Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system for PT. Sheshi Creative Indonesia to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. The system was built using the Agile method, which emphasizes flexibility, team collaboration, and continuous iteration in software development. The main problem faced is the management of flower sales data which is still manual, has the risk of losing data, and is less efficient. The proposed system includes online ordering features, product and category management, and increased data security. With this implementation, customers can easily place orders through a responsive platform, while companies can manage inventory more effectively. Testing is carried out using the black-box method to ensure all features work according to specifications. The results show that this system is able to speed up operational processes, increase customer satisfaction, and minimize errors due to manual recording.

Abstract

E-learning has now become an innovative alternative solution in the field of education to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of teaching and learning processes, especially in the digital era. This study aims to design an e-learning platform using the Waterfall method at PT. Wellmagic Media Digital. The Waterfall method was chosen for its advantages in providing a clear and organized structure, particularly for projects with well-defined requirements that rarely change. Each stage of the development process, such as requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment, is carried out sequentially with comprehensive documentation at each step. This approach ensures that development progresses systematically and aligns with the initial specifications, minimizing the risk of misalignment with user needs. This e-learning application is designed to facilitate the management of digital materials, automated assessments, student progress monitoring, and digital attendance recording. Trials conducted indicate that this application can enhance student engagement and learning experiences while simplifying online teaching management for educators. With these results, the application is expected to become an innovative solution for improving the quality of technology-based education. This study contributes significantly to the advancement of e-learning that is responsive to user needs in the digital era.

Abstract

Payroll information systems are a crucial aspect of human resource management to ensure efficiency and precision in the payroll procedure. This study intends to create a payroll data system by utilizing  the Extreme Programming (XP) method at DOM Social Hub. The XP method was chosen for its flexibility in handling changing requirements and its ability to iteratively produce high-quality systems. The system development involved several stages, including data collection through documentation, literature reviews, interviews, and observation, as well as the implementation of XP principles such uch as short releases, test-driven development, and continuous integration. The system is designed to automate manual processes such as payroll computations, attendance monitoring, employee data administration, and report creation , thus reducing calculation errors and improving operational efficiency. Testing results indicate that the developed system successfully meets user needs, enhances accuracy, and provides a better user interface experience. With these outcomes, the system is expected to serve as an innovative solution supporting the digitalization of human resource management in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a CCTV Monitoring and Capture Recording System at PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk. using the waterfall method. This system integrates access to various servers in one web-based application, which is designed to simplify and accelerate the process of taking DVR captures and increase reporting efficiency compared to previous manual methods. Features such as a centralized dashboard, data management (add, delete, update), and real-time access to CCTV recordings have successfully reduced redundancy and accelerated the workflow of related teams. The intuitive interface design and division of access rights between admin and user ensure that this system is easy to use without requiring intensive training. The implementation results show that this system improves data management efficiency, team productivity, and user flexibility in accessing information in real time.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based payroll management system using the Agile method, with a case study at PT. JBM Bio Energy. The system is designed to address issues in payroll data management, which has been done manually, prone to errors, and time-consuming. The Agile method is applied to ensure the system development process is iterative and adaptive to user needs. The system includes key features such as employee data management, automated payroll calculations, recording of deductions and allowances, and report generation. The results of this study indicate that the designed system can improve efficiency and accuracy in the company's payroll management. By implementing this system, PT. JBM Bio Energy is expected to optimize payroll administration processes and support data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Efficient inventory management is a key factor in ensuring smooth operational processes within a company. This report discusses the design of a web-based inventory system using the Waterfall method at PT. Bakerindo Sukses Makmur, aiming to enhance the company's operational efficiency. The system is designed to address the limitations of manual processes, which often lead to recording errors, overstocking, or stock shortages.The Waterfall method was chosen for its structured and systematic approach to system design and development. The designed system includes features such as automatic stock recording, real-time inventory reports, and the ability to generate reports in PDF format. The implementation of this system demonstrates a positive impact on inventory management efficiency, speeds up decision-making processes, and improves data accuracy. Testing was conducted using the black box testing method, showing that all features functioned as required. This system provides an effective digital solution to support the company’s inventory management and is expected to be further developed with enhanced security features and broader data integration in the future.

Abstract

El Computer Center faces challenges in expanding its service reach and attracting new customers due to the lack of effective digital promotional media. Reliance on conventional methods, such as pamphlest and word-of-mount, is considered less relevant in today’s digital era. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a portofolio website as a solution to introduce and promote El Computer Center’s servies more broadly and professionally. The Waterfall software development methodology is used in this study because of its structured approach, string from requirements analysis to maintenance stage. The results of the development show that this website not only increases El Computer Center’s visibility in the digital world but also facilitastes customer access to information technology services. This website server as a strategic solution to support promotional activities and  build better relationships with users.

Abstract

Currently, having your own vehicle is everyone's dream, be it a motorbike or a car. Some people consider having a private vehicle to be more profitable and save costs, especially for cars. In this case, the number of car purchases increases from year to year, one of which is the purchase of used cars. However, some people often experience difficulties when they want to choose a used car according to their wishes. People have difficulty making decisions considering that the type of car they buy is a used car, this means that people have to really pay attention to the used car they want to buy. Therefore, this research develops a decision support system for selecting used cars using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The SAW method is a weighted addition method for each alternative type of car to find the best alternative based on the ranking results. The results of this research can help people easily compare used cars based on quality objectively through automatic calculations from the system. This system is website-based, making it easier for people to access this system as long as it is connected to the internet. The conclusions generated from this system by comparing 5 types of cars using weight calculations, namely Honda CRV, Mazda 2, Honda City, Toyota Agya, Toyota Voxy, obtained the highest ranking result of 0.742 with the choice of Honda CRV.

Abstract

One of the most crucial elements of a school is student attendance, which demonstrates how focused and disciplined the students are in their studies. Manual attendance techniques are still used by many businesses, including MTS Arrahmaniyah. These procedures have a number of drawbacks, such as inaccurate recording, excessive paper use, and the possibility of data manipulation. This study uses the waterfall method to create a web-based attendance system in order to address these issues. Through the phases of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, the system can be created in an organized way thanks to the waterfall technique. The purpose of this system is to more precisely and effectively record attendance in real time. This solution provides clear data access for educators and school personnel. The Laravel framework, PHP, and MySQL are among the technologies utilized to construct this system. It is anticipated that the waterfall-method web-based attendance system will improve data administration, decrease paper usage, and boost MTS Arrahmaniyah's operational efficacy.

Abstract

Efficient management of company correspondence is a crucial component in supporting smooth operations and decision-making processes. PT. Indo Mutiara Global faces challenges in managing correspondence, which is still carried out manually using Ms. Excel, resulting in delays, recording errors, and difficulties in document retrieval. This research aims to design a correspondence management system based on the Waterfall method, enabling a systematic and structured development process. The design stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. With this approach, the system is designed to meet the company's specific needs and ensure the system's quality and reliability before implementation. The research results show that the implementation of a correspondence management system based on the Waterfall model can improve recording accuracy, accelerate document retrieval processes, and reduce the risk of errors, thereby positively impacting the company's productivity and efficiency.
