of the Partner of this Job Training activity is the Convenience Partner Store. The Multipurpose Partner store sells various types of goods, starting from stationery, household appliances, electricity, buildings, toys and ice cream, accessories, as well as tools for selling such as plastic bags, styrofoam, rice paper, rice boxes, plastic cups, plastic forks, and also a plastic spoon. The location of Mitra Serba Ada Stores is in the Ruko Mitra Centre Blok. B no. 3,4,5 Batu Aji. The selection of partner locations is very helpful for sales because the Batu Aji area is the most popular sub-district in Batam City. The reason for choosing a Convenience Store as a Practical Work Partner is because the Partner has the potential to be developed even more, marked by an increase in sales turnover every year and a high level of consumer enthusiasm.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah proses menciptakan tawaran yang bernilai bagi konsumen. Pemasaran digital adalah suatu usaha untuk mempromosikan sebuah merk dengan menggunakan media sosial yang dapat dijangkau konsumen secara tepat waktu, pribadi dan relevan. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan promosi yang lebih menarik dan menarik minat dari konsumen yang melihat promosi tersebut untuk membeli produk ataupun jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menciptakan bentuk promosi yang menarik untuk UMKM First Hook Coffee. Bentuk pemasaran tersebut dibuat dalam bentuk digital yaitu website tersendiri dan dapat memesan secara langsung dari promosi tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya bentuk promosi tersebut dapat menarik minat dari konsumen.

Abstract

Legal protection of workers is a guarantee of basic rights inherent and protected by law. Human rights are basic rights that must be protected. The legislation related to protection for workers is the Employment Cluster of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. Honoree employees in the Batam Department of Transportation entered into a certain time work agreement (PKWT). Contract workers are legally defined as workers with a certain time status based on an agreement between the worker and the employer. Based on the title, topic, and background of the problem, the author made updates and improvements related to the employment contract of honorary employees (PKWT) of the Batam City Department of Transportation in the form of making employment documents. The renewal and improvement of the employment contract covers the duties and responsibilities of workers, workers' rights and obligations, salary payments and deductions, sanctions and compensation as well as the appointment and termination of employment (PHK) based on Employment Cluster of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.

Abstract

Kerja Praktek yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan proses- proses yang dilakukan Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dalam membuat suatu proses Hak Tanggungan. Sekarang Hak Tanggungan sudah diubah menjadi sistem Elektronik, layanan HT-el ini berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri ATR/ Kepala BPN Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik. Berikut merupakan layanan yang dapat dilayani secara elektronik adalah Hak Tanggungan pendaftaran, peralihan, penghapusan, perubahan nama, serta perbaikan data), Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT), pengecekan sertipikat tanah serta Surat Keterangan Pendaftaran Tanah (SKPT). Dengan berlakunya sistem ini dapat mengurangi antrean yang ada di loket kanor pertanahan, mengurangi penyimpanan warkah yang sudah banyak menumpuk di kantor pertanahan, serta dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan juga biaya. HT-el ini salah satu bentuk layanan yang ada di Kantor Pertanahan di Era New Normal, membatasi interaksi melalui physical distancing dan ini merupakan satu perwujudan dari nilai-nilai Kementerian ATR/BPN, yaitu Melayani, Profesional dan Terpercaya. Hasil dari Kerja Praktek ini menunjukkan bahwa Tahap- tahap apa saja yang dilakukan dalam proses pembuatan HT- el dan apa saja kendala yang dialami dalam langkah- langkah tersebut.

Abstract

To facilitate the running of a business, it is necessary to record accounting, accounting records in the form of recording transactions that can affect financial conditions. Good accounting records can be used as a basis for decision making. This research chooses MSMEs engaged in services and semi manufacturing under the name Kedai Kopi Ameng. From 1980 to present, MSMEs do not yet have an accurate and efficient accounting recording system. Recording of income is still in manual form by using records in the form of books and does not yet have accurate records for expenses for business operational costs. So that business owners find it difficult to make decisions and know the advantages or disadvantages of the business. The scope of this research is the creation of a computerized accounting recording system using Ms. Access that generates financial reports as output. This is done so that MSME owners can use the system well, get a positive influence, and can facilitate accounting recording activities. As a result, it is easier for owners to get information more quickly, precisely, and can be used to help make financial decisions for owners.

Abstract

The accounting recording system plays an important role in providing accounting information for a business partner. A general problem that exists in Andi Com Jaya store is lack of an effective and efficient accounting recording system, so that the provision of financial information cannot be maximally known. This program began by directly reviewing the activities of business operations and understanding the business procedure in Andi Com Jaya store. The next phase is creating an accounting system using Microsoft Office Access that suits with the store condition. The accounting system includes transactions for economic activities, operational activities, as well as the accurate financial reports. The completed system then was implemented to Andi Com Jaya store. The accounting recording system which has done designed was successfully implemented to Andi Com Jaya store. Manifested financial information can provide an overview for the owner regarding the store’s financial condition and decision making for future developments in the business ventures.
