Abstract

PT. Afra Insan Amanah merupakan salah satu bentuk badan usaha yang brand produk kebutuhan anak muslim, PT. Afra Insan Amanah memakai nama Afrakids dalam memasarkan produk. Afrakids dalam memberikan layanan terbaik kepada konsumen tak lepas dari bantuan agen yang berperan serta dalam merebut potensi pasar dan sekaligus sebagai mitra usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal dan faktor internal dalam strategi pemasaran PT. Afra Insan Amanah pada agen di jabodetabek, untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran berdasarkan SWOT pada agen afrakids di jabodetabek.. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah non probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah agen Afrakids yang berada di jabodetabek sebanyak 12 agen. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, obserservasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rumusan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang didapatkan berdasarkan faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal adalah memaksimalkan lokasi yang strategis, memperluas dan meningkatkan promosi, memperdalam jalinan dengan mitra, meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, mempertahankan kualitas produk. Strategi yang dapat digunakan Agen Afrakids di jabodetabek berdasarkan matriks SWOT yaitu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, Memperbanyak serta memperdalam jalinan dengan reseller

Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of zakat in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. This article is a type of empirical and descriptive research conducted at the National Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. In collecting primary data sources, researchers used the interview method, while for secondary data collection researchers used the documentation method. Based on the results of the study, zakat in the BAZNAS of Asahan Regency has been managed properly and has complied with sharia provisions, so that zakat funds in Asahan Regency can be felt by the community in accordance with the goals of the prescribed zakat. The zakat collected comes from zakat maal on agricultural products, commercial products, salaries of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and others. Until this research was conducted, BAZNAS of Asahan Regency distributed zakat funds only to four groups of mustahik:the poor, riqab, gharimin, and fi-sabilillah. The zakat collected at BAZNAS Asahan Regency has exceeded the specified target, and is distributed in four patterns of zakat distribution, namely traditional consumptive, creative consumptive, traditional productive, and creative productive. The obstacles faced are the lack of public awareness, lack of regulatory support from the government, and the lack of assistance and guidance to mustahik.

Abstract

In this study, we will look at five journals that deal with the development of web-based information systems. We focus on new trends, technology, and how this affects human capital. Web-based information retrieval systems have become an increasingly important solution for improving the efficiency and accuracy of retrieval in many businesses. According to research, many techniques, including as prototyping and extreme programming, as well as the use of PHP and MySQL databases, may be used to create systems that meet the needs of a business. This study found that using a web-based information management system not only improves accuracy and efficiency, but also makes data management easier. As a result, organizations may focus more on achieving better results and growing human capital. As a result, this training provides valuable knowledge for researchers and practitioners who want to implement a more effective and efficient system of measurement.

Abstract

This research aims to create a learning model for basic locomotor jumping movements using simple games. This model was developed as a means to achieve physical education learning objectives by developing basic locomotor jumping movement skills, so that it can be used by teachers in physical education at school. The method used in this research is development research based on the method proposed by Borg and Gall, with the following research stages: (1) information collection, (2) initial draft design, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) scale small scale testing and revision, (5) large scale testing and, (6) final product, (7) effectiveness testing. Small-scale testing was carried out at SD Negeri 060875 Medan Perjuangan, large-scale testing was carried out at SD Negeri 060904 Medan Maimun. Based on the results of testing the effectiveness of the product model, the reality proves that the results of product testing in the form of a basic motor movement learning model using simple games for grade 3 elementary school students have a very good receptive level. effective. The results of the _t test are based on the results of building a basic movement learning model when jumping presented in the form of a simple game showing that the calculated t is greater than the t table. The results of the research show that in the basic jumping movement learning model there are 4 games: (a) rope jumping game (b) carpet jumping game (c) hurdle game (d) hurdle jumping game. In other words, this model of learning basic jumping movements with simple games has an influence in supporting the learning process of physical education, sports and health in grade 3 elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit di PTPN IV Kebun Adolina, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 120 karyawan panen, dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang yang dipilih secara purposive dari Afdeling 8, 9, dan 10. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner ber-skala Likert, dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Seluruh item kuesioner dinyatakan valid dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel (0,264) dan reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal (Asymp. Sig. = 0,095 > 0,05), bebas dari multikolinearitas (VIF < 10; tolerance > 0,10), dan tidak mengalami heteroskedastisitas (nilai signifikansi > 0,05). Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 1,780 + 0,167X₁ + 0,010X₂ + 0,726X₃. Hasil uji parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa hanya kemampuan kerja (X₃) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan thitung 6,126 (> t tabel 1,684), sementara motivasi kerja (X₁) dan kompensasi (X₂) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Uji simultan (F) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan Fhitung 13,948 (> Ftabel 2,866). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,538 menunjukkan bahwa 53,80% variasi produktivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel, sedangkan sisanya 46,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.
