<![CDATA[Pneumonia is a lung disease that can be fatal if not accurately diagnosed. The use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) for medical image classification offers a promising approach to aid in diagnosis. This literature review evaluates recent studies focused on CNN-based detection of pneumonia in medical images. Through an examination of various CNN architectures and data processing techniques, this research identifies the advantages of CNN models over conventional methods, as well as challenges such as limited data availability and difficulties in interpreting predictive outcomes. This review concludes that CNN applications for pneumonia classification show significant potential, although further optimization is required, particularly in improving model generalization across diverse datasets. This study aims to serve as a reference for the development of artificial intelligence-based diagnostic technology in the medical field.]]>

<![CDATA[In the current digital era, the parking system is experiencing a significant transformation with the application of advanced technology to increase efficiency and user comfort. This research aims to develop a web-based parking application with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology implemented at PT. Prama Jaya Arja, to minimize queues, reduce the potential for human error, and increase security in the parking area. This application was developed using the PHP, MySQL and JavaScript programming languages for the database, which allows integration with RFID technology and supports a more efficient parking management system. The methodology used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The research results show that this web-based parking application has succeeded in parking management efficiency by minimizing queues and the potential for human error, as well increasing speed and accuracy in the parking management process. This system facilitates convenience for PT users and managers. Prama Jaya Arja through non-cash payment features, real-time parking reporting, as well as automatic monitoring of vehicles entering and leaving the parking area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate educational practices based on population density in four provinces in Indonesia: North Sumatra, Central Java, Central Kalimantan, and Central Sulawesi. Age grouping is done using a method called Biner. This is intended to display data in a more interactive and informative graphical style such as histograms, polygons, and ogives. This method was chosen because it can transform traditional data visualization into something that is easier to understand and interesting. Through graphical analysis, the results of the study show that there are significant differences in the number of teaching staff across the states. Central Kalimantan Province has the largest number of students, while Central Java Province has the largest number of students compared to any region in the country. This study using the Binner method contributes to a deeper understanding of the distribution of democratic power in education. This is expected to be a pillar of education.]]>

<![CDATA[The distribution of principals and teachers in the provinces of West Sumatra, East Java, South Kalimantan and South Sulawesi affects the development of education in these four provinces. The uneven distribution and different generations of teaching staff as well as the lack of knowledge of senior teachers who understand the latest technology cause problems in the teaching and learning process. These problems cause variations in the quality of teaching between schools in one region and another. Students in certain areas may have a more limited learning experience than students in other areas where teachers are younger and experienced with technology. In addition, the lack of demographic data-based succession planning can lead to gaps in teaching methods between generations which can lead to a decline in the quality of education. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research related to the number of principals and teachers by age group in four provinces, namely in the provinces of West Sumatra, East Java, South Kalimantan and South Sulawesi. This journal uses descriptive quantitative research methods where researchers analyze data on teaching staff from Dapodik 2023/2024 using the literature review method, namely by collecting sources such as articles, journals and books related to the topic under study and then analyzing them. The goal is to optimize educational resource planning that can overcome the generation gap in the teaching force and improve the quality of education through intergenerational knowledge transfer. The solution to the above problem is to implement a cross-generational mentoring program where senior teachers share their teaching experience while junior teachers help with technology adaptation supported by continuous technology training and continuous competency development programs through digital certification and training in modern teaching methods, to ensure equitable quality of education throughout the region. Results show the highest concentration in the 36-40 years age group. The findings provide a basis for strategic planning of education human resource development and data-driven policy recommendations.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to analyze the distribution of school principals and teachers based on age groups in the provinces of Bali, Jambi, West Papua, and Central Papua. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using data sourced from the 2023/2024 BPS reports and related academic journals. The findings indicate that the age distribution of educators varies across provinces. Bali and Jambi show higher mean and median ages, indicating a dominance of experienced educators. On the other hand, West Papua and Central Papua have lower mean and median ages, suggesting a predominance of younger educators. These findings offer a better understanding of the age composition of educators in each province and highlight the importance of educational policy planning tailored to the demographic conditions of each region. This data is expected to serve as a foundation for stakeholders in enhancing the quality and sustainability of education in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the age distribution of school principals and teachers in South Sumatra Province to understand the demographic characteristics of educators and their implications for educational policy planning. The findings show that the median age of educators is 40.77 years, while the average age is around 42.54 years. These results indicate that most educators in this province are approaching retirement age, suggesting potential challenges in educator regeneration. This research highlights the importance of recruiting new teachers and continuous training programs to ensure proper adaptation to developments in teaching methods and technology. It is recommended that educational policies focus on balancing experience and fresh energy through mentorship programs and competence development. These measures aim to maintain educational quality and prepare for sustainable regeneration to face future challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of the condition of Indonesia's territory is very wide so that to find out the data on the number of teaching staff, it is necessary to analyze the number of school principals and the number of teaching staff on the islands of Maluku, North Maluku, Bangka Belitung and West Sulawesi for the period of November 16, 2023/2024. The problem that occurs today is the lack of information about the number of educators based on age groups caused by the very wide difference in geographical conditions in Indonesia, therefore, this study aims to find out the age distribution of teaching staff in various provinces. In this study, we have also selected based on school status, either public schools or private schools. <![CDATA[Recommendation systems have become essential components in various digital platforms to help users navigate through the increasingly diverse choices (Zakharia et al., 2024). In the digital era, the gaming industry has rapidly evolved with a multitude of genres and types of games available. This abundance of choices often makes it difficult for users to find games that match their preferences. Therefore, an accurate recommendation system is needed to facilitate users in selecting games relevant to their interests.This study aims to develop a game recommendation system using the Content-Based Filtering algorithm, where game features are analyzed to determine similarities with games favored by users. The Waterfall method is used as the development framework, covering stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The data used in this study was collected from the Kaggle website, which provides comprehensive information on user interactions with various games, including attributes such as genre, platform, and descriptions.The results of the study indicate that the Content-Based Filtering recommendation system is effective in providing recommendations that match user preferences. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more accurate recommendation systems and enhance user experience in exploring games that align with their interests.]]>
