Abstract

Readiness in learning is an essential condition that influences an individual's ability to respond and achieve learning objectives. Learning readiness involves several factors: attention, motivation, developmental maturity, discipline, and self-confidence. Attention is the ability to focus on learning tasks, motivation is the internal drive that propels individuals to learn, and developmental maturity encompasses cognitive, emotional, social, and physical readiness. Discipline helps shape readiness through the influence of a supportive and authoritative environment, and by modifying body movements to enhance self-confidence. The principles of readiness formation include the interaction of developmental aspects, physical and mental maturity, the positive influence of experiences, and specific periods during development. High motivation, interest in the subject matter, psychological and emotional readiness, physical readiness, and environmental support are key factors in forming learning readiness. Environment and culture also play significant roles in learning readiness. Social support, a positive learning culture, adequate facilities and resources, and an inclusive environment that supports achievement can enhance an individual's motivation and readiness to learn. By understanding and facilitating these factors, effective and meaningful learning can be achieved, allowing students to maximize their potential.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore: 1) The implementation of strategies by Islamic Religious Education teachers in cultivating students' interest in memorizing Juz A’mma among eighth-grade students of SMPN 10 Teluk Keramat; 2) Fostering students' interest in memorizing Juz A’mma among eighth-grade students of SMPN 10 Teluk Keramat. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through triangulation and member checks. The findings reveal: 1) The implementation of strategies by Islamic Religious Education teachers in memorizing Juz A’mma, specifically targeting eighth-grade students. Students are required to memorize a minimum of 12 chapters annually as a prerequisite for final grades/report cards, utilizing memorization, talqin (repetition), talaqqi (listening to recitations), and tikrar (repetition) strategies, and preselecting the chapters to be memorized. 2) Fostering students' interest in memorizing Juz A’mma among eighth-grade students of SMPN 10 Teluk Keramat involves providing motivation, elucidating the benefits and virtues of reading the Quran, rewarding extensively memorized students with high grades, continually monitoring their memorization progress, and incorporating Quranic literacy techniques before and after learning.

Abstract

the aim of this research isto describe the use of internet access by teenagers in Tebing Rubuh Sebawi district and the positive and negative impacts of internet access. The approach used is qualitative with a type of phenomenology. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display, and verivication. The results of the research show that almost all teenagers in Tebing Rubuh access the internet using Wi-Fi by accessing services such as WWW (word, wide, wife), gopherspace, E-commerce, and chat. The positive impact of internet access on the morals of teenagers is having the nature of sympathy and helping each other. Establishing good relationships and connecting, maintaining and strengthening friendship. Can introspect and improve attitudes. Caring and like to help parents, thereby easing the burden on parents. While the negative impacts are accessibf pornography, being cruel and sadistic, committing fraud, gambing, falsifying identity, and not having a sense of caring.

Abstract

The results of technology are widely used by young people to the elderly. This can be seen from the increasing popularity of laptop products, one of which is Asus Laptops. The Asus laptop company provides the choices consumers need according to consumer lifestyles and motivations. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer lifestyle and motivation on purchasing decisions for Asus laptop products. This research is quantitative research. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents using random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that based on the t (partial) hypothesis test, consumer lifestyle and motivation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the hypothesis test F (simultaneous) explain that lifestyle variables and consumer motivation simultaneously (together) have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. From the results of this research, it is hoped that the Asus Laptop company will pay more attention to the role of consumer lifestyle and motivation factors, in order to improve purchasing decisions for Asus laptop products.

Abstract

This study discusses interpersonal conflicts in the early church and the challenges faced by the apostles after Jesus. Interpersonal conflict in the church context can affect congregational life, church ministry, and bonds between congregations. This study aims to understand how the apostles dealt with the conflict and the biblical principles that can be applied in managing interpersonal conflict. In this study, it was found that interpersonal conflicts in the early congregation were caused by differences in theological, cultural, linguistic, socio- economic, political, personality, and character views. The apostles displayed tact, love, and humility in the face of conflict. They encourage open communication, understanding, forgiveness, and peaceful solutions. The apostles also built solidarity and togetherness among church members and developed leaders who were able to manage conflicts with wisdom and justice. A biblical perspective provides important principles for dealing with interpersonal conflict, including forgiveness, cooperation, speaking truth and love, humility, resolving conflict personally, and avoiding unnecessary conflict. This research provides insights for church leaders and congregation members in dealing with conflicts in today's church community. By applying the lessons learned from the apostles' responses and Bible principles, it is hoped that today's congregations can manage interpersonal conflicts well and create a peaceful, harmonious, and loving environment within the church fellowship.

Abstract

The halal industry roadmap involves strengthening stakeholders involved in the development of the halal industry in Indonesia, including institutional development involving the government/authorities, consumers and business actors. With the existence of a road map for the development of the halal industry and its consistent and sustainable implementation, it is possible that Indonesia will become a major player in the world's halal industry in the future and develop competent Human Resources (HR) in their fields through the development of the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) which includes halal auditors. , halal supervisor, halal chef, halal slaughterer, halal manager. This research uses qualitative research using library research. Research results, development projections in several priority sectors as well as harmonization of institutions related to halal guarantees, improvements in infrastructure, services and services as well as improvements in human resources will have an impact on both national and global competitiveness. Data shows that total trade in Indonesian halal products in the January-October 2023 period reached USD 53.43 billion. Of this amount, exports of Indonesian halal products were recorded at USD 42.33 billion and imports at USD 11.10 billion.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a violation of human rights and can occur in various forms, ranging from sexual harassment to sexual coercion without the victim's consent. A deep understanding of sexual violence and its impacts is crucial for creating a safe and supportive environment for the victims. Psychological support is an important aspect in the recovery process of witnessesand victims of sexual violence. This research aims to analyze the role of forensic psychological support for sexual violence witnesses. The study employs a literature review method, utilizing various sources such as Google Scholar and educational books that focus oncase studies of the role of forensic psychological support in assisting sexual violence witnesses. The role of psychological support provided to witnesses includes Rehabilitation, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychological First Aid (PFA), and Therapy Support Groups. This support helps victims understand and process the trauma they have experienced and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Providing appropriate psychological support to help victims manage trauma includes several important steps, with these strategies enabling victims to develop effective coping mechanisms and enhance their recovery journey.

Abstract

The study of this research is the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer at SD Negeri 18 Sadayan fot the 2022-2023 academic year. The aim is to describe the class teacher’s strategy planning to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer. Describe the implementation of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate students to perform the duha prayer. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI student’s to perform the duha prayer. The approach used is qualitative with a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and verivication. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation and member check. The result is a strategic plan for the class teacher to motivate class VI students to carry out duha prayers including gradual habituation, starting habituation and continuous habituation. The implementation of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to perform the duha prayer includes increasing the ability to memorize the reading of the duha prayer and improving the ability to practice the duha prayer. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer, namely supporting factors: school principal, students. Inhibiting factors: facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find out: 1) How the teachers plan to increase the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia , Sadayan Hamlet, Sebayan Hamlet, Sambas District, in 2022; 2) How do teachers improve the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan hamlet,Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022; and 3) What Are the implications of teachers in increasing the motivation of third grade students to memorize the Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Village, Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Year 2022. The reseach uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of reseach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclutions. The results of the research show that 1) the teacher’s planning to increase the motivation of class III students to memorize the Al-Qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, sadayan hamlet, sabayan village, Sambas District in 2022, the teacher prepares material to motivate and maintain the enthusiasm of the students in memorize the qur’an. Target that has been set, and complete juz 30 and finally cary out an evaluation; 2) theacers implication increasing class students motivation for class III students at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia; 3) The teachers implementation in increasing the motivation of class III students to memorize the A-Qur’an at Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia,Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Vilallage, Sambas District in 2022, start from the initial activities, arranging class condition, taking attendance of students and muroja’ah. Next, the core part is preparing media, material III for memorizing the qur’an at the Rumah Qur’an Akhlak Mulia, Sadayan Hamlet, Sabayan Village, Sambas District in 2022, the existence of motivation and methods. This has an impact on the students memorization targets that have been achieved. Although there are some students who have not been able to achievethis.

Abstract

This research originated from seeing the phenomenon that occurred in schools, there were some teachers who were lacking in disciplining the learning administration, therefore the principal tried to improve teacher professionalism. This study aims to obtain clear information about: 1) Principal management plans to improve professionalism of Islamic education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, 2019-2020 academic year. 2) Implementation of school principal management in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, Academic Year 2019-2020. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for school principals in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, Academic Year 2019-2020. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers of SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, Academic Year 2019-2020. To obtain data related to the research focus, the researcher conducted interviews, observation and documentation using interview guidelines, observation guidelines using a camera and a tape recorder as data collection tools. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. In this study, researchers used two techniques, namely: 1) Triangulation Technique, 2) Member Check Technique. The results of the study can be concluded: 1) The principal management plan in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, Academic Year 2019-2020, namely the principal makes a professional program for Islamic Education teachers, the principal makes teaching regulations for PAI teachers, the principal gives an award To teachers who excel, the principal recommends PAI teachers to take certification. 2) Implementation of school principal management in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District for the 2019-2020 academic year was carried out by the principal preparing briefing material for PAI teachers, the principal held training for PAI teachers, the principal held supervision of PAI teachers, school principals provide guidance in terms of learning administration. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for school principals in improving the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at SMP Muhammdiyah Simpang Empat, Tangaran District, Academic Year 2019-2020, namely: Supporting Factors; The school principal recommends PAI teachers to take part in the certification program. The school principal briefs PAI teachers. The principal of the school gives awards to outstanding teachers. Obstacle factor; There are still PAI teachers who are not yet undergraduate. There are some teachers who do not respond to teacher professionalism so that the school principal program does not run.
