Abstract

ABSTRACT- Sources and uses of working capital determines the success of a banking company. Assessment of working capital in principle lead to; current assets, current liabilities and Working Capital Turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the analysis of sources and uses of working capital at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk, . branch Office of Manado. The method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach to the analysis of financial statements. Data and datasource is the annual report data from PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk, Limited, Branch Office Manado fiscal year 2013 and 2014. The results showed that: (1) The role of the sources and uses of working capital as a whole, showing the level of effectiveness and efficiency is maintained so the security of the banking financial turnaround can work well and do not affect workers at the PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. Branch Manado., (2) development of the use of working capital PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Branch Manado from years 2013 - 2014 corresponding financial statement analysis had experienced an increase in which the total assets to net working capital ratio shows the change of + 3.87; Current Liabilities to net working capital ratio shows changes + 3.577 and Working Capital Turnover ratio shows the change of + 2.933. Observing the development of resources and the use of working capital at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. shows the rate of change increased (+), then it is suggested, that the bank's management constantly review, evaluate and assess reports of capital sources and uses of working capital so that it can ensure the performance of banking services increasingly better in the future.Keywords: Source of Funds, Use of Funds, Working Capital

Abstract. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Manado is one of the largest national banks in North Sulawesi and even Indonesia. At the moment the banking sector in Indonesia entered a period of very competitive competition, the banking sector has a strategic role in contributing to the economic growth of a country. Investment, consumer credit, mortgage is one of them. Investors in the region or the world see the huge potential of the credit markets, especially on the types of consumer credit in Indonesia due to the large number of people in Indonesia. Property and real estate sectors, in Indonesia, is one of the largest business or industry, it can be said in Asia. So that the marketing strategy mortgages offered customers expected liking so as to give satisfaction.The method used is the analysis method for the quantitative description of the relationship that consists of a variable mortgage marketing strategy BNI is a variable that is used to view customer satisfaction. Application of marketing is a business strategy in target markets to maintain customer satisfaction.Analysis technique used is the Simple Linear method is to determine the effect of KPR BNI marketing strategy to customer satisfaction.Based on the results of this research is that KPR BNI Marketing Strategy (X) Influential significantly to customer satisfaction (Y). So in creating customer satisfaction, the company should be able to increase the Marketing Strategy. The better the assessment of the debtor, the higher the satisfaction.Keywords: KPR BNI Marketing Strategies and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency sources and uses of working capital at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The period of 2010 s / d 2012The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method using a capital adequacy ratio of work consisting of three types of ratio is the ratio of total assets to net working capital, current liabilities to net working capital and working capital turnover. The calculation of the ratio obtained data in 2010 Total Asset To Net Working Capital Ratio is 9.02, Current Liabilities To Net Working is 8.14, Working Capital Turnover is 1.13. in 2011 Total Asset To Net Working Capital Ratio is 7.82, Current Liabilities To Net Working Capital is 6.93, Working Capital Turnover is 0.93. In 2012 Total Asset To Net Working Capital Ratio is 7.78, Current Liabilities To Net Working Capital is 6.84, Working Capital Turnover is 0.83Based on that data as a whole of the analytical method used in analyzing the sources and uses of working capital at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk is a comparative analysis of financial statements up to the evaluation of capital adequacy ratio, the level of effectiveness and efficiency of working capital PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk awake so in the management of working capital is not going idle funds (funds that are unemployed). The data above also illustrates the level of liquidity in the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, each year has increased 0.5 s / d 1.0 point. This indicates that the capital adequacy in PT. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the financial performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, that are reviewed with economic value added method. Based on the results of research and discussion, can be concluded that PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk succeeded in creating a positive economic value added for the company Rp.1,487,357 (in Million Rupiah) in 2013, Rp.2,237,350 (in millions of rupiah) in 2014, and Rp.2,360,665 (in millions Rupiah) in 2015. The management have been working according to the wishes of shareholders, so the shareholders can entrust their investment to the company.Keywords: Economic Value Added

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Astra International Tbk based Ratios Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability ". This study used quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: (1) The liquidity ratio to measure the ability of PT Astra International Tbk in meeting short-term obligations through indicators Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio is in the category of performance "pretty good" when compared to the average industry standards , (2) Solvency Ratio to measure the ability of firms to pay long-term liabilities if the company is liquidated, through indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) showed a tendency to decrease year after year and are slightly above average -rata industry standards so that it can be categorized performing "pretty well". (3) Ratios Profitability through indicators Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), it shows the tendency continues to decline from year to year hiatus last five years. It can be concluded that all three indicators bearada below the average industry standard, so it can be concluded that the financial performance. Astra International Tbk is in the category of "less good". It is recommended that the management of double the current assets, total assets (total assets) on the one hand and on the other hand, reducing the current debt and total debt while monitoring the company's operations through operating efficiency measures so that company profits will continue to rise.Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability.

In order to maintain the viability of the company, companies are often faced with various problems, such as the difficulty in increasing the volume of sales, the existance of competition from similar companies, the increasing complexity of consumer behaviour towards a product, changing consumer tastes, as well as the uncertain economic conditions. Promotion is an activity that can be performed by the company with the aim to inform, persuade, and influence consumers to choose or buy a product offered by the company.The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of influence of promotion as well as analyze the relationships and the influence of promotions to increase sales in PT. Jumbo Supermarkets in Manado.The method used is the method of associative approach to samples from this study population the visitors jumbo supermarkets purchase transaction product in certain period of time.The results of data analysis showed that; (1) the functional relationship between the promotion of increased sales in supermarket jumbo manado, detected in equation:Ŷ =25,51 +0,28 X1. (2) the regression coefficient (b) as big as 0,28 as big as 0,28 this means that if the sale increased by 1 unit, then the increase in sales at PT. Jumbo Supermarkets Manado will increase by 0,28 unit. (3)southwestern promotion determination to increased sales in supermarket jumbo manado detected 46,5 % whereas 54,5% is determined by other factors that are not observed in this study. It’s recommended that jumbo supermarket manado, (1) need to carry out promotional activities accordingly so that its sales volume continues to increase as planned (2) companies pay attention to the policy of marketing mix, especially the issue price is affordable for consumers, so as to increase its sales volume (3) in the framework of the current era businesses should jumbo supermarkets must maintain and enhance the promotion again so that sales volume increased to more optimal.Keywords: Promotion, Increased Sales

Abstract

Working capital management contains two meanings, namely gross working capital which is the total of current assets and net working capital as the difference between current assets less current liabilities. The goal of working capital management is to manage current assets to guarantee the amount of net working capital are acceptable which assure the level of liquidity of the enterprise.The purpose of research is to find out how the implementation of working capital management at the State Savings Bank Tbk branch of Manado. The method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach to the analysis of financial statements, data and data sources obtained from PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Branch Manado.The results showed that, Ratio of Total Assets to net working capital pads in 2013 amounted to 9.089 and in 2014 amounted to 12.959. This indicates that the ratio of total assets to working capital secured by current assets and current liabilities; Ratio Current Liabilities towards working capital PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk in 2013 amounted to 8.288 and pads in 2014 amounted to 11.865. This shows that the ratio of Current Liabilities PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk is stable; Working Capital Turnover Ratio (Revenues to net working capital ratio) in 2013 amounted to 8.008 and in 2014 amounted to 10.941. That means there are increased every year from 2013 to 2014 by a margin of 2.933. This increase was due to an increase in net working capital.It is recommended that PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Branch Manado always pay attention to working capital management in particular has always perform financial statement analysis, among others, the calculation; total assets to net working capital ratio, current liabilities to net working capital ratio, working capital to net revenues ratio, so that the bank's management to answer the challenges of the banking world today is increasingly complex. Also regarding the employee's performance and strategy planning and development resources to the challenges the banking world today is increasingly complex, it is necessary diperhatkan by the Bank management .Keywords: total assets, current liabilities, turnover working capital.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies to employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. Branch Office Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as the regression coefficient of human resource competencies which meant that if the competence of human resources increased by one scale, the performance of employees will be increased by zero point nine one assuming factor other Factors unchanged. Thus, human resources competencies at PT. Abstract. Erafone the IT Center realizes that in order to take a decision, then the promotion is important in influencing the decision-making product purchases. Promotional be a priority in terms of the introduction of a product to make the decision to purchase the product. Considerations for implementing sales promotion pursued by Erafone IT Center to attempt to introduce to consumers in the case relating to the product Smartphone Promotion is one of the factors determining the success of a marketing program. However berkualitasnya a product, if consumers have never heard of and do not believe that the product would be useful for him, then consumers would never buy it. , Purchase decision is an act of consumers to want to buy the product or not. Of the various factors that influence consumers to purchase a product or service, typically consumers always consider quality, price and product already known by the public The aim of this study was to determine the effect of promotion Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Consumer Buying Decision Against Erafone IT Center in Manado. Correlation test was to determine the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions by comparing the count value of the variable promotion Erafone (X) is greater than t table and show that t count is greater than t table so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between promotion of consumer decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Purchase Decision.
