Abstract

As the transportation system continues to improve and competition between transportation modes increases, the number of public transport passengers will continue to increase, causing congestion. Congestion, both natural and human-induced, is a factor that greatly affects the efficiency of the transportation system. In this article, traffic flow on a highway often causes congestion due to the presence of passing vehicles, which can result in an increase in the number of vehicles using the highway, resulting in congestion. A poorly designed transportation system can cause vehicle queues on the highway. The vehicle congestion that occurs on the highway is not the congestion that occurs on the server, so the problem of vehicle congestion cannot be solved only by congestion theory methods. This shows that the system under study is a complex system. The complexity of the problem in modeling the system shows the need for a simulation model. This article presents a simulation model of a vehicle traffic system using an agent-based and object-oriented simulation model. The modeled vehicle can predict the movement steps of other vehicles whose trajectories intersect with the vehicle.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the understanding of Christology in the daily lives of Christians in the modern era and its implications for faith growth. Within the context of pluralism, secularism, and technological advancement, the challenge is to uphold the authentic teachings of Christ. The research method employs a qualitative approach through literature study, in-depth interviews with theologians and congregants, and participatory observation in church activities. The findings reveal that a correct understanding of the person of Jesus Christ as both God and man is highly relevant in shaping the faith identity of Christians. Furthermore, the research illustrates how Christological teachings can be applied in everyday life, encouraging acts of love, integrity, and attention to social issues. Thus, Christology serves not only as a theological study but also as a practical guide for Christians to face contemporary challenges and effect positive change in society.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and identify how much influence facilities and accessibility have on tourist interest in visiting Puncak Pato. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research was processed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 29 software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the variables of facilities and accessibility simultaneously have a positive effect on tourists' interest in visiting Puncak Pato, with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Partially, the facility variable has no effect on interest in visiting with a significant value of 0.097 > 0.05. The accessibility variable influences tourists' interest in visiting with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this research show that: (1) partially the facility variable does not have a significant effect on tourists' interest in visiting Pucak Pato. The accessibility variable has a significant effect on tourist interest in visiting Puncak Pato (2) simultaneously the facility and accessibility variables have a positive and significant effect on tourist interest in visiting Puncak Pato

Abstract

This article discusses the church's strategy in improving missionary pedagogy for Sunday School children, focusing on the importance of collaboration between the church and family in faith and mission education. A theological understanding of Missio Dei is the basis for forming children's missionary character, while a creative and experience-based pedagogical approach is expected to increase children's involvement in the church's mission. The challenges of globalization and digitalization, including the flow of information that is not always in accordance with faith values, are important factors that influence the effectiveness of teaching. The church, as a spiritual formation community, plays a role in equipping families through family-based mission training and activities. The synergy between the church and the family is expected to be able to form a young generation who not only know the Christian faith, but also live as active mission actors in the world. This article suggests the development of a curriculum and teaching methods that are contextual, interactive, and applicable.

Abstract

Church music has, from the beginning, been a vital element in the life of Christians not merely as a complement to worship, but as a means of praise, worship, teaching, and the strengthening of faith. In the digital era, music has undergone a transformation in its production and distribution through various online platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and social media, enabling congregants to access spiritual songs anytime and anywhere. This transformation presents a significant opportunity for faith formation but also brings risks, such as decreased active participation, a shift in the meaning of worship, and the consumption of theologically shallow content. This paper discusses the role of church music in shaping the faith of believers in the digital era by highlighting the dynamics, challenges, and potential brought about by technological developments. Through an analysis of the functions of music in worship, an understanding of Christian faith, and the church's adaptation in the digital age, this study emphasizes that church music still holds great potential as a tool for spiritual formation when properly directed. Grounded in the Word of God and supported by a contextual approach, music can continue to be a living medium to build, strengthen, and deepen the faith of the congregation, even in a world increasingly connected through digital means.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the role of gendhing as an accompaniment to Abdi Dalem (court servants) Lurah Citralata and Pralata during ceremonial events at The Sultanate of Yogyakarta in the modern era, specifically during the reign of Sri Sultan Hamengku Bawono ka-10. To date, there has been limited research that specifically estimates this Citralata and Pralata court servants in the context of revitalization, particularly during the Garebek ceremony. The emergence of the Citralata and Pralata court servants has become a notable spectacled for the public especially when witnessed first hand. this occurrence has left a fresh impression as in a few decades the Citralata and Pralata court servants have not been featured in ceremonial events. For this reason, this paper aimed to provide insight into their presence and significance. In addition, the study examines the musical instruments used, the presentation and its meaning, as well as the structure of the accompanying gamelan composition for the Citralata and Pralata court servants. the research adopts a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, including literature review and interviews with royal servants directly involved in the Garebek ceremony. The research indicate that the gamelan, composition pattern, and gendhing presentation have undergone reconstruction and change. Nevertheless, it can be concluded that this element remains a supporting aspect of the Garebek ceremony, primarily intended to accompany the traditions of the Citralata and Pralata court servants as part of the ceremonial completeness, particularly during Garebek.

Abstract

This study discusses the understanding of the doctrine of the Trinity in Christian theology and its implications for the faith life of believers. The doctrine of the Trinity, which states that God is one essence in three persons, namely the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, serves as a fundamental foundation that not only explains the nature of God but also forms the basis of relationship and love in the life of faith. Through a qualitative theological approach and literature analysis, this study explores and analyzes how the understanding of the Trinity influences the practices of prayer, worship, and the daily lives of Christians. The results show that the doctrine of the Trinity is not only an important theological aspect but also a practical source of inspiration that strengthens the relationship between humans, God, and others in a life full of meaning and love.

Abstract

The shift into the digital era has transformed nearly every aspect of human life, including how Christians proclaim the Gospel. This article aims to explore how churches and individual believers can fulfill the Great Commission in a digital world full of challenges. The core issue lies in how the Gospel can be effectively communicated through digital media without compromising its theological depth and spiritual value. This study employs a qualitative descriptive-reflective approach through literature review, examining theological sources, digital research reports, and current ministry practices. The findings reveal that digital platforms represent a new and strategic mission field, yet require adequate theological, ethical, and technical preparedness. Churches must establish a solid foundation of digital theology, empower believers as digital missionaries, and create contextual, transformative content. Additionally, issues such as shallow content, polarization, and instant culture must be addressed wisely to ensure the Gospel remains pure and impactful. In conclusion, digital mission is not merely an option but a faith-driven mandate for today’s ever-changing world.

Abstract

In the world of micro and small enterprises, limited resources such as cost, time, and labor are major obstacles in production planning. This study aims to determine an optimal production strategy to maximize the profit from the sale of two types of cireng products, namely chicken-filled cireng and meatball-filled cireng, using a linear programming approach. The methods employed include the graphical method and the QM for Windows software, each applied to solve a mathematical model based on real data from a small-scale business. The analysis results show that the optimal production combination is achieved by producing 1.28 kg of chicken-filled cireng dough and 3.08 kg of meatball-filled cireng dough, yielding a maximum profit of idr269,240. The graphical method and QM for Windows produced consistent solutions, indicating that linear programming can be an effective and practical tool for micro and small business owners in making production decisions. This approach is expected to be widely adopted by small business sectors, particularly in the processed food industry, to improve production efficiency and business competitiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the cashier queue system at Toko Saga using the M/M/1 queuing model and QM for Windows software. Assuming customer arrivals follow a Poisson distribution and service times are exponentially distributed, the M/M/1 model is applied to calculate system performance parameters and total operational costs. Based on observations, the average customer arrival rate is 7 customers per hour, while one cashier can serve 8 customers per hour. The simulation results show a system utilization rate of 88%, with an average of 6 customers waiting in line and an average queue time of approximately 52.5 minutes. The total operational cost per hour is recorded at Rp75,658, which includes cashier wages and customer waiting costs. The probability distribution indicates that the system most frequently operates with fewer than 10 customers, and the chance of exceeding 15 customers is low. Therefore, the current cashier system is considered efficient, although additional strategies such as cashier shifts or self-service systems are recommended to ensure continued performance and customer satisfaction.
