Abstract

Technology continues to develop very rapidly and can change the way humans live and work. This research aims to explore the impact of technology on humans referring to the novel entitled Life Hack by June Perry. However, technological developments also raise concerns about the replacement of human roles by smarter machines, loss of privacy and personal control, excessive dependence on technology, and other negative impacts. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results show that technology has benefits in increasing productivity in various fields and is also able to improve living standards. However, technology also has the potential to invade privacy and take over human work. So, the right policy is needed so that the benefits are maximized while minimizing the risks that may arise.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is [1] to provide a description of the constructivist approach for BIPA students, [2] to explain the role of local culture as a source of learning materials for BIPA students, and [3] as a basis for implementing a constructivist approach based on local culture in BIPA learning. The method used in this research is a library study using books and journal articles as data sources. Data collection was carried out by accessing sources to deepen understanding of BIPA learning strategies, constructivist approaches and local culture. Data analysis was carried out through comparative methods and validation of validity using source triangulation. The research results concluded that applying a constructivist approach can enrich BIPA learning vocabulary. Apart from that, introduction to local culture can make a significant contribution, creating a more enjoyable classroom atmosphere and increasing interest in learning so that differentiated learning is formed.

Abstract

Cases were found where BIPA students studying in Indonesia did not have good language skills, especially in the speaking aspect. Meanwhile, speaking skills are one of the main skills in communication that are most often used in everyday life. For this reason, BIPA students' speaking skills need to be improved. Drama games are elementally close to communication. Because in drama games language is used to convey stories to the audience. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the drama creative process in improving BIPA students' speaking skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The approach used is literature study. Data is collected through sources that are considered relevant, such as books, articles and other sources in the last ten years. The results of this research are that drama games have content that is closely related to aspects contained in speaking skills, both from a verbal perspective which includes intonation, articulation and power and from a non-verbal perspective, namely gestural and facial expressions. his speaking skills. Based on research findings and previous research results, drama is known to improve speaking skills.

Abstract

Company performance is displayed through financial reports. Company success can also be measured using financial ratios. In accordance with industry standards, a good performing company must have an average ROA value of 30%. This research aims to analyze the influence of the current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), total asset turnover (TATO) and return on assets (ROA) on the company PT. Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) for the 2010-2022 period. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods using secondary data in the form of PTBA financial results reports. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression testing using IBM SPSS 23. The results of the research show that the current ratio (X1) partially has no significant effect on ROA (Y), the debt to asset ratio (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on ROA (Y) and total asset turnover (X3) partially has a significant effect on ROA (Y) in PTBA for the 2010-2022 period. CR, DAR, TATO stimulantly have a positive and significant effect on return on assets (Y) in PTBA for the 2010-2022 period with a value of with a significant value of 0.035.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of modern technology in the adventures of the main characters in the novel Komet by Tere Liye. By using a hermeneutic approach, researchers understand and interpret how modern technology is depicted and utilized in the fictional adventures of the characters on an alien planet. The researcher used qualitative research methods as the main instrument to identify factors and information contained in the novel. The research results show that modern technology is widely applied in the adventures of the main characters, such as 1) remote control, 2) technology, 3) online transportation, 4) electronic devices, 5) three-dimensional digital projection, and 6) internet streaming. The application of this technology provides new insight into literary studies regarding the development of modern technology and its use in the contemporary fiction genre. In this novel, modern technology is not only a tool but also an important element that influences the flow of the story and character interactions. Thus, the application of modern technology also enriches the dimensions of adventure and fiction in literary works.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between financial difficulty, liquidity, leverage, and sales growth in manufacturing companies in various industries. This study will focus on Bursa Efek Indonesia-listed automotive and component subsectors. Companies listed in BEI from 2020 to 2022 are the focus of research. Purposive sampling is used to choose samples from companies that meet criteria. Using descriptive statistics and linier berganda analysis, data is analysed. This study shows a link between sales growth, leverage, and liquidity in the financial crisis. The Bursa Efek Indonesia subsector otomotif and component companies see a positive impact from leverage on financial distress, while likuidity and parsial growth have negative effects.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity (DER) on Profit Growth at PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. period 2013 – 2022. The research method used in this research is quantitative using statistical tests which include multiple linear regression tests and classical assumptions. In the classic SPSS assumptions used by researchers, namely normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity tests. Partially the author uses the t test, while simultaneously the author uses the F test which is then continued by using the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the t test research, it is stated that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Profit Growth with a calculated t of 1.020 < t table 2.446 with a significant level of 0.052 And for Debt to Equity (DER) it partially has no effect on profit growth because the calculated t value is 1.115 < t table 2.446 with a significance level of 0.306. For the F test, the Fcount value was 0.707, while the Ftable was 4.74 with a significance level of 0.525. which means there is no simultaneous influence between Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity (DER) on Net Profit at PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. The resulting coefficient of determination was 16.8%, which means it only had an influence of 16.8%, while 83.2% was the influence of other factors not examined in the author's research.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using the Sales and Inventory module from Odoo at UV VORTEX, a digital printing business located in North Jakarta. UV VORTEX faces a number of challenges in recording and documenting sales as well as Inventory management which still relies on physical records and Microsoft Excel. Comprehensive data collection methods involve literature study, interviews, and direct observation. The main focus is improving UV VORTEX business processes by integrating Odoo Sales and Inventory Modules. The implementation scope includes configuration without customization in Odoo version 16 community, with technical modifications including integrated recording in the Sales Module and separation of product types in the Inventory Module. The results of this research include recommendations for implementing system prototypes, involvement of more related parties, performance evaluation, training and skills development, post-implementation monitoring and support, evaluation of sustainability and flexibility, as well as potential for further research. With the implementation of Odoo, it is hoped that UV VORTEX can increase operational efficiency, improve service quality, and support growth and development in the digital printing industry. This abstract provides a brief overview of research steps to improve UV VORTEX business processes through the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on net profit margin (NPM) of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. In terms of net profit margin (NPM), current ratio (CR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), and debt to equity ratio (DER), the company's financial performance is evaluated analytically for several years,The financial statements of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara are the source of research data. One type of research conducted is quantitative research. The results showed that the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and debt to asset ratio (DAR) partially did not have a significant effect on net profit margin (NPM). Simultaneously, the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and debt to asset ratio (DAR) have a significant effect on net profit margin (NPM). In summary, in several time periods PT Perusahaan Gas Negara showed growth in the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and debt to equity ratio. Company management can leverage the findings of the analysis to guide better financial resource management decisions that will improve the company's financial performance in the future.

Abstract

BPJS Health claim files for Quarter 1 January, February and March 2023 with 129 BPJS health claim files for the most important inpatient services. The reason for the return was because it did not pass the service administration verification, the difference in diagnosis coding between the BPJS coder and the hospital diagnosis code and the incompleteness of the claim file. So the settlement of claims results in pending claims which disrupt the hospital's financial flow. The aim of this research is to find out the most important BPJS Health file claims for inpatient services at Hospital The results of this research are the percentage of factors causing pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on the suitability of membership administration, namely 100%. The percentage of factors causing pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on suitability of service administration is 91.6% appropriate and 8.4% inappropriate. And the percentage of factors that cause pending BPJS health claims for inpatient services based on suitability of health administration is 94.7% appropriate and 5.3% inappropriate.
