Abstract

Abstract This research was based a decrease in sales of Honda motorcycles in the period 2011-2014. This sales decline shows a decrease in consumer buying decisions on Honda motorcycle products that can be formulated in this research that how consumers buying decision in the midst of motorcycle competition phenomenon becoming more strictly based on the consumer motivation, and consumer attitudes. The aim of the research is to influence of motivation and consumer attitudes toward buying decision of the Honda motorcycles. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. The respondents in this research are 100 people who fulfill in one of five criteria; initiating, influencing, decision making, buying, and using Honda motorcycles in the district of mapanget. Two hypotheses are formulated and tested using Regression Analysis. The result shows that consumers motivation, and consumer attitudes have significant relationship with buying decision. Consumer motivation has higher influences for buying decisions than consumer attitudes. Keywords: Buying Decision, Consumer Motivation, Consumer Attitudes.

ABSTRACT : The research in based on the notion that Promosion is one of the important activities of the Maerketing Mix. Because the campaign is an activity the companyinits effort to communicate with consumers. With the expected existing communication in answer frm consumer on product offered. This response by consumers can be categorized in the readiness of the buyer, ie awareness, knowledge, interests, preferences, believe, to buy. For the main purpose of the sale, namely : inform, persuade/ influence and remain. The purpose og this study was to determine the effect on the rate of sales promotion motor Honda Beat bikes at PT DayaAdiciptaWisesa in maumbi North Minahasa Manado. Abstract

ABSTRACT Good working capital management determine the success of a company. Assessment of working capital have led to the liquidity ratio; Current ratio, Quick ratio, cash ratio, and the ratio of the activity; Working Capital Turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of working capital in the Cooperative Employees PT. Bank of North Sulawesi.The method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach to the analysis of financial statements. Data and data sources are annual financial statements of the Cooperative Employees PT. Bank of North Sulawesi 2014-2015 fiscal year. Abstract

ABSTRACT : Maintaining the company's survival in the midst of economic uncertainty and global competition is essential. Companies should conduct an analysis of its financial performance in order to still be able to monitor the state of the company to avoid losses even bankruptcy that threatens the survival of the company. This research aims to analyze the potential bankruptcy of the company by using Altman’s Z-Score method that specifically demonstrate the potential bankruptcy of the company where there are three circumstances, those are safe zone, grey zone, and distress zone. The samples are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2015 with sampling purposive technique. The result showed there are two companies in safe zone, one company in grey zone, 18 companies in distress zone, and 10 companies in different zone from year to year. It can be concluded, about 58% of a total sample are in distress zone, so the companies have to immediately find solution in order to prevent the bankruptcy, like do merger. Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study to analyze financial performance. Bank Danamon Tbk. the years 2011-2015 using CAMEL ratio that includes the capital, assets, management, earnings and liquidity. Implementation of the health assessment PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. done in a way to qualify some of the components of each of the factors, namely components Capital (Capital), Asset (Asset), Management (management), Earning (Profitability), Liquidity (liquidity) or abbreviated terms CAMEL. CAMEL is a crucial factor in the health of a bank predicate. The aspects of one another are interrelated and inseparable. The results of the assessment of financial performance CAMEL ratios indicating that from the aspect of capital owned by PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. turned out to be above 8%, so PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. have sufficient capital to cover all risks arising from the investment of funds in productive assets that support the risk. Then, from the aspect of management as measured by Net Profit Margin found to comply with the provisions of Bank Indonesia and other than that from the aspect of earning and liquidity achieved by PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia. The results showed that the level of health of PT. Bank Danamon Tbk. for 5 years the period 2011-2015 was included in the healthy category. Rate the level of health in 2011 was included in the healthy category with a total credit value of 83.5, in 2012 relatively healthy with a total credit value of 86.25, relatively healthy in 2013 with a total credit value of 90.05, 2014 classified as healthy with total credit score of 91.05 and 2015 are included in the healthy category with a total credit value of 88,13. From the results of the assessment of financial performance and its relation with CAMEL ratio, it can be said that over the last 5 years (2011-2015), which showed that the financial performance achieved by PT. Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted to find out how big the influence of Training human resources (HR) against work productivity of employees At PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.From the results of the research note that the training of human resources (HR) has a very strong Influence and is an important factor to increased Employee Productivity, PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.Where human resources Training have an influence of 86.8% Employee to productivity and 13.2% set by factors that are not in this meticulous research such as leadership, compensation, work environment, placement, and other variables. It can be concluded that the training of HUMAN RESOURCES towards significantly influential work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area ofManado. This is because the Training of HUMAN RESOURCES is a strong factor to encourage morale or employee passion for placing certain activities in maximing the Productivity of work. Recommendations for the Management of HUMAN RESOURCES is maintained as well as improving the quality of training because training variables influence is dominant in affecting employee productivity, including through improvements in materials, methods and training tutuors so that employee productivity will increase. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of micro-credit to the increase in customers of PT Bank Sulutgo in Manado. The sample in this study were 60 customers as respondents. The data in this study using statistical parametric approach correlation analysis. Results indicate micro credit effect on the increase in customers. Therefore, PT Bank Sulutgo leaders must pay attention to micro businesses in order to increase the number of clients continues to contribute to the development of micro-enterprises in the city of Manado. Abstract

ABSTRACT :The company's ability to generate profits is the key to the success of the company, can be said to have a good performance, because the profit is a component of financial statements that are used as a tool to assess whether or not the company's performance. One factor that can demonstrate how the company is good or not is by analysis of financial statements. The company's ability to achieve this profit is often referred to as Profitability. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how the company's profits on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk in 1946, in 2013-2015 using Profitability Analysis. The results of research and discussion within a period of 3 years is the period from 2013 to 2015, that PT. Bank Negara Indonesia create a profit in 2013 amounted to 3.197% and in 2014 amounted to 3.740% and then in 2015 the bank made profits of 2.599%. Thus, each year the Bank is able to create profits in accordance with what is expected. Keywords: Analysis of profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of liquidity PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. If the company has good liquidity, the company was able to survive and complete with other companies. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using liquidity ratio to Analyze the level of liquidity of the company. Based on the results of the analysis carried out showed that the level of liquidity PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has a Current Ratio percentage value of 113.98% in the years 2011- 2015. Quick Ratio values in the years 2011-2015 have a percentage of the value of 107.8%. Cash Ratio values in the years 2011-2015 have a value percentage of 57.9%. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk have good liquidity in the years 2011- 2015. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk have a favorable cash criteria from the perspective of anyone because it is not too high and not too low.Company’s liquidity is maintained and cultivated for the future could continue to affort to meet the level of liquidity with a good percentage. Abstract

Abstract : Reception and Contributions PBB-P2 is very important in supporting regional revenue.With the enforcement of the regulations in force in the region, it can provide an opportunity for local governments to carry out development based on the acceptance ofLocal Revenue. This study aims to, know and analyze the contribution of PBB-P2 on revenue in North Minahasa Regency in 2013 until 2015.The data collection technique used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data sources, observation, list of questions (questionnaire), the study documents.While the analytical technique used is the technique of contribution analysis.North Minahasa Regency is a new expansion area is carved out of Minahasa, Minahasa estimated first been inhabited by humans for thousands of years before Christ.The results of data analysis showed that (1) Total realized PBB-P2 in North Minahasa Regency annually increased,(2) The contribution of the PBB-P2 to the regional income shows, PBB-P2 has a good contribution to local revenues North Minahasa Regency that tax revenue from the sector PBB-P2 reliable as a source of revenue.
