Abstract

ABSTRACK : Financial performance analysis band is used assessing business continuity, stability, profitability of any company. And each company will not be sparated from a variety of problems. The many problems that arise can not be resolved immediately. Analysis is required really precise and accurate. The method that band is used in this research uses in this research uses descriptive quantitative method. And ratio analysis profitability. And the result of this research is based on that; in 2013 a calculation using the ratio of profitability with gross profit margin formula : gross profit / net sales = 56%, net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 41.57% the earning power of total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 26.64%, return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 16.91% and in 2014, gross profit margin: gross profit / net sales = 48.38% decrease the net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 34.24% decrease compared to the year 2013, the earning power of the total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 72.87% an increase compared to 2013. Return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 14.28% decrease as well. And in 2015 , a decline in gross profit margin: gross profit / net sales = 37.30%. net profit margin: net profit after tax / net sales = 24.48% . earning power of the total investment: profit before tax / total assets = 46.83%. Return on equity: profit after tax / shareholders equity = 10.26% . compared to the year 2013 was not too decrease compared to 2014 and 2015 there is a decrease in income. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the employee's performance of business cooperatives Baliem Arabica in Jayawijaya. To test the effect of compensation to employee performance correlation and regression analysis was used with a total sample of 39 respondents. The results showed there is a compensation effect on employee performance. Therefore, the board of Baliem Arabica business cooperatives should pay attention to the compensation granted to employees in order to have a positive impact on the sustainability of the business in the future. Abstract. The existence Pegadaian (Persero) is increasingly important and strategic in supporting policy implementation of government programs in economics and national development. This happens because a lot of people and SMEs who know exactly where Pawnshops are able to contribute both through its lending, with procedures (carrying the collateral) is easy. Another thing that can affect the Mortgage Loans in improving service provision Quickly and Safely (KCA) to the community is the provision of financing through loans faster and safer. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the development of the provision of credit products quickly and safely (KCA) on PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Pawn is an acquired right person indebted on an item on his behalf, and that gives power to those who were indebted to take repayment of the item is precedence over those of other indebted; with the exception of charges for the auctioning of goods and which have been issued to save him after the goods were pawned. This type of research is qualitative research with quantitative approach forecasts. In the process of data collection using observation author. While the data used in the form of primary data and data analysis used sekunder.Teknik is a trend analysis. The above results can be summarized in 2014 to 2015 reached rise to 11%. Because Pegadaian a lot of money-expenditures for implementation from here can be explained, the imbalance between the loan money disbursed by the pawnshop with the gains of the money outstanding loans to customers. However Pegadaian continue to increase its lending to the public by lowering interest rates. KCA mortgage loans to the public and Pegadaian each year has increased from year to year. Increasing the provision of mortgage loans due to the many customers KCA. And can be expected in the future a more creative, innovative because of the many people who pawned the goods, then the employee should be conscientious Pegadaian performed the assessment of the pawned goods. Abstract

Absrtact. This research has been conducted in order to collect information on the financial statements from 2014 until 2015 that the balance sheet and income statement at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado in July 2016. This study uses the theoretical basis of the theory of financial management regarding profitability ratio analysis of the financial statements, analytical tools used in this study Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment and return on Equity. Based on the analysis shows that the Gross Profit Margin PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado decreased from 2014 to 2015, judging from the Net Profit Margin for three years beginning in 2014 until 2015 has decreased. Then Return on Equity and Return On Investment achieved during the year 2014 to 2015, the results showed the same percentage, which decreased in 2015. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of profitability in the financial statements. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado in Manado yet stable and efficient enough to run the company's daily operations.Based on the formulation of the problem of the study "How big is the analysis of the profitability ratios in the financial statements. Pawnshop (Persero) Regional Office V Manado "then deduced that Profitability Ratios very big impact on the financial statements. Abstract

Abstract.The retail business is business activities of selling goods or services to individualsfor the purposes of self, family, or household. Buying interest is something related toconsumer plans to buy certain products, as well as how many units of the product is needed ata particular period. Examples of the research is the supermarket Borobudur Manado, which isone retail company that is egaged in the sale of products such as household appliances,school supplies and office, needs of infants and children, food, dirinks, slothing, beautyproducts and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the location of theconsumer purchase interest in the supermarket Borobudur Manado. In the face of the targetmarket the company has a set of marketing tools, marketing tools that can be grouped intofour groups of variables known as 4Ps, namely : Product (produk), Price (Harga), Where(tempat), and Promotion (Promosi). In this study, the study design used is descriptive-qualitative research for finding facts whitproper interpretation and the goal is to find a picture of systematic, factual, and accurate. Asfor the population in this study is all the customers who come to shop at the supermarketBorobudur Manado. The Study sample was taken 60 respondents, were taken randomly. Thetype of data used is primary and secondary data. To obtain primary data, consumer writer distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. Thistesting is done using the Pearson Product moment (Pedoman suatu model) r table value canbe obtained where df=n-2, in this case is the number of samples or the repondent. Hypothesis testing using analytical models of multiple regression analysys (Multiple analisisberganda), namely : Test the coefficient of dtermination (R²) was conducted to determinehow much ability the dependent variable to explained by the independent variables. Teststatistic t use determines the presence or absence of variable influence of the independentindividual the dependent variable in the test at the 0,05 level, if the probability t is smallerthan 0,05 then Ho is accepted and rejects Ho. Whereas if the value of probability t is greaterthan 0.05 the Ho is accepted and Ha refused.  Key Words : Location and buying interest

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the spirit and discipline on employee productivity at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses multiple regression analysis, the independent variables morale (X1) and discipline (X2), and the dependent variable labor productivity (Y). The total sample of 65 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, F test and t test From the analysis of the data obtained the following regression equation: Y = 5.887 + 0.58 X1 + 0.508 X2 + 2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 0.354 provides that the actual research work productivity can be explained by two independent variables, that is spirit and working discipline at 35.4%. While the remaining 64.6% influenced by other variables not studied. The amount of F count = 18.568> F table = 3.145 with significant level p value = 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that Ho refused or Ha accepted which means the spirit and discipline of work affect the productivity of employees. To test t obtained spirit (X1), t = 3,708> t table = 2.042 and significance p value = 0.000> 0.05 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, or spirit and discipline effect on employee productivity. Abstract

Abstract. Work productivity can be interpreted as an attitude of employee performance to produce something better / better productive, as evidenced by the high motivation and ability. Increased productivity can be achieved if employees who work feel their job satisfaction. Job satisfaction will help companies generate, maintain, and always hire employees to remain productive. In the absence of job satisfaction, employees tend to be unproductive and will even stop working. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT Astra International Daihatsu-DSO Malalayang. This study uses a simple correlation and regression analysis. Results of simple correlation analysis is R = 0.69, it indicates that if the job satisfaction increases, the labor productivity will go up anyway. The degree of this correlation is categorized as, and after the test turned out to be very significant significance. With a coefficient of determination can be seen that 47.3% productivity factor is determined by factors of job satisfaction and the rest is determined by other factors. by using simple regression analysis research shows that job satisfaction have an effect on employee productivity.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Working capital management involves two types of links between elements of the balance sheet. First, regarding the relationship between types of property and how to finance this treasure. Second, regarding the determination of the level of total current assets to be possesse. The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent sufficient levels of working capital at PT. Prog (Persero) Tbk. In financing operations and then contribute to the improvement of corporate profits in the future. This type of research is descriptive study researcher-evaluative. The analysis tool that I use is a comparative analysis of financial statements, analysis of sources and uses of working capital, and evaluation using working capital adequacy ratio at Pt. Prog (Persero) Tbk. These results indicate that: 1. The results of the analysis of the comparative financial statements for three periods to see the changes (up or down) of all the components, such as current assets, total assets, current liabilities, total debt and equity, an average of nearly all components increased significantly from year to year, thus contributing an increase in working capital: 2. The result of the analysis of working capital adequacy ratio was found that the level of efficiency and effectiveness of working capital management is maintained so as not found the funds idle (idle fund).  Keywords: Working Capital Management, Comparative Financial Statements, Working Capital Adequacy Ratio.
