Abstract

This study aims to analyze the number of principals and teachers based on age groups in four provinces in Indonesia, namely Bengkulu, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Papua Pegunungan, and South Papua. The data used includes the age distribution of educators, which plays an important role in understanding the dynamics of the teaching staff and education policies at the local level. By looking at the distribution of principals and teachers in certain age ranges, this study provides an overview of the demographic conditions of educators that can influence recruitment, training, and professional development strategies in each province. The findings show significant variations in age distribution between provinces, reflecting specific needs in improving the competence and regeneration of educators in each region. This abstraction leads to policy implications in the education sector, especially in ensuring the regeneration and quality of educators to support improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the number of school principals and teachers by age group in the provinces of Lampung, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Southeast Sulawesi in 2023/2024. This research uses a descriptive method to get the results and then analysis is carried out. The results show that Lampung Province has the highest number of school principals and teachers, while East Kalimantan has the lowest number. This information provides an overview of the conditions and potential needs for regeneration of teaching staff in each province. It is hoped that this data can become a reference for policy makers in designing more effective development and management strategies for teaching staff. This research also supports efforts to improve the quality of national education through sustainable human resource planning in the education sector.

Abstract

In the digital era, online job search has become an important necessity. The implementation of UU No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government requires high levels of cooperation and coordination between the central and regional governments in the field of labor. The SIAPkerja website is here to help job seekers find suitable opportunities. Alpha and beta testing was conducted to ensure the quality and stability of the site. Alpha testing uses the black box method to check the function of features, while beta testing involves end users in evaluating the experience. Alpha testing results found some bugs that needed to be fixed, while beta testing scored an average of 80%, indicating the site was fit for use. Recommendations include fixing buttons that don't work, developing features that are not yet optimised, and periodic testing to ensure quality. The goal is to create a platform that is stable, functional, and optimally meets user needs.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster caused by fire and has the potential to occur anywhere, including hospitals. Maybrat General Hospital, as a health facility for the local community, requires special attention to the physical condition and safety systems of the building to protect patients and users. Evaluating building requirements using the Building Fire Safety Inspection Guidelines (Pd-T-11-2005-C) helps ensure that protection systems are functioning properly. The aim of this research is to evaluate system reliability. fire protection. uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with primary and secondary information from observations, interviews and document reviews. The assessment results show a score of 73.23% out of a score of 100%, which is included in the sufficient category according to the weighting (Pd-T-11-2005-C). As a result, maintenance, routine inspections and the provision of active protection system rescue facilities are required.

Abstract

Setiap tahun, peningkatan populasi Muslim Indonesia menghadirkan tantangan baru untuk pengelolaan zakat, terutama bagi lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengelolaan zakat harus lebih efisien dan efektif untuk memastikan distribusi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis web di Yayasan Masjid Nurul Iman lebih efisien dalam mengelola zakat. Metode Agile dalam pengembangan sistem memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dapat diulang, fleksibel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Kalkulator zakat digital, pembayaran online, manajemen data mustahik, pelaporan keuangan, dan pemantauan distribusi zakat secara langsung adalah fitur utama. Framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL digunakan untuk menjalankan implementasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menyederhanakan proses administrasi, dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat dan jelas. Pendekatan Agile juga memungkinkan pembuatan sistem yang responsif terhadap input pengguna. Diharapkan bahwa aplikasi ini akan berfungsi sebagai model yang dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga zakat lainnya untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan zakat dan membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui distribusi zakat yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

The construction of the entrance road at Koala Beach aims to increase accessibility and support the development of natural tourism potential in this coastal area. This project involves planning, design and construction of roads taking into account technical, environmental and social aspects. This study discusses the stages of development which include location analysis, material selection, and the application of environmentally friendly construction technology. In addition, special attention is paid to environmental impacts, including mitigation efforts for coastal erosion and protection of coastal ecosystems. This research also evaluates the technical and topographic aspects required for constructing an access road. By considering many factors the optimal location for the construction of the driveway was identified. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with secondary data collection and financial analysis involving parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP). The analysis results show that this project is financially feasible, with an NPV of IDR 1,277,944,618.73 (10% discount) and IDR 1,426,570,044.87 (15% discount), IRR of 12%, BCR of 2.04, and Payback Period 2.22 years. With a well-structured entrance, it is hoped that it can increase local tourism, open up new economic opportunities for the surrounding community, and strengthen the sustainability of natural resource management on Koala Beach. This research also offers recommendations regarding sustainability-based infrastructure planning for similar projects in other coastal areas.

Abstract

In this digital era, organizations need an integrated platform to disseminate information widely and professionally. This study investigates the use of the Waterfall method to design a profile web application for the HIPMA-LANI Korwil Tangerang organization, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. This application aims to overcome the obstacles in disseminating information through social media, which has been limited and unstructured. This application can increase the accessibility of information and involvement of members and the general public with features such as contacts, galleries, articles, and main pages. The test results show that the app is effective in strengthening the organization's identity in the digital era. Further development is recommended to include dynamic features, responsive design, and interactive components for better data management.

Abstract

Efficient document management is a critical component in supporting smooth operations and decision-making within companies. PT. Indo Mutiara Global faces challenges with manual document handling, leading to delays, recording errors, and difficulties in document retrieval. This study aims to develop an Agile-based document management system that is adaptive and responsive to the changing needs of the company. Using the Agile method, the system is developed incrementally, allowing continuous improvement based on user feedback. The system's implementation is expected to accelerate administrative processes, reduce errors, and improve document management efficiency at PT. Indo Mutiara Global. The research findings show that the Agile-based document management system enhances accuracy and speeds up document retrieval, positively impacting the company's productivity and efficiency.

Abstract

Student attendance recording is an important component in education, especially to ensure the efficiency and discipline of school management. The manual attendance system at SMPN 1 Cijambe often experiences problems in terms of time efficiency, data manipulation, and recording errors. The purpose of this research is to use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to create an attendance system that uses facial recognition. This device uses a camera to scan faces to record student attendance automatically and instantly. The implementation of this system showed improvements in time efficiency, recording accuracy, and integration with other administrative data, including student discipline records and grades. However, the research also pointed out issues in terms of infrastructure requirements, facial recognition accuracy, and biometric data security. It is hoped that the findings from this study will offer a new approach to the problem of manual attendance and serve as a template for the creation of comparable systems in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Student identification is a crucial aspect of supporting various school activities. However, the process of creating student ID cards at MTs Arrahmaniyah is still performed manually, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. This research aims to design a web-based student ID card printing system using the prototype method. This method enables iterative development involving user feedback during the design process. The system includes features for managing student data, card design, and efficient card printing. Testing results indicate that the system improves efficiency and accuracy in ID card creation. It is expected that this system can be implemented to support effective school administration digitization.
