ABSTRACT : Small industry and micro, in this time get attention a large enough , from various government, banking, correctional facility, and also institute Internasional, because provenproven small industry represent part of rescuer national economy after feel crisis economy that endless in Indonesia.One of the problems faced by micro and small entrepreneurs besides human resource is capital industry developing effort, and this time in concerned in enableness provision capital to small industry and micro in provision credit from banking.This research implemented at PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Unit Teling as one of the institute provide and give loan. Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the motivation onemployee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by means ofcorrelation and regression analysis. Data collected by using simple randomsampling technique with 49 respondents employees Dinas Pendapatan Daerah in Manado City. The resultsshowed that motivation to have a relationship with job performance but at a lowcategory, but motivation significant effect on employee job performance. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate the influence of leader behaviors on employee performance. In this research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure the relationship between the variables of leadership behavior and employee performance. The population in this study as many as 66 people, while the total sample of 45 respondents by means of simple regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank BTN (Persero), Tbk. Branch Office Manado. Therefore, should a leader must be able to demonstrate its capacity in order to improve employee performance.Keywords: Behavior Leader, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation to employee performance State Savings Bank, Tbk Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with tools simple correlation and regression analysis, to test the level of relationship and influence that occurs between the variable compensation with employee performance. Results indicate compensation linked to employee performance as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.619. The performance of the employees affected by the compensation of 61.9%, and there are 38.1% is determined by other factors. We hope this research can be used as a reference in subsequent research by developing a variety of other variables related to human resources management.Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study is based on that bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of savings and channel them back to the community in the form of loans. The general activities of banks as a financial intermediary is basically memobalisasi funds from the public for further distribution to individuals or institutions that need the funds in the form of loans or credit. Credit is one part of capital formation carried out by financial institutions, in this case the banks to the public in order to boost the performance of the business, so it can be used to improve the productivity of the real sector which is done by people individually or in groups. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of credit risk at PT. Bank of North Sulawesi, Tbk in Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach using financial ratio analysis through NPL. Credit risk is known as non-productive loans for the banking sector. Bank Indonesia classifies non prduktif credits in three categories: category substandard, doubtful and loss. The level of the average NPL ratio of 0.17% in the period December 31, 2012 until 30 September 2013 period, the ratio is very good because it still remains far below the tolerance level of NPLs is set by BI at 5% the amount of non-performing loans (NPL).Keywords: Credit risk, bank

Abstract

Absract, The study is based on the bank's financial institutions are very strategic role in the economy of the country, to execute its role as an institution that serves the management of financial services to facilitate the efforts of the government program and the community in general. Collecting funds within the bank there are some products that are offered include: Current Accounts, Savings and time deposits. The research problems are: is how the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in PT Bank North Sulawesi? and the purpose of the study was to determine the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in a few years (the period). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, the data collection techniques of interview, observation and document. Which becomes a variable is the calculation of the amount of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in the last 5 years. Technical analysis of the data using linear trend analysis of time series approach. Results of the analysis showed above trend growth or increased demand deposits, savings deposits from the 2010 s / d in 2014 and forecast forward for the next 3 years of current accounts in 2015 will grow 13,238,058, 2016, 15,053,028, and in 2017 will berjumlah16.867.998 , for savings, 2015, 1269863, 2016 1547591, 2017, 1,825,318. and deposits in 2015, 11,610,185, 2016, 14,871,173, 2017, 18,123,156.Keyworsd : the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits

Abstract, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Manado is one of the largest national banks in North Sulawesi and even Indonesia. For the PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk branch Manado viewed with keen market in Indonesia such as in the area of Manado one with a marketing strategy, especially the quality of services in order to achieve company goals. This became the basis for the author to raise the issue: "Is the Quality of Service effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Manado? "The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality ie reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible to customer satisfaction at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Manado. In order to earn and maintain consumer need for a strategy that requires commitment, good and human resources that aim to make products that are offered in accordance with the wishes of consumers so as to give satisfaction.The method used is the analysis method for the quantitative description of the relationship which consists of a combination of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible is the variable that is used to view customer satisfaction or customer. Application of the quality of service is a business marketing ataus Strategy in pasarsasaran to maintain customer loyalty. Analysis technique used is the method of Multiple Regression Analysis and Correlation is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction.Based on the results of this research is that simultaneously the reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), Security (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangible (X5) significant Impact on customer loyalty (Y). With a variable value that is intangible (X5) are the most positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. So in creating customer satisfaction, the company should be able to increase the value and brand image. Abstract - This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on working spirit at PT.Bank Tabungan Negara. The population in this study as many as 66 employees and is used as a sample or respondents as many as 40 employees in PT.Bank Tabungan Negara. The results of calculations based on correlation analysis and multiple linear regreasi that compensation and motivation positive and significant impact on working spirit. Between these two variables, the motivation to have a more dominant effect on working spirit than compensation.Keywords: Compensation, motivation, working spirit

Abstract

This study is based on that: The extension of credit by the bank must pay attention to the principles of sound lending. To gain confidence, such as the explanation of Article 8 of Law No. 10 of 1998 on banking, namely: "In memberkan credit, banks are required to conduct thorough research on the character (character), ability (capacity), capital (capital), reserves ( collateral), the economic condition of the debtor (condition ofeconomy). This is to keep possibilities diharpkan not happen. "The purpose of this study was to determine what factors-factors that cause bad loans to PT Bank Tbk in Manado North Sulawesi. This study used descriptive qualitative method by using analysis of financial ratios of NPLs in the calculation of non-performing loans through the financial balance sheet of the Bank. These bad loans are known term collectability or non-performing loans and the global banking industry. Bank Indonesia classifies non earning credits in three categories: Category less smooth, Doubtful and Loss. It can be seen that the collectibility of the loans less lancer in 2013 fell by 74.39%. While the collectibility of doubtful loans only increased by 36.48%. And for collectability loans jammed category fell by 11.98%. A large amount of non-performing loans in 2012 amounted to Rp.38,162 million and in 2013 the number of non-performing loans fell by Rp.30.820 million. The percentage decline of 19.24%. This decrease indicates that the management PT.Bank Sulut in performance to overcome the problems of bad loans is very positive and good, especially in efforts collectibility of the loans in the category far less smooth and jammed.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet
